Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again when the need arises.

Comfort Experts is my go to air-conditioning People. They provide maintenance service on my system twice a year. Their service technicians have been excellent.
They are experienced professional, and very knowledgeable and appear to be well trained
They perform minimal and necessary improvements to my system in order to extend its life. I'm going on 15 years with the current system and anticipate what will last another 10 years as long as they keep it properly maintained.

Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.

Nathaniel was wonderful! He came out to fix light on my flag pole. Explained everything clearly to me. And went the extra mile by explaining GFCI operation, and make Christmas lights work! All the while being patient with this old lady! He is an outstanding employee! So thankful for all he did!

Today we showed up for a complimentary plumbing inspection. It is a two bath house, kitchen, laundry room, and the water heater is in the garage. The water heater was installed and 2022 and has had very little maintenance done to it. Everything in the house was working properly, there were no leaks. Everything was working well when I left. I only have a few recommendations, that would be to flush the water heater, rebuild the tank inside the hall bath, replace pop up assembly under master vanity. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!

During this visit I looked at the cooling side of the system . Im happy to report that cooling checks in tolernace. Currently the super is 15 and subcool is 9 td is 20. The system could use an easy start to help the inrush come down making it over all more long lasting.

10/12/24 TS- found issues, customer declined work at this time. Said would call in next week. Informed customer that repair may have trip charge if we have to return. Toilet was not shutting off and flowing full blast. I explained that the water bill is costing them more then the repair. I left the toilet shutoff valve in the off state because it wouldn't stop

On arrival system was running but not cooling. Found an audible leak in the evap coil capillary tubes. Recommended speaking with a comfort advisor due to the cost of repairs and the condition of the equipment. Customer declined at this time.
