The service we receive is always very thorough. The tech explains everything very clearly and the pics that are taken are helpful to know what was completed. The only issue we had with the last service was the communication regarding the appointment time. The parts employee called to set up the appointment and we moved around a few things to be available at 9am. By 11am I still hadn't heard from anyone and when I called I was told the tech would out the same day just not sure of the time. I was waiting for a text message with the tech's information and I never received one. Mike and Leo arrived at 4pm with no notice they were on the way. Luckily the job didn't take the full 2.5 hrs and we were able to meet our plans we had with family. We have been using Comfort Experts for several years now and never experienced the lack of communication. Both techs were great and apologized on behalf of the company. I hope the communication will continue on a positive note like we have received in the past. This has no reflection on Mike or Leo, they did the work just as they said they would. It was lack of communication with scheduling the appointment and communicating when they were going to arrive.

Colby once again was very helpful and saved us some money on our unit. We took out the old filter system that I had installed a few years ago by another company and he put the new April air filter system in. He is very helpful and tries to.help us save money but at the same time ensure quality

I appreciated his educational (versus "old school" sales) conversations. In the end, we did have to have some additional work done, but it is needed and I didn't feel pressured. His apt time window was on point. I have been with this company for years and have always loved the customer service we received from all staff, including Lisa Maddux.

Desmond, Sergio, and Jacob spent the day and evening in Little Elm, TX removing both of my 15 year old HVAC systems and replacing them with new systems. It was a long day for them and they did a great job overall. My attic space is smaller but the newer equipment is physically bigger than what was removed.
Dennis was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the issue I was experiencing with my air conditioning system. Dennis provided a high -evel explanation of what the issue was and provided an excellent solution for resolving my situation with my air conditioning system. Derek was very professional and expertly checked our outside and inside units to ensure proper AC running for the coming summer.
For this job I performed two supertune ups. No immediate issues were noted within the inspection. All components were within normal functionality limits with no major signs of wear and tear. I reccomended having a duct cleaning done at some point in time for maintenance and preventative of conponant failure that build up dust. Homeowner did not go it to level 1 or 2 duct cleaning. Came to job to quote adding search protector and gave customer quotes and ended up doing work now and customer liked everything and explained warranty to customer and everything about that and job is done
Came to house for electrical evaluation on outdoor plugs not working found GFCI and garage trip and explain to customer what that GFCI controlled and and talked about replacing GFCI in garage customer if it keeps happening again we'll come back out and replace it
On this job I added a new drain pan float switch and pan switch. And made new drain p trap and drain line for secondary. System is now back online and ready for cooling.
Today we showed up for a complimentary water heater estimate. upon arrival the homeowner had no issues with the water heater installed now , the life of the unit is close to 25 years old and has had no maintenance done to it. One person will take a shower then it will be warm after. The homeowner wanted quotes for a tankless and tank water heater. Came to house for breaker issue and talked to customer about it and ended up fixing the breaker that was causing the lights to trip immediately when turned on customer also had other breakers out and explained to them to order them and we will come back and replace them when they have them in hand
On arrival customer informed me that his home inspector told him his HVAC drain line was clogged. Poured 3 gallons of water down primary drain line and it did not back up at all. Informed customer that drain line is not clogged. System running and cooling as I left.
Arrived onsite performed inspection on home, advised customer lavatory sink is draining slow upstairs, customer said he will snake himself. Other than that home is very well taken care of plumbing system in good shape.
For this job we did a super tune up. Customer mentioned that system was struggling to cool, and that the builders for his neighborhood have not been putting enough charge during installation. Heating worked fine. Replaced filter and poured vinegar down drain line. On the condenser we verified low refrigerant and also noticed the cap out of tolerance. Added refrigerant and replaced cap.
Came two house to give electrical inspection and everything looked really good No issues Just didn't have a surge protector So talked to them about adding one
His house looks immaculate the electrical connections in the box are good and gfci's are functioning it is a older eaten CH panel so I did inform him of most of the troubles that come with those gfcis and he is aware of it and has somebody to do that work for him already

On arrival condenser would not run due to low pressure lockout. System completely out of refridgerant pulling vaccum on itself. Indoor unit has significant bacterial growth. Recommended adding a a uvc system to kill bacterial growth in airflow. Also recommended further diagnostic to locate leak before adding refridgerant. Customer wants second opinion.
On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degrees delta. Indoor unit in good condition but electrostatic filter failed. Adding 20 by 20 April filter once electrostatic removed. Replaced 45/5 cap on condenser and adjusted refridgerant charge from a superheat of 18 to a 5. System running and cooling as I left.
For this cooling tune-up I inspected the customer's furnace and condenser. All equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well. The customers do not have any surge protection on the units or for their whole home. I highly recommend installing whole home surge protection to protect electronics including their HVAC equipment from lightning or power surges. The wife stated she has allergies so a whole home UV Sanitation System will also be extremely beneficial for her.
Arrived onsite customer had a dishwasher not draining properly. Tested dishwasher, dishwasher is not going into the drain cycle recommend replacing the dishwasher.
On arrival both systems running and cooling producing 20 degree deltas. Both drain lines flowed when flushed. Condensers passed all electrical testing. Installed 2 20*25 April aire filter upgrade kits and a contactor on the downstairs condenser. Systems cooling as I left.
Thank you.Job for electrical inspection and didn't have 2 means of grounding, so talk to him about adding a ground rod.And also adding a better surge protector But house is very new and looks really good Talk to him about. Membership and everything
