Garrett was polite, professional, and thorough. He checked out everythinginsight and outthoroughly. (He was here for almost 3 hours.) He did not fix the issue I had reported, however, but perhaps the unit will have to be replaced in a couple of years in order to do that.

We have been with Comfort Experts for our AC equipment service and parts replacement 10 years. We have had professional service from Comfort, right down to a typical Unit failure replacement handled expeditiously during the heat extremes of summer. Our original unit that was installed for our new house purchased 1999 had a substandard compressor, failing in its 8th year of life. We added a solar heat release vent, installed by your company that improved cooling efficiency greatly. Michael, the tech who came out this time was EXTREMELY kind and professional. Thanks, Michael for hitting a homerun for the team. We won't forget you.
