Today I did level 2 drain clear. System is now back online and ready for work.

On this job I looked at both heat and cooling sides of the system. What I noticed. The fan motor is wore out to the extreme. System has a ilhigh inrush amps. Wants to talk system replacement Tuesday 4 to 6 pm

For this job I did a super tune up. Deltas are good. Filter was changed recently. Drain tested clear. Electrical connections tightened and in tolerance. Outdoors, refrigerant is good. Electrical components in tolerance. Compressor rated for 104 start up amps, currently pulling 137 on start up. Recommend a start kit to extend compressor life. For this job I did a cooling tune up. Delta is good. Changed filter. Drain tested clear. Electrical components tightened and in tolerance. Recommend resealing plenum. Losing conditioned air to attic. Recommend releveling/strapping the plenum to help prevent future problems. Outdoors, refrigerant levels good. Electrical components testing in tolerance. Washed coil. Came out for an evaluation homeowner was complaining that the common areas system was taking too long to achieve the desired temperature this morning when it was about 40° outside and 68° inside they were trying to achieve 74°, however on the opposite side of the home the husband was running the bedrooms unit in cool mode attempting to achieve 70° mechanically there is no issues with the system I verified the suction line temperature to be 100° above ambient temperature as well as the temperature split at the indoor system to be about 36° meaning the refrigerant cycle and heat pump mode as well as the heat strips are functioning as they should explain in detail how it all works and why running different temperatures day and night and from one side of the house to the other will cause them to have this problem especially on days like today when it was super cold at night compared to moderate to warm in the daytime

For this call I performed a evaluation. Upon inspection I discovered a faulty OEM x13 blower motor. The motor was receiving proper voltage both low and high without any interference and would continuously cut on and off even when compressor and fan were running outside. Possibly do to lack of filter changes adding extra stress to the blower, I recommended regularly changing filters possibly every four to six weeks to prevent extra strain on the motor. Homeowners spouse was not present but will need to look over the repair option and will call back for questions and possibly financing options. On this I added 5lbs because the system superheat was 50. He doesn't want to replace at the moment and wants to try and get by this summer. The system is now properly charged. I can't say for certain how long this will last. This is a discussion we had before adding freon.

For this call I performed a super tune-up. I noted a dual run capacitor out of tolerance I gave the homeowner option between a basic dual run capacitor with one year warranty or a premium with lifetime warranty. Homeowner stated they would have to call back after saving up to do one or the other. I noted homeowner was on a old membership and set homeowner up for a Membership conversion to home and budget to be on the 10th. 3/18/26 Came out for an evaluation this is a 45 with no service fee due to improper diagnosis by the last technician we are ordering a replacement compressor under p&l warranty per Ryan there is no warranty refrigerant charge 3/16/26 Came out due to system not cooling and outdoor unit not running, found system off on a high pressure lockout trip, reset unit and found system low on refrigerant. Due to cold outdoor temp we rescheduled to check the system on Wednesday 3/18 when it's warmer outside.

3/6/26 We will dig up line at home and install new service valve with box. We installed valve at front of home. Leak is going to be on west side of home possibly under slab We will return on Tuesday 3/10/26 to locate and give options for repair. Will need a helper on this We will isolate lines in wall on west side of home to find leaking line. After isolation, we will reroute line overhead. Line will be insulated in attic. We will need to open wall in several places. Customer will be responsible for drywall repair. Warranty on repair only 3/10/26 We will return in Monday 3/16/26 to do work. This will give homeowner some time to move stuff around. Will need helper We will repipe cold water in west end of home overhead thru attic with insulation. New plumbing will run in walls with new stops and supplies at each fixture. This price is for cold water only 3/18/26 We will return to complete job tomorrow 3/19/26. Wade and Mark W.

Today on this job I looked at both heating and cooling should be if the system . Both sides tested in tolerance for functionality. The system is clean and filter is new. I recommend a soft start to help tackle inrush amps.

Came to customers house for issue with front porch light not working right and also wanting a electrical inspection to check out the house and see what is not up to code because she is about to sell the house and is wanting to bring everything up to code that she is needing so went through the house with her and explained to her from the panel that she had some grounds that were bundled up but since the panel is grandfathered in it may not be an issue but did find that had no GFCI protection in the kitchen and bathrooms and outside so talk to customer about that and gave her a price to GFI protect everywhere that's needed as well as adding smoke detectors in each bedroom that does not have one other than that electrically did not see anything that was not up to code she just had the AC guys out here yesterday and had everything looked at by them so gave her the quotes for all of this and will be sending financing to her so that she could take a look at all of that and be able to choose

Came to customers house to do electrical inspection and also take a look at flood lights on back patio that have not been working ever since they've known and got the house started with an electrical inspection and customer had a good looking panel but had aluminum wiring in house whoever was here last put no lock on every single aluminum connection coming into panel on bus bar or breakers so connections look really good for aluminum and also has GFI protection everywhere it's needed smoke detectors but only issue customer had was lights and back patio not working and could not figure out why they were working so gave customer a quote to trace out issue and also fix if there was a small issue and also quoted to just run a new line and put them on in their own switch

.Came to job to look at swapping out smoke detectors and gave code to swap them out and did the work and customers happy
