For the super tune-up I expected the furnace and condenser, all equipment was measuring with a manufacturer specs and running well. I recommend it to the customer adding a float switch to the primary drain line as they do not have any water safety, as well as a compressor saver as their unit is almost 10 years old and a compressor saver will take stress off the compressor and fan.

Re evaluated system - did not find leaks on field weld Found leak in evaporator coil Family decided to replace evaporator coil

During inspection verified that system were working properly Spoke to customer about recommendations and also that the master bedroom drain line was completely clogged and he wanted to just go ahead with the drain clear and hold off on everything else for today Completed drain clear and found massive blockage under master bedroom sink and was able to get cleared and had system draining properly Left customers house with systems operating properly

Arrived for STU DC inverted systems Everything functional but dusty Pulled and cleaned Blower Installed IAQ1000 filter and will return to install the second one when it's available

Today I came back to install four iaq200 and 3 hard start kits

On this job I washed condensor checked contactors and caps. All in tolermace. They could how ever use hard start kits. The freon levels are on point and tD is 20. The attic units are in good shape as well. Blower motors running on 1 amp. There is a smell coming from the system due to its dark humid environment inside. We can solve this issues with uv plus oxidizor

Air conditioning repair at a residential customer's home. We found the source of the problem was the vent system. The system's automatic vent damper was replaced, bringing the homeowner's A/C system back up and running.

Colby F. completed a service call for the hvac.

Pumped down removed old txv replaced with new pulled vacuum. Released refrigerant to break vacuum allowed system to regulate and run. System on and cooling properly upon my departure subcool 5.1 superheat 12.6. Rec work complete.

System has normal standing pressure locked out on low pressure reset control board system went out on low pressure within the first 60 seconds and then would repeat until lockout. After performing assessment and conversing with my supervisor we both agree there is a restriction in the txv. Holding for parts system down will return to replace once part has been acquired p&l.

Dual run cap on herm measuring 0 rated 45 fan measuring 3.5 rated 5. Recommend replacing dual run cap and signing up for membership. Offered customer wants to speak to their wife and talk about it.

Air Conditioning maintenance for a residential customer. Found water leaking from the condensation pipe. Found the part that was leaking and replaced the damaged section of pipe. The system is now performing properly again for the home.

On arrival system running and cooling. Units primary drain line was clogged at the p trap. I cut and blew out the p trap and the drain line functioned as intended

On this job I repaired a leak I found on the condenser outside. I will be returning to install 4 iaq200 one per system and 3 hard start kits. The cooling tune on all for system is complete and all system are in tolerance and ready for cooling. I'm pausing the job until air cleaner arrive.

Arrived and inspected system and thermostat low voltage wires. Gave quote to order pin connectors, change thermostat to basic Honeywell and installed.

Opening up the panel the connections were great they had a search protector I didn't find anything particularly wrong the service also looked great all of their plugs tested perfectly they had GFC eyes in the correct locations they did have to change out a breaker here recently but they say that that fixed all of their issues

04/29/24 Tyler s- no issues besides sink smelling. Offered to deep clean master sink to clear smell but customer declined. Did find a sprinkler head in the front yard that is leaking and informed them. They will have there lawn service handle that

Performed inspection and wrote estimates for recommendations on inspection. Customer said she will give all information to her husband and go from there.

For this eval I showed up to the customer's home and was informed the unit has not been working since january. Upon going into the attic I noticed this house is operated via a zone system and the fuse was popped. I replaced the fuse and jumped R&Y. After doing this the system ran for approximately 30 seconds and then popped the fuse again. Upon this happening I went to the condenser and the condenser was not running, I tested voltage and was getting 240 on the lower legs, but no voltage on the top or bottom because the contactor was not engaged, signifying there was no call from the thermostat. I checked the thermostats again and they were both in cooling and set to 68°, I went back to the Attic and tested the transformer and was getting 120 volts but no 24 volt call. I changed out the transformer and the system ran for another 30 seconds and popped another fuse. I tested voltage again on the bus bar at C&Y and R&Y with no voltage reading. I went back to the condenser and swapped out
