Thermorstat and Parts installation
Ryan Schmuhl arrived shortly after receiving the text message update. Part was installed fairly quickly. The thermostat was programed and given a walk through on how to operate. Ryan also went through trouble shooting steps to ensure the system was properly functioning. Ryan maintained a professional and courteous attitude. Ian was a true blessing today! Im a New homeowner and only been in my home since April. So it was a huge surprise that i was having issues with my toilet backing up into my tub! Recently I had a great referral from Angies list and decided to do the same to find a plumber. Comfort experts were the first to call and Rebecca was extremely helpful in setting appointment. Within the hour I had a knock on my door and was greeted by Ian and his personable smile! Although I was hesitant to proceed after the quote Ian assured me that he was knowledgeable and his integrity spoke volumes! He treated me like a human being first and customer second which confirmed I made the right choice in moving forward with him completing the repair. For this job, I worked on a evaluation on this gas furnace system. System was tested and everything was working in great condition, however the thermostat was not changing temperature.
I tested the house temperature next to the thermostat with my syvrometer and showed the customer that her thermostat was showing a wrong temperature.

For this job we performed a supertune up. All cooling and heating components were working within normal limits. Very large amount of biological growth growing inside the supply plenum. Homeowner was wanting to consider a coil cleaning. I spoke to homeowner about oins in doing a duct cleaning for bio growth and doing some complementary cleaning if they commit to the duct cleaning. I reccomended either a UV bulb replacement or a UV replacement. Homeowner is considering different options with financing and may call back if they make a decision on any work. On this job I looked at the duct work in the supply box and return area. The duct work is pretty caked up at the return and the supply side has bio growth down towards the evap coil.

For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this 16 year old heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was changed, UV bulb was replaced and outside condenser was washed. During my inspection I noticed the compressor over amping, I notify the customer that she has not added nothing to her system, and that it would really be helpful if she helps her compressor out, however customer rejected.
