Unfortunately another problem unrelated to the air conditioner was going on as well. Zak knew just who to call and quickly requested a Comfort Experts plumber be sent our way. Great service, just couldn't afford the project right now.
Our AC fan went out and so we called Comfort. We had someone by within a few hours. Unfortunately we found out the problem is electrical, but we were able to get the furnace wired to another working outlet. Electrician came by and gave us more of an idea of what we're working with. Real nice guy, knowledgeable and understanding. We just unfortunately cannot afford it at the moment. Very thankful that the first guy was able to at least give us a backup plan and get the air on again!

Ian was a true blessing today! Im a New homeowner and only been in my home since April. So it was a huge surprise that i was having issues with my toilet backing up into my tub! Recently I had a great referral from Angies list and decided to do the same to find a plumber. Comfort experts were the first to call and Rebecca was extremely helpful in setting appointment. Within the hour I had a knock on my door and was greeted by Ian and his personable smile! Although I was hesitant to proceed after the quote Ian assured me that he was knowledgeable and his integrity spoke volumes! He treated me like a human being first and customer second which confirmed I made the right choice in moving forward with him completing the repair. Furthermore, Ian kept me informed with exactly what he was doing and completed the job in under an hour. On this job I looked at both heating and cooling sides. The air handler is 2 years old. The outside is 11 years old. The system has a 25 subcool and 2 subcool. This is a indication that the evap is staving.
Concerns the compressor need cool vapor returning to cool its head.
Please have us perform leak search and repair before more damage occurs. Or add more freon until you are ready for replacement at least this way you can insure the system has what it needs to work with out break down.

Came out for a complimentary plumbing evaluation homeowner Express concerns about her kitchen faucet I took a look at things and found a leak also the faucet was producing low water pressure I could also see in the notes that a previous technician had looked at the water heaters so I took a look at that with her today and found several code violations as well as slow leaks on the In-N-Out that have corroded away the piping there is no drain pan and the TMP is not connected at all homeowner is considering replacing the hot water heater and the faucet installing a hot water recirculation pump but she needs to finance and didn't want to use good leap so I called the office to get them to try a different option they are having some technical difficulties so I am pausing this call and the office is supposed to reach back out to the homeowner if she's approved thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Came to house for lead set by Cody to take a look at breaker not working but got here and every breaker is working fine power company came out to see if their side of it was causing the solar to be kicked on and show that there is no power coming from the grid but got here and opened up panel and opened up disconnect and everything was good and how it should be except that the panel is a Challenger panel and so talk to customer about doing panel change and customer is really on board with it just talked to him about financing and stuff like that as well and he is definitely going to plan to budget for this so he can get this done in the future but talk to customer about the issue with the solar and he will have to call the people who installed the Tesla solar packs to get them to come out there and take a look at it because it is under warranty still and only done a few months ago and inside those Tesla packs is what is causing it to switch over to just the solar and not use any of the

Came out for a plumbing evaluation homeowner had concerns about the master bathroom toilet not flushing thoroughly after investigating realized the fill valve was not allowing enough water to get through homeowner opted to replace this after replacing it quickly experienced another blockage dug deeper removing the supply line and checking the emergency stop coming out of the wall found large chunks of porcelain feeding through the supply line not sure how any of this got inside but flushed everything out of the stop supply line and fill valve got everything working as it should customer verified functionality before leaving thank you for choosing comfort experts!
