He was really friendly and professional

Ryan Schmuhl arrived shortly after receiving the text message update. Part was installed fairly quickly. The thermostat was programed and given a walk through on how to operate. Ryan also went through trouble shooting steps to ensure the system was properly functioning. Ryan maintained a professional and courteous attitude. Will for sure be using Mike and Ryan for future HVAC services.

Had a issue with my furnace not heating, contacted Comfort Experts. The next day they sent a HVAC Tech to inspect my system. Mike Robles right away identified the issue, provided clear and detailed explanation as to what the issue was. Mike checked my systems warranty and parts availability. A estimate was provided and when to expect the part to be installed. Mike was a pleasure to meet and has a professional and honest attitude. The cost service and repairs was reasonable and fair.

He was very nice and very professional. He explained everything to the fullest and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed.

Initial call for tune-up and system check. Identified poor installation (from another company), clogged drains, emergency stop not functioning and drain pan not installed correctly. Save me from potential catastrophic damage to ceiling and attic. Knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service. Would recommend for HVAC service & repairs.

Zak from Comfort Experts did an emergency service and was excellent. He carefully explained what was going on and quickly fixed our problem. Unfortunately another problem unrelated to the air conditioner was going on as well. Zak knew just who to call and quickly requested a Comfort Experts plumber be sent our way. Comfort Experts has been our go to for heating and air for more than 40 years. They really do go above and beyond!

Our AC fan went out and so we called Comfort. We had someone by within a few hours. Unfortunately we found out the problem is electrical, but we were able to get the furnace wired to another working outlet. Electrician came by and gave us more of an idea of what we're working with. Real nice guy, knowledgeable and understanding. We just unfortunately cannot afford it at the moment. Very thankful that the first guy was able to at least give us a backup plan and get the air on again!

The service I received from Zak on behalf of his company was second to none. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. I am already scheduled to have them back soon seeing as though they do more than just heating and AC.

The technician, Danny, arrived on time, was very professional, took the time needed to do an excellent tune up job for both our units. His suggestions on ways to improve efficiency and reduce future maintenance costs was easy to understand and helped educate me on our systems. Work was performed professionally and at the agreed price.

Daniel A and his trainee Jihed B did an excellent job! They diagnosed the problem and presented us with recommendations for repair. They were both polite and professional at all times. The information was presented in a manner that non A/C professional could understand without being condescending. We love having Daniel A. as our service tech. He is an asset to your company and is training Jihed to be the same.

Ian was a true blessing today! Im a New homeowner and only been in my home since April. So it was a huge surprise that i was having issues with my toilet backing up into my tub! Recently I had a great referral from Angies list and decided to do the same to find a plumber. Comfort experts were the first to call and Rebecca was extremely helpful in setting appointment. Within the hour I had a knock on my door and was greeted by Ian and his personable smile! Although I was hesitant to proceed after the quote Ian assured me that he was knowledgeable and his integrity spoke volumes! He treated me like a human being first and customer second which confirmed I made the right choice in moving forward with him completing the repair. Furthermore, Ian kept me informed with exactly what he was doing and completed the job in under an hour. In speaking to him I found out he was a Veteran which further explains why I absolutely love this guy! Ian you ROCK and I really appreciate you!

Cody was absolutely amazing! Not only did he find the issue and fix it but he also gave me lots of information about how to care for and operate the a/c unit in our new home. I am so appreciative of the time he took to show me what was wrong and explain everything to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone i know and would hope to get him again if i run into anymore issues.

Cody was very informative, answered all the questions I had, and was busy the whole time he was here. He also had a very happy and fun type of personality. Would have no reservations with having him back out if needed.
