Simple Answer: We always answer the phone, and come when you call to fix what needs fixed — and we stand behind our word and our work.
Plus you can count on getting a Certified AC Genius, Plumbing Genius, or Electrical Genius. Which means we don’t use “salesmen in disguise” or “selling techs,” like other home service companies. Instead we have our own training center to ensure you always get the honest expertise required to repair your problem right, right then and there.
Jake was very professional and thorough in his inspection of all my home electrical. Answered all my questions and gave advise when needed. Great job!

Professional and friendly service.
Mike was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. The final report was thorough. I would request him again for our next service call.
Thank you Colby for first class service and excellent analysis and review.
We were scheduled on 4/24 from 2-7. They called at 7:20 and said they could not make it. Rescheduled 1 week later. "First in the morning" meant they arrived about 10:30. Tried to "upsale" us on 2 things (costing about $2,000 total). Said system was fine but "recommended a couple of things." We left the home for 5-6 hours. When we returned the AC was running but a message on the thermostat said there was a problem. Bottom line – the technicians did not turn on the outside unit when they completed their work. Thus, all we were getting was the fan blowing for 5-6 hours. This is a pretty bad review but it clearly defines our experience. We have been a customer for 5 years! We expect better.
Friendly, professional service.
Came by for "electrical inspection." Went quickly. No issues. Suggested we insert a "surge protector" that is now required on new construction. We declined.
Blake was super. Very courteous and knowledgeable . Comfort should be proud to have an employee such as Blake
Thank you Kellen for taking good care of us!
While service is very good, reserving a 7-hour window for when the technician will arrive is a bit much.
I called after midnight last night when my a/c didn’t turn on. Ryan came in to help out the team on his day off. (I asked him) I greatly appreciated the quick turn around on our service. We probably prevented a future call by having our other unit checked at the same time. Thank you for making this happen and thank you for the sweet lady answering the phone last night she was so helpful in telling me I could buy a membership even though you guys didn’t install these units. I never knew that before. I am sorry I don’t remember her name. I am having trouble receiving the emails so I need to check on why.
Absolutely recommend
Casey did a great job or checking both of our systems. We’ve used Comfort Air for 2-3 years and are very pleased.
The technician, I think his name was Paul, knew what he was doing. Very satisfied with his work. However, I realize Paul is young and still has to learn a few things, just like all of us. The initial visit Paul entered our home dressed appropriately. On this final visit, he comes in with his pants and belt at the bottom of his butt cheeks and about 8” of plaid underwear hanging out. This may seem appropriate to him on Saturday night, but it was very offensive to my wife and I, especially when in a business trip to our home. Paul is good at what he does, but his clothing display needs to be addressed. Tom Sibigtroth

For this super tune-up I inspected the customer's furnace and condenser, all equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and the system was running well in both heating and cooling. Refrigerant levels looked exactly where they needed to be and the furnace was also running well within its parameters. The customer does not have water safety on his primary drain line so I highly recommended that as well as a pan strip however the customer just opted for the pan strip at this time. Overall the system is running well and I give it a clean bill of health.

Cooling side of the system we have 20° tD. Cap and contactor in good shape. Condensor is washed. The Evap coil is clean so far but blower motor is starting to brown up. System could use uv in the supply. The system in heating is fully functional and all conpenets are in tolerance.
Arrived for STU Due to lightning and thunder I talked to customer about it being unsafe to perform STU Customer understood but wants to be first call Saturday They need the technician to be at the house by 9 and need to be done by 10:30. They have something at 11. Called office and let them know too.
On arrival system was running and cooling producing a 17 degree delta. Indoor unit was clean and the drain lines flowed when flushed. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. I recommended an improved uv system to improve air quality and decrease maintance, a whole home surge protector to protect both the hvac system and the home, and a duct cleaning. Customer would like to receive a call and schedule me back out in September to do the whole home surge protector and duct cleaning.
This system is over amping out side. The cap tested in tolerance and the fan motor is running at 1 amp. The system could use a hard start kit and uv system to keep system Evap coil clean and air fresh. Sustem is cleaned and ready for cooling.
