Upon technicians arrival technician found that everything is working perfectly fine. Unit is working how it is supposed to heat pump is working properly. Thermostat was set to 69. The house was 69° inside when technician arrived technician had a homeowner bump it up to 72 system met desired temperature inside. At this time system is working as intended.

Arrived onsite customer has a water loss occurring at the meter. Wrote estimate for leak locating problem area. Once leak is found we can write estimate to fix the issue.

This is a inverter system makes a td in cooling of 20°. In heating is 30. The system works efficiently and runs well. It does have major corrosion going on in the air handler. The system is rusting away at the blower motor and the supply box is pretty covered in bio growth. The heat strips as well are very badly covered in rust. I recommend we replace the heat strip package along with the blower motor wheel and housing. In doing so I can clean up the system with everything out in the open. I recommend a uv light for the supply box as well. He wants to talk system replacement this Saturday first call at 10 am.

Arrived onsite and removed the hose bibb at the end of home per the customers request. Tested after repairs were made everything working properly.

Inspected hose bibb she said she was having issues with. That valve is working properly. Went ahead and rebuilt a toilet I hall bathroom by front door. Tested after repairs were made everything working properly.

11/21/24 Problem going into heat pump mode. Have fixed temporarily but would like to return Monday morning to further evaluate the issue. Please set up a return visit for Monday first call.

Upon arrival, technician was shown to air handler condenser and thermostat. Technician started at the condenser where tech washed and waxed unit after technician got inrush of 132 which is above data tags limit. It has gone up over the year. Tech looked at previous pictures. Tech is recommending a compressor saver, which will lower it by 40%. Technician checked fan motor as well as compressor both were looking OK and up to technician standards. Technician headed up to attic tech pulled filter out. It was a little dirty technician didn’t see another filter to replace it with. Everything inside the air handler looked clean and up to technicians standards. Technician talk to homeowner about a compressor saver and explain the purpose of it. Husband wasn’t home. Technician will send a invoice of the compressor saver and let them decide.

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. When I arrived the thermostat was callingmfor cool but the system would not kick on. The outdoor control board was giving me the 04 error code for locked rotor, I diagnosed a failed capacitor which was causing the code to show. I shared my findings with the homeowner and replaced the part under warranty P&L. Once replaced I turned power back on to the unit and the system began to cool. The compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range and the refrigerant charge was at acceptable levels at this time. I also replaced the filter while I was there and saw that the indoor coil and blower were clean and the UV light was functioning properly. System was cooling when i left.

For the super turn up we inspected the air handler and condenser, all equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs besides the compressor capacitor. This capacitor was well under the 5% tolerance. Additionally inform the customer is filter was dirty and that would need to be replaced sooner rather than later.
