Found clogged on primary installed EMT switch on drain line cleaned out line collected payment by credit card unit now draining properly

Came to house to talk to customer about outside lighting that Zach pointed out to customer so he said leave for electrician and also looking at a dimmer switch upstairs in the bedroom that isn't working correctly and got here and talked to customer about dimmer switch and everything and it is still working just needs a lot of pressure to be able to turn the light on and talk to customer about providing it and replacing it but customer wasn't interested in that and was just happy that it still works and was going to do with it but talk to customer about the outside light that needs to have the box replaced and be put back up so gave price to do that and also a price to do that and replace cover outside but customer decided he would just do the cover himself but he did like the pricing on doing the fixture outside and fixing it but he was also going to be having Zach come back out here and they are having a financing bid and will be having this be added on to that and will reach back out

Customer is looking for a $5,000 replacement system customer stated they would not be able to pass a credit check because they're both unemployed will contact us when he gets a job

Came out for a Tri-County tune-up unfortunately I found lots of issues including a large loss of refrigerant and a grotesque amount of biological growth the coils are severely corroded and likely the source of the refrigerant loss the compressor is over amping upon startup the service disconnect is broken at the outdoor unit the biological growth inside of the unit is everywhere including the blower wheel the coils electrical components and inside of the supply plenum this system is 15 years old manufacturing date 2011 it is original to the house customer has decided to sit down with a comfort advisor and explore options of replacement versus repairs this appointment is scheduled for later today between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Came out for a warranty tune-up checked everything indoor and outdoor for the most part everything is operating as it should mechanically accept the compressor is struggling to keep up I offered a soft start device to remedy this and also talked about airflow and a full-service duct cleaning unfortunately we did not make any agreements today she needs to think about this and get back with us

For this job I did an evaluation. Homeowner had water dripping out of an upstairs vent. Traced leak to downstairs unit drain line. PVC is not glued together. Offered to rebuild P-trap and clear drain while I'm at it. Homeowner declined drain clear, but went forward with drain repair. Rebuild drain and tested with a few gallons of water. No leaks on PVC, however drainage was slow. Encouraged homeowner to clear drain while I'm still at the home. Declined. System cooling when I left.

3/7/26 Will need electrician out to evaluate junction box in crawl space that has no cover plate and box doesn't seem to be grounded either Will need senior plumber to return to evaluate cast iron and possibly replace Juction box is located under home through closet crawl space to the left mounted to beam right as you get into the whole will attach picture to the job. Came here for Zack setting a return trip for an electrician to take a look at a box underneath the house and also there was a splice underneath the house that was just open without a box so close it to fix that and also put a cover and everything on the other box and make it up to code so did that and customers happy with everything

System producing Sh 4~8 and delta 20 upon departure

For this job I did an evaluation. Neighbor had notified homeowner of a strange sound coming from package unit. Upon inspection, the blades were cracked, causing the sound. Verified no issues with motor or other components. Ordering new blades under PnL warranty. Will return to complete work when they arrive. Homeowner would like to purchase replacement April Air 910 filters. Homeowner updated membership to H&B. Left system off until we replace the blades.

For this job I did an evaluation. When I arrived indoor was running and outdoor was not. Checked for fault codes and updated software. System was giving a fault, but unrelated to current symptoms. Outdoors system had high voltage. Standing pressure on refrigerant is fine. Low voltage going into board as well. All connections are secure. Board not coming on despite trying to reset. Diagnosed as failed board. Ordering part and will return for repair under PnL warranty.

This system is low on 410 a. The system takes 10;lbs I quoted him for 8. He does not want to pay this. And wants to find someone who will do it for less.
