Alfonso is the young man that came out to do my service.
He was so polite and explained everything to me that was needed, and took care of a little problem.
I have been with Comfort Experts for several years they have wonderful employees.
And everything Today was under warranty!

Mike was great in doing a maintenance on our HVAC. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and thourough. He clearly explained what he was doing, answered all questions, and discussed possible future needs and actions. Very respectful and knowledgeable.

Great service, got a text notifing thst Jake was on the way. Once here, jake quickly assessed the job providing a timely estimate, with options. Now waiting for parts and install. I was told 2-3 days, let hope that materializes.

We have used Comfort Experts HVAC service for many years now. I had no idea about offering electrical. I called, made the appointment but had to reschedule due to timing. Jake came by first thing the next morning and checked the issue we were having. No repairs were made. He assured me if the problem kept happening he would come out and fix the issue we were having. Great customer service and very thorough.
