Had multiple issues with this company. Diagnoses kept changingfirst it was the compressor, then the capacitor, then they said the system just needed help starting. Parts were replaced, but no one clearly explained why, and Im still not sure any of it was even necessary. They seem more like salespeople than technicianspushing expensive fixes you probably dont need. Their membership plan is also questionable and didnt add any real value. Wouldnt recommend if you want honest, reliable service.
5:00 PM A/C decided to quit working was thankful Comfort Air was able to come out and fix my unit.
Alec was very polite and knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He quickly pinpointed the main problem and tried to fix it. I didn't use my ac until three days later. The problem was not fixed. I reached out and was told that they would send another technician out. I just can't do that. It was water not draining to the main drain. I'll give a plumber a call. If that doesn't work, ill call another ac repair company. I really didn't want to write this. Super friendly staff. I don't understand why it is so difficult to find an ac repair company that can fix the problem. This makes #5.

I have finished my electrical inspection and found 2 things that should be addressed first is the panel it's self is a outdoor panel that inside a closet which was something that was done them selves but I have still talked to them about the possibility of replacement, the second is a surge protector but they aren't interested at this time
I have completed my electrical inspection but found no issues the connections were tight and the GFCIs were operational
Today we showed up on a plumbing estimate. Upon arrival the homeowner had the master shower water running into the second bedroom. Upon inspection the shower drain has completely worn away, and is non-repairable. But we need to happen is a replacement of the shower drain. Today we showed up for a plumbing evaluation. Upon arrival the homeowner had had a slably before, and there was water coming up inside the master bedroom floor, upon arrival I checked the meter outside the numbers red 0488407.0 , about 5 minutes went by and I went out to recheck the meter and the numbers have not moved. We identified that there is no slab leak. The hall bath shower, and master shower have a bit of grout and dap missing on both of them. we left quotes to fix the hall bath by breaking up tile and installing a new shower liner, and in the master shower would be a full remodel. For this job I performed a cooling tuneup on 2 systems. The Amana unit had several issues with water leak in drain pans. Over charge on refrigerant, leak in evaporator coil, cool leak from unsealed portions of the air handler. The Lenoxunit was functioning wnl but did have some cool air leaking from air handler. I spoke to homeowners about repairs vs replacement for the Amana unit. Homeowners opted to have a comfort advisor give an estimate for a system replacement. Service performed on 13kw generac air cooled generator. Replaced a customer supplied battery. Changed oil, oil filter, and air filter. Gapped the spark plugs and properly timed the valves. Reset maintenance schedule. Performed function check n system operating properly upon departure.
Today we showed up for a complimentary plumbing estimate. The homeowner wanted two hose bibs installed one on the front of the house, and one at the back of the house. We installed both hose bibs insulated and strap the pipe underneath the house, tested and everything was working as should be. There are no leaks. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Support beams visible via thermal imaging No active attic ventilation Ductwork majority metal with some flex Metal ductwork missing insulation and dented in multiple places Air leaks present in multiple spots All returns are at for level and run behind walls. Sub optimal for cooling season as it will pull the coldest air in the house instead of the hottest Biological growth present in the air handler Quoted duct, insulation, air quality and attic ventilation solutions. Homeowner will discuss options with her husband and get back to us with her decision
for this job, I did a cooling tuneup. Delta was good. Blower fan is very dirty. Recommended a cleaning. Suggested IAQ homeowner declined. Filters are clean and he is changing them. Outdoor unit capacitor in in tolerance. In rush is 20 Amps over, recommended easy start, homeowner declined. Running amps were good, refrigerant levels were good, cleaned coil, and system was running when I left.
Came to job for bunch of stuff not working on circuit and ended up finding out that it's the window unit causing it to overload and gave them a solution and price and price was a little high for them so talk to them about financing and had a problem with financing and figured out that it needs to be over $1,000 to finance anything so talk to them about that and went over solutions for them as well and ended up also talking to them about other electrical issues and said that they are going to call us back to fix the other issues
Today we showed up for a complimentary water heater flush. Upon arrival there has been nothing wrong with the water heater or the water heater is the properly 3 years old. We flushed the tank one time filled it back up, then flushed it again and filled it the back up. We turn the power back on to the water heater, and it is working as should be They had a question about a sprinkler head that got ran over, I told him to contact the irrigation company about that repair.
