I've returned to to install 4 soft starts. After install all system inrush amps are lower then 25 amps

Worth estimate for a couple different items and options for customer. She said she will call us once she is ready to do anything.

On this job I inspected the heating side of a heat pump system including back of heat strips. All 4 system the back up heat when called for turned on and currently have a healthy 20amp draw per strip. The heat pump side currently checks out in tolerance as well. I am concerned about the disconnect on the solo system of the far side of the house. The system could also use a soft start to add longevity the electrical components outside. I'm returning when all 4 easy starts come in.

Etu. Service entrance conduit pulled out below MS. Emailed estimate to repair. No other issues.

Fixed bad neutral connection due to water entering box at front gate light post. Light is working properly. Tightened connections on nest transformer as well as switched it over to 24v. Customer confirmed no more vibration sound.

Submitted estimate for hanging chandelier. Performed Inspection. Arc fault breaker feeding entry way light is tripping. Informed customer that if hanging new light doesn't take care of it there will be additional costs for diagnostic. Recommended surge protection.

For this super tune-up I inspected the air handler and condenser. All equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well. And not foresee any issues for the rest of the cooling season and I believe the customer is ready for winter.

This was booked as a heating tune-up however the homeowner turned down the tune-up all he wanted was me to figure out his filter situation so that he could order Replacements and change them they have two units that are only 2 years old and still under warranty through the Builder I called the office to clarify the situation and informed the homeowner how to change his filters also discussed our home and budget protection plan invoice stayed the same as one fee for 1776

Arrived at Customers house for heat tune up All equipment working in manufacturers spec Installed UV system

Pausing call, please call customer to schedule plumber to come unclog house plumbing. House plumbing at HVAC unit overflowing. Unable to contact for payment.

Need to schedule an electrician to come out and check the disposal outlet. Checked all GFCI in kitchen and couldn't find issue. No breakers tripped. Customer declined plumbing work at this time

10/25/24 TS- installed a new waterline from waterheater too master bathroom shower manifold. We will open wall behind the shower and isolate manifold. After leaking line is found we can give pricing for repair. This price may rolled into repair We will reroute hot water line feeding master bathroom from manifold at water heater. We will insulate line in attic to prevent damage caused by cold weather. 1 year warranty on new line.

We reset a GFCI in the garage and I also gave a estimate for some smoke detectors
