Dakota’s was. Dry accurate and was able to rectify the work completed by Jonathan’s annual service agreement! The heater unit was functioning properly prior to Jonathan’s service inspection. The heater was working as designed! The next day the heater was needed because of the drop in the temperature, the fan ran continuously for the entire night and day. A call to the office and an appointment of next up was scheduled! I do not understand why Dakota needed to go out to discuss his actions and his interpretations of the situation; was something said to the that Supervisor that was not accurate?

Came to customers house to show him how to use his generator customer didn't realize that there was another switch on the generator that powered the plug that he was using to power the house but everything is working and generator is working fine and so is plug customer is happy and would like to set it up to where Jake is the one who goes back out for anything electrical

For this job I performed a super tune up on both upstairs and downstairs units. I noted that neither one of the units had a return plenum. There was a medium to high level of dust accumulation on both the blowers. The disconnects are outdated. And both the units are amping over the LRA rating on the data tags. I gave the homeowner a variety of options to go over to either mitigate or use as a curative answer for the issues noted during the inspection. Homeowner stated that they have recently lost their job and they are working within a single income household so they are not able to move forward with any of the suggested work. I let homeowner know that we do offer 12 months no interest financing for any item over $1,000 and they are welcome to call back if they are interested in having any work done after discussing the recommendations with their spouse. For this call I performed a evaluation on the upstairs unit. I spoke with the homeowner over the phone this is a rent house and they told me the issue is with the upstairs unit alone and that they had no issues with the downstairs unit they just need the upstairs one checked. The complaint of the homeowner was that the unit is over condensating during the summer time dripping water into the emergency drain pan. I noted that the unit had a severe Kink on the line set, the furnace was not level making water go to the very end of the unit rusting both the emergency drain pan and the bottom of the Furnace. The refrigerant line restriction has likely caused damage to the compressor, coils, and refrigerant. I recommended recovering the refrigerant inside of the unit, replacing the filter dryer, replacing the kinked part of the line set, leveling the furnace, replacing the drain pan, and adding new refrigerant in the unit. I spoke to homeowner and let him know that even with these repairs it
For this call we performed a supertune up. We noted high amperage on start up on both units exceding LRA rating. We reccomended adding a hard start or soft start to medigate the issue. Homeowner is checking with warranty to see if it will be covered, if not they will call back. Outside condenser was washed and filter was replaced. A compressor saver was recommended to the customer, however customer said they had talked about it already and that she was not interested. For this job I performed 2 super tune ups. I noted the downstairs unit was amping over the LRA rating on the data tag. I offered an option between adding a soft start or hard start device to the unit to medigate the issue and try to prevent a compressor lockout. Homeowner requested estimates for duct cleanings. Homeowner did not commit to any work being done at the moment, I left open estimates for all reccomendations and let homeowner know that financing was available if they were to go through with any work. Came out for a membership heating tune up found a couple of concerns and expressed them to the homeowner unfortunately funds are tight and we were unable to take care of any work today left some estimates in case he decides to call us back after selling his pinball machine
For this call I performed recwork. I successfully changed out the blower motor and the primary control board. I tested heat in both regular heating and emergency. 12/11/2025 Daniel A. For this job we performed a evaluation originally scheduled as a super tune up. Cooling side of unit was not working. Pnl warranty until 2027. We discovered a failed condenser fan motor and primary control board. We replaced the fan motor but the primary control board needs to be ordered. Holding for parts, does for now, call homeowners when control board is in to schedule.

For this job, I worked on a heating tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. While the system was functioning, I noticed that UV bulb not working, I notified the customers and they mentioned that they had to replace it in about 2 years, customers mentioned that they will wait till next summer. Adding on, I talked to the customers about our new home and budget membership and the benefits it provides, customers agreed to convert from their last membership to this new one. On this job I looked at just heating on both systems. Both system test in tolerance. The td is above 30° on both system. His blower are getting drity and could benifit from a cleaning.

Came to job to quote swapping out 4 customer provided fans and pulling down old ones and also was here to do an inspection on house because he's about to move in and also talked about adding surge protection underneath the panel for checked all the equipment and new appliances and TVs and everything is going to be bringing into the house but customer wants to get a few other quotes before he decides who to go with quote was a little high for him but emailed everything to him and he will reach back out to us if he decides to go with us
Came two job for electrical inspection and houses only 5 years old and everything looks really good except for that she has a breaker that is constantly tripping but it is a blue breaker so talk to customer about it and she is ordering it from eaton and once it comes in she will call us back to come and do it
I have made and sent two estimates regarding a fire run for the sauna at 30 amps 240 volts I have ran the wire and installed the conduit will have to wait for customer to call back so I can finish the hook up as the sauna isn't here just yet

Today I performed a heating tune-up on a five year old p&l heat pump system everything checks out as it should no issues to report she already has surge protection UV system hard start kit and drain safety I did make a recommendation to upgrade her insulation however she informed me that she was just having one last safety check before she moves out into assisted living and she plans to sell the home so I tried to offer her a complimentary Plumbing evaluation and a complimentary electrical evaluation she turned down all recommendations thank you for choosing Comfort Experts!
Showed up to determine where leak in system was, located leak in condenser coil, customer does want to go ahead and use us to replace the coil, I will be replacing the coil. Customer spoke to me about there concerns and after all the conversations I feel the next step for conflict resolution is getting the sales manager involved.
