Our AC fan went out and so we called Comfort. We had someone by within a few hours. Unfortunately we found out the problem is electrical, but we were able to get the furnace wired to another working outlet. Electrician came by and gave us more of an idea of what we're working with. Real nice guy, knowledgeable and understanding. We just unfortunately cannot afford it at the moment. Very thankful that the first guy was able to at least give us a backup plan and get the air on again!

Ian was a true blessing today! Im a New homeowner and only been in my home since April. So it was a huge surprise that i was having issues with my toilet backing up into my tub! Recently I had a great referral from Angies list and decided to do the same to find a plumber. Comfort experts were the first to call and Rebecca was extremely helpful in setting appointment. Within the hour I had a knock on my door and was greeted by Ian and his personable smile! Although I was hesitant to proceed after the quote Ian assured me that he was knowledgeable and his integrity spoke volumes! During this visit I looked at the heating side of the system. This heat pump system has a high inrush and loud bang when it comes on. Suction line temp is 100° above ambient. All test in tolerance and TD is 20. Em heat works fine 20 amps per strip. 15kw Concerns High in rush. Recommend easy start management system. Reduce the inrush by 75% adding longevity to the condensor compents.

Showed up for a complimentary Plumbing evaluation set by another trade the notes were a little hard to understand I talked with the friends of the homeowner whom we have already been dealing with because the homeowner is in the hospital just gave birth that being said I double checked all plumbing through the house ran hot water at all sinks and showers nothing backed up the previous HVAC technician flushed the primary and secondary drain line could not see any source of water in the Attic So I checked the filter and realized that Not only was the 4-in Box filter in the Attic completely caked over but they were also running a 1-in filter in the ceiling in series with the one in the Attic and it was completely caked over as well this would be an air restriction that causes the evaporator coil to freeze up and then later thaw out once the house gets the temperature in the system stops running usually in the evening which is consistent with when the flood happened that the previous techni
