Mike did a great job. Best of all, I trusted what he said. The company also did an excellent job keeping me informed of the technicians schedule so I knew when to expect him.
Jake was very professional and thorough in his inspection of all my home electrical. Answered all my questions and gave advise when needed. Great job!
Courteous and professional service. Answered all of my questions.
Great information provided. Very clear and useful. Feel confident we are safe and systems working properly
Professional and friendly service.
Mike was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. The final report was thorough. I would request him again for our next service call.
Thank you Colby for first class service and excellent analysis and review.
We were scheduled on 4/24 from 2-7. They called at 7:20 and said they could not make it. Rescheduled 1 week later. "First in the morning" meant they arrived about 10:30. Tried to "upsale" us on 2 things (costing about $2,000 total). Said system was fine but "recommended a couple of things." We left the home for 5-6 hours. When we returned the AC was running but a message on the thermostat said there was a problem. Bottom line – the technicians did not turn on the outside unit when they completed their work. Thus, all we were getting was the fan blowing for 5-6 hours. This is a pretty bad review but it clearly defines our experience. We have been a customer for 5 years! We expect better.
Friendly, professional service.
Came by for "electrical inspection." Went quickly. No issues. Suggested we insert a "surge protector" that is now required on new construction. We declined.
Blake was super. Very courteous and knowledgeable . Comfort should be proud to have an employee such as Blake
Thank you Kellen for taking good care of us!
While service is very good, reserving a 7-hour window for when the technician will arrive is a bit much.
I called after midnight last night when my a/c didn’t turn on. Ryan came in to help out the team on his day off. (I asked him) I greatly appreciated the quick turn around on our service. We probably prevented a future call by having our other unit checked at the same time. Thank you for making this happen and thank you for the sweet lady answering the phone last night she was so helpful in telling me I could buy a membership even though you guys didn’t install these units. I never knew that before. I am sorry I don’t remember her name. I am having trouble receiving the emails so I need to check on why.
Absolutely recommend
Casey did a great job or checking both of our systems. We’ve used Comfort Air for 2-3 years and are very pleased.
The technician, I think his name was Paul, knew what he was doing. Very satisfied with his work. However, I realize Paul is young and still has to learn a few things, just like all of us. The initial visit Paul entered our home dressed appropriately. On this final visit, he comes in with his pants and belt at the bottom of his butt cheeks and about 8” of plaid underwear hanging out. This may seem appropriate to him on Saturday night, but it was very offensive to my wife and I, especially when in a business trip to our home. Paul is good at what he does, but his clothing display needs to be addressed. Tom Sibigtroth
Thank you for being super responsive to my call and sending Desmond out right away. Desmond is terrific! He got us all fixed up in no time! Thank you Comfort Experts.
Marshall was very thorough, friendly, and explained what he was doing very well! Comfort Experts overall did a Wonderful Job!
Arrived onsite went ahead and cleared drain for condensate and reconnected at the vent. Ran 2 gallons of water through drain all water drained through line into vent did not back up. If problem persist is not a drain issue is something else going on with system drain and vent and tie in for drain are clear.
For this job I came to pull a vacuum on the whole system and add refrigerant after Zak brazed in a new liquid line drier. I was able to pull the system to 480 microns and it held. I added refrigerant to get a 10⁰ Superheat, and an 8⁰ Subcool. The system was producing a 21⁰ temperature differential upon departure.
Upon arrival system condensor compressor was not functioning All calls are good and supporting components are good Soft start that was previously installed is also good Filter line dryer 7 degree temperature difference Reccomended filter dryer Reccomended refrigerant Condensor filter line dryer Condensor serial # W2C2210536 Model # YCE36B22SA RX11 Flush kit will also be needed Other system is functional – right Wing of home is down Condensor left high voltage disconnected
Replaced both hot water heaters in home one in hall closet and one in closet in garage. Tested after installation everything working properly. {7426.40 is financed through first financial}
****We need to schedule a plumber to come out tomorrow**** Saturday 6/28 Redid drain line, Connected secondary drainline to primary Make sure drain line was cleared Unit works fine for now Plumber will need to unclog vent stack
Need to schedule install for Tuesday morning Job is being financed through first financial adding to current loan For ac just installed.
The initial call was set for a call back, stating the vent stack was still holding water. I climbed up in the attic and cut into the 1 1/2 vent stack. The line was completely dry, no moisture at all. I then inspected the area beneath the sink were they saw water. The pee trap was leaking at one of the lock nuts. I tightened that nut up and the water stopped, call should not be considered a 45.
Install 60k hz gas with standard filtration, code kit and programmable thermostat
For this job I performed a evaluation. I discovered a leak in the evaporator coil all symptoms led to low refrigerant. I spoke with the homeowners about the cost of repairs on the older system versus replacing the unit. Homeowners opted to have a comfort advisor come and give them an estimate and and financing plans.
Performed super tune up Washed condensor and tightened connections Replaced filter – delta 17 All cooling and heating components are in tolerance Installed new ignitor Installed new flame sensor Installed new disconnect with whip Installed new soft start flex Installed new primary electrical control unit System tested and left on cool at exit
On this job i looked at both heating and cooling sides of the system today. I'm happy to report the system test in tolerance on both sides. System has 9 subcool. And td is 20°. I recommend an easy start to help with high inrush amps.
For this super tune-up I inspected the customer's furnace and condenser, all equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and the system was running well in both heating and cooling. Refrigerant levels looked exactly where they needed to be and the furnace was also running well within its parameters. The customer does not have water safety on his primary drain line so I highly recommended that as well as a pan strip however the customer just opted for the pan strip at this time. Overall the system is running well and I give it a clean bill of health.
