Pleasant, informative man. Educated us
Alonso is very knowledgeable and was able to explain clearly that our unit had a problem and why it should be taken care of while he was here because it would eventually get worse. He explained how he would clear the clog in the lines and showed us what caused the clog. We are glad that Alonso was assigned for our regular tune up and discovered the problem.
Explained everything to me and explained what could happen. Excellent tech.
Quick on the install and very efficient service. All questions answered.

Michael was Awesome 🤩
Professional, answered all my questions and took his time doing so, and just a very pleasant employee.
Had multiple issues with this company. Diagnoses kept changingfirst it was the compressor, then the capacitor, then they said the system just needed help starting. Parts were replaced, but no one clearly explained why, and Im still not sure any of it was even necessary. They seem more like salespeople than technicianspushing expensive fixes you probably dont need. Their membership plan is also questionable and didnt add any real value. Wouldnt recommend if you want honest, reliable service.
5:00 PM A/C decided to quit working was thankful Comfort Air was able to come out and fix my unit.
Alec was very polite and knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He quickly pinpointed the main problem and tried to fix it. I didn't use my ac until three days later. The problem was not fixed. I reached out and was told that they would send another technician out. I just can't do that. It was water not draining to the main drain. I'll give a plumber a call. If that doesn't work, ill call another ac repair company. I really didn't want to write this. Super friendly staff. I don't understand why it is so difficult to find an ac repair company that can fix the problem. This makes #5.
Brock was very polite and professional. He even offered some tips for us to use while we wait for the part to come in for our furnace.
For this call we performed rec work.i stalled a IAQ200, easy start kit. And cleaned the blower complimentary to the call.
Completed a tune-up on the system. Tested operation and verified all components are running within normal specifications. No issues noted at this time—system looks good.
Finished a tune-up on the system. Indoor unit: noted biological growth around the blower/plenum area. I mentioned low ventilation; the homeowner said roof ventilation was recently addressed. Recommended installing a UVC-200 germicidal UV unit, with a complimentary blower fan cleaning. Outdoor units: one system already has a soft start and it’s performing well. The homeowner requested a soft start on the newer unit—it’s already paid; we’ll schedule installation for Tuesday the 23rd (office to confirm). Additional note: homeowner reports one bedroom is noticeably dusty
For this job, I completed a super tune-up on this heat pump package unit system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Unit was washed and filter was inspected because customer had already replaced it. When going to the unit, the inrush in the compressor was higher than what the data chart was showing. I mentioned to the customer the different options that could help her compressor, customer mentioned that she will think about it but will probably do an add-on next year. Customer asked what could help with dust levels, I recommended a duct clean to help the dust levels in her house, customer said she will think about it. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great night!
For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Adding on, in the indoor unit I poured bleach down the drain line and the water would not go through, I notified the customers about this and showed evidence of what was going on, and customers approved for drain line to be cleared. At the end of the job I also showed the difference of the drain line when it was cleaned. Super tune-up was also completed and system was left running and better than ever, thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, Have a great night!
Right now her tankless water heater is being ran with 15 wire off of 440 amp breakers it needs to the number 8 wire and the main line going into the house needs to be rated for 200 amps as that is the rating of the breaker on the outside and the one on the inside also the breaker on the outside might need to be replaced as the right side keeps overheating
Mylar ducts over 30 years old. Suspect several micro terand dust acumilation inside ducts. Due to material, ducts can not be cleaned. Reccomended g full ductwork replacement. Comfort Advisor scheduled 12-3 to give estimates for duct replacement. Thank you for choosing comfort experts, have a great day!
On this job I looked at 3 system cooling and heating. Heating all 3 test in tolerance . 30 TD Cooling concerns 1.Amana system 30 super heat 5 subcool. 2. Trane system has large biogrowth all over blower 3. Trane system blower does not cut off. Has peanut bypass for blower control on ecm blower. 4. System could also use duct cleaning on both system. 5. System has high inrush amps damaging disconnect key and contactor ..I recommend easy start for 2 of 3 systems.
Came out for a free second opinion unfortunately our estimate is 20 times the price of the previous company
Super tune up Filters are clean but allow a lot of dust past. Recommended upgrade to April Air and UVC system due to biological growth forming in the coil pan and plenum Furnace components are fine Blower and coil are already dusty Delta fine Washed condenser coil Motors capacitors and refrigerant are fine Homeowner plans to have the work done when he gets back from his vacation

Came to job for electrical inspection into look at lights flickering and ended up talking to customer about switches in kitchen and fixed four-way switching in kitchen went around the house and talked to customer about doubled up neutrals and grounds and explained to him that's not up to code but everything in the house has been changed plugs and switch wise
Super tune up Filter fine Drains clear Missing P trap on secondary and water safety Declined Blower and coil dusty Biological growth present in air handler and supply plenum due to failing UV system Declined replacement Heat strips fine Washed condenser coil Motors, capacitors and refrigerant all fine
Showed up for a complimentary Plumbing inspection just about everything in the home is up to date homeowner does his own work I really only have two areas of concern the age of the water heater and the fact that it has some non-code compliant issues and then two of the shut-offs in the master bathroom under the sink need to be updated homeowner has passed on these recommendations today however they did decide to sign up for the home and budget protection plan they just don't want us to call them for plumbing or electrical visits they want the peace of mind with their investment in a new HVAC system and that's it thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Back to pick up light.
On this job I looked at his gas furnace. I found the system gas valve closed due to last techs work. Turned gas line back on system worked just fine. TD is 30. System test in tolerance

I have made and sent the estimate for a new plug for a bidet
I have finished puttingting up the customer supplied ceiling fan Needed to adjust price for military and 49 dollar service fee being used in repairs original total 350
3 system tune up Cleaned mini split. System delta and components are fine. No your codes Recommend surge protection to prevent premature failure Main house systems Efficiency loss due to dust build up on coils and blowers Biological growth present in both systems in large amounts No P traps on secondary drain lines of either system The delta on the upstairs system is too high due to air flow restriction on the return side 2 ton air handler needs 900 CFM of air and currently only had 500 All other company's are testing in limits and operating correctly
I will be back tomorrow after my wiremens test to install the customer supplied fan
