Professional, answered all my questions and took his time doing so, and just a very pleasant employee.
Mike was awesome, shot us straight and was super friendly.
Had multiple issues with this company. Diagnoses kept changingfirst it was the compressor, then the capacitor, then they said the system just needed help starting. Parts were replaced, but no one clearly explained why, and Im still not sure any of it was even necessary. They seem more like salespeople than technicianspushing expensive fixes you probably dont need. Their membership plan is also questionable and didnt add any real value. Wouldnt recommend if you want honest, reliable service.
5:00 PM A/C decided to quit working was thankful Comfort Air was able to come out and fix my unit.
Alec was very polite and knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He quickly pinpointed the main problem and tried to fix it. I didn't use my ac until three days later. The problem was not fixed. I reached out and was told that they would send another technician out. I just can't do that. It was water not draining to the main drain. I'll give a plumber a call. If that doesn't work, ill call another ac repair company. I really didn't want to write this. Super friendly staff. I don't understand why it is so difficult to find an ac repair company that can fix the problem. This makes #5.
Jani and Daniel did a very professional job from start to finish. Very kind and respectful as well. Very happy with our clean air ducts and ready for another hot summer!
Never have any complaints. Professional, thorough and Aaron takes his time. Wonderful technician.
Brock was very polite and professional. He even offered some tips for us to use while we wait for the part to come in for our furnace.
Always an amazing experience when using them!! Always very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable!!
Everything performed seemed very thorough. The technician was very polite and presented what he had found in his service. Wasn’t hard pressed to make us chose something to repair but left us with the details so that we could talk it over.
for this job, I did a super tune up on a two system home when I arrived at the thermostat was set to 72 but the temperature in the home was 78. At the air handler I noticed one of the unit units only had an eight Delta. The low pressure line on that unit was frozen indoors and outdoors. Capacitor on blower motor was out of tolerance. Primary drain lines are restricted or clogged. At the condenser, the fridge air unit had a capacitor out of tolerance And a one subcool. The Lennox had a four subcool. At this point, I decided to let the homeowners know the state of their refrigerant and went over all the other concerns as well. I explained that it would be best to have a comfort advisor Come out and talk to them about system replacement. After completing my job, I requested the $150 payment fee and was told that they would not pay the amount due to not topping them off on Freon. I asked politely one more time and went ahead and left.
Today I performed a cooling tune up on two 11 year old heat pump systems found the larger unit for the downstairs to be over amping upon startup also the compressor side of the capacitor was out of range the homeowner opted to replace the capacitor and install a compressor saver kit as well as join our home and budget protection plan thank you for choosing comfort experts!
6/19/25 Me and Brian will return on Saturday to inspection his solar due to the general lack of production on the system
Today I showed up for a cooling tune-up on a 10-year-old heat pump system I found multiple issues indoor and out including a large amount of biological growth inside the indoor unit the plenum has become detached on all three sides that I can visibly see outdoor unit needs a new capacitor and some form of start assist the system is also low on refrigerant after presenting my findings to the homeowner I offered repairs upgrades and a leak detection however they opted to sit down with a comfort advisor free of charge to discuss their options for full replacement this appointment is set for tomorrow morning 10 to 12 bracket thank you for choosing comfort experts!
On this visit I discoverrd the compressor had blown a connection off the start side. Because of this all the freon escaped. He needs a new compressor freon and new disconnect. Rather then make repairs he wants to talk about a new system.

On arrival system running and cooling producing 17 degrees delta. Indoor unit in good condition aside from bacterial growth forming on coil and blower. Outdoor units dual run capicator was out of tolerance and the compressor was overamping on start up. With customers permission I replaced 45/5 dual run cap.
Arrived to home, system was running and thermostat at 74° Return was at 74 Supply was at 55 causing a 19 Delta Primary drain line draining properly no back ups All system components on indoor unit running as intended While inspecting condenser unit I noticed compressor capacitor is out of tolerance 70 Cap reading 64Mfd Upon checking refrigerant I also noticed unit is overcharged causing a subcool of 20 when unit is rated for an 8. Washed condenser unit and secured electrical connections. Discussed my findings with home owner, declined work for capacitor replacement and recovery of overcharged refrigerant. Customer has capacitors that he will replace himself. Informed customer capacitor is 70MFD Also informed customer of Home Budget and Protection Plan Membership, customer requested quote to be emailed. Built two quotes one with and one without membership. System left on cool at 74 at departure.

For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and he told me that the breaker was tripping every time the system would try to turn on. I took the plug out of the compressor and tested each terminal to ground where I was getting continuity and also common to start common to run and start to run did not equal the same indicating that the compressor was in fact grounded. When I looked up the warranty information on the Goodman website is stated that it expired in 2023 and we had installed the system in 2018. I contacted Goodman warranty support and they informed me I needed to send an email of the situation with the new homeowner and the original purchaser which I did and will be waiting to hear back if the warranty of 10 years will be reinstated. If it will I will contact Mr Cox and let him know and see if he wants to move forward with repairs. John Cox 817-240-4344
For this job, I performed an evaluation. Upon arrival, the homeowner told me that the outside unit was not coming on, but the inside unit was. I started the evaluation with checking the dual run capacitor and a hard start capacitor outside. The dual run capacitor was out of tolerance. I replaced the capacitor and proceeded to check for loose wiring, disconnecting, and reconnecting wiring. I then turned on the unit with the thermostat and it began to run within normal limits. Delta was a 17. I left the system running on 70 cool, thank you for choosing Comfort Experts. Have a great day!
For this super tune-up I inspected the customers furnaces and condensers, overall all equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well. I did recommend to the customer going ahead and installing a hard start kit to the compressors, because they were testing the line of overamping on startup. Installing a hard start kit to each system will improve the longevity and efficiency of the equipment. Customer would like to have an electrician to come look at their electrical panels, to combine both into one panel and have a plumber come out to look at the main water lines and shut off. Please let the customer know which day the electrician is coming out so she can move stuff out of the way of the panels.
Performed inspection customer has a lot of stuff where the closet it is for water heater could not get in there. Wrote estimate to clear drain in master bathroom lavatory.
