Ian was a true blessing today! Im a New homeowner and only been in my home since April. So it was a huge surprise that i was having issues with my toilet backing up into my tub! Recently I had a great referral from Angies list and decided to do the same to find a plumber. Comfort experts were the first to call and Rebecca was extremely helpful in setting appointment. Within the hour I had a knock on my door and was greeted by Ian and his personable smile! Although I was hesitant to proceed after the quote Ian assured me that he was knowledgeable and his integrity spoke volumes! He treated me like a human being first and customer second which confirmed I made the right choice in moving forward with him completing the repair. Furthermore, Ian kept me informed with exactly what he was doing and completed the job in under an hour. 2/6/26 Met with excavator at location added addional repairs to the ticket excavator is digging today will make all repairs tomorrow 2nd call Permit needs pulled for 30 gallon nat gas and 30 ft sewer line
Came out for a membership super tune-up checked everything indoor and outdoor and heat mode and cool mode the homeowner had some questions about emergency heat and running the heat pump during the Cold snap answer these questions and spoke to him about his hot water heater that is 13 years old during my inspection I did not find anything wrong with the HVAC system however I did leave a couple estimates for options for Water Heater replacement he wants to review this with his son that was not available to speak to my phone at this time but they might call us back to have the office patch them through to me directly so that I can answer questions that the sun might have
Came to your house for plug burnt up behind bed and didn't know why it happened and explain to customers that it was a loose connection just from how the way it was burnt and showed them all of that but I explained to them that now that we have replaced this plug if it happens again to call us and we will be back
Customer is financed .... excavation will begin tomorrow calling 811 for locates do not process financing yet job may go up depending on condition of sewer line under home
On this job I looked at both heating and cooling. The system tested in tolerance. Today I also washed the coil and left the filter because it was clean I recommend adding an easy start to help high inrush amps Also a duct cleaning. At this point the system has build up all over the grills.
Came out for a membership super tune-up customer expressed her concerns about her hot water heater as soon as I showed up and then after performing my inspection of the HVAC system I had several other points of concern we discussed all options and settled on the repairs that we are going to do everything is paid in full up front with a check number 209 and this work is being scheduled for all day Monday and Tuesday for Jeff and I

For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Insulation upgrade was recommended to customer, customer knew she was low on insulation, she approved for an r11 insulation upgrade. For this call I performed a super tune-up. All cooling and heating components within the unit we're working within normal spec limits. I recommend it a filtration upgrade due to homeowners having allergies. Homeowners declined at the moment. I recommended upgrading from older membership to the home and budget membership and starting one of the recommended star plans. Homeowners upgraded to the home and budget protection plan and also opted for Star plan number three. No further suggestions were made thank you for choosing Comfort experts, have a great day!

Fix water psi Put in PRV set water pressure at 60 installed expansion tank at water heater everything is working and doing what it's supposed to at this time
On this job I notice a few things Lack of insulation in the living room area. Cap outside has sucked in its stomach and is out of tolerance High inrush amps. The system test in tolerance for functionality but has some major underlying issues if not addressed with cause down time and repair. Recommend adding insulation Replacing cap and contactor Adding soft start

For this call I performed any valuation upon arrival the unit was not running. After resetting the communicating Ford from the outside unit and replacing a loose faulty wire the unit began to run within normal limits. All work was done within warranty. I spoke with homeowner about membership update due to old outdated membership and insulating pipe that froze over during the cold front. For this call I performed a super tune-up. One of the many splits is not operable but homeowner at a supply vent to their garage to make up for the broken mini split. Mini split in the pool area was working within normal limits. No significant abnormalities were noted on either cooling or eating side of the main home system. I offered a soft start device as a upgrade the compressor saver kit already installed. Found flame sensor on main unit to be bad changed out flame sensor heater now working went ahead and checked free on levels on air conditioning systems found both units to be low on 410A freon customer is aware showed customer levels of refrigerant on each unit setting up scheduling for CA in 2 weeks on the 24th for pricing and options leaving customer with estimates for Freon and leak stop and other options as well got customer signed up on home and budget plan for two systems today collected payment by credit card
During this visit I looked at 3 system. I noticed stress on all defrost controls High inrush Blower wheel build up biogrowth on filter and system evap Disabled heat strip kit. 1 older condensor pair up with new air handler. Still functional but worth thinking about because of compatibility issue the longer you wait to replace it. Recommend replacing defrost control on all system while warranty exist and the adding soft starts to prevent any further damage to the compressors.
For this call I performed a super tune-up. I'll components within the unit we're working within normal spec limits. I spoke to homeowner about replacement of their UV system from a germicidal UV to a iaq200. Homeowner declined the UV system upgrade at the moment. I recommended a duct cleaning either regular or premium because it is recommended to have done every 3 to 5 years, the system is 4 years old. Homeowner declined at the moment as well but requested an email with estimates for reference. I left the unit running on 69 heat as I found upon entry. Found inducer motor on gas furnace grinding and pulling high amps inducer motor fixing to go out also found no tea on gas line going into furnace also found evaporator coil rusted out and leaking r22 freon also found free on levels to be almost out of freon only sitting at 50 psi also found one compressor starts pulling high amps due to running with no freon Spoke with homeowner that lives in Georgia told her about all the findings between the gas furnace and the cooling not having freon and also let her know that running the gas furnace would not be good due to the fact that the inducer fan motor is grinding and the interior of the gas furnace is rusted homeowner wants me to let tenant know and I have scheduled for Rob sales representative to be calling and giving estimates on new equipment
