Thermorstat and Parts installation
Ryan Schmuhl arrived shortly after receiving the text message update. Part was installed fairly quickly. The thermostat was programed and given a walk through on how to operate. Ryan also went through trouble shooting steps to ensure the system was properly functioning. Ryan maintained a professional and courteous attitude. Ian was a true blessing today! Im a New homeowner and only been in my home since April. So it was a huge surprise that i was having issues with my toilet backing up into my tub! Recently I had a great referral from Angies list and decided to do the same to find a plumber. Comfort experts were the first to call and Rebecca was extremely helpful in setting appointment. Within the hour I had a knock on my door and was greeted by Ian and his personable smile! Although I was hesitant to proceed after the quote Ian assured me that he was knowledgeable and his integrity spoke volumes! He treated me like a human being first and customer second which confirmed I made the right choice in moving forward with him completing the repair. For the job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Refrigerant levels were on point, filter was replaced and outside condenser was washed.

For this job we performed an evaluation. Homeowner stated the furnace was not kicking on or staying on. Issue was first noticed last cold front. Upon arrival we noticed a severely dirty air filter, we chand the air filter out and the unit began to run within normal spec limits. We tested the unit multiple times and did n see issues with startup or runtime. We suspect the dirty filter caused a airflow obstruction causing the thermal limit switch to activate a turn off the unit. We offered a membership for discounts and benefits, homeowner declined. On this job I installed a new inducer motor. Upon taking out the old one I found pieces on trim flue pipe in the inducer wheel that killed the motor. This likely happen when the roofers put the new flue cap on
I imagine one of there workers trimmed the flue to fit the cap. They tossed a rolled up piece they trimmed down the pipe on purpose. I also found a flat piece in there that fell in on accident most likely.

Arrived onsite and found customer was having issues with removing their old lab faucet in upstairs restroom. Customer is replacing the faucet themselves. We went over options for us to finish the project for the customer, but they only wanted old faucet removed. The angle stops under the sink are old multi turn shutoffs that do not shut off all of the way, so we left estimate to replace the shut offs and went over membership options with customer. We removed old faucet and pop up assembly. No warranty on new faucet or supply lines, as we did not install them.

Adding on, in the outside condenser I found the capacitor out of tolerance and replace it with no charge because customer was under parts and labor warranty.
In the indoor unit, customer had a bad UV bulb, a replacement bulb was offered but customer rejected because of the holidays. Customer mentioned that he will get it replaced the spring when we come out here again.
