On arrival main living area system was not running. I found a popped fuse, and once I replaced it the system ran for over an hour with no issues in cooling and heating. I searched for damaged wire indoor and inside the condenser and found no signs of wear. I ran the system in both cooling and heating and the system ran without issues.
Upon arrival installed new fan relay on customers system and let operate for about 20 mins to make sure everything was working properly Spoke to customer about a surge protector due to a surge happening at the home while I was there and customer stating that they get multiple surges often, customer also asked about anything that could help this certain area in her home to stop the pipes from freezing told them I would talk to our plumbers and have someone call back to talk to them more about it Have ian call about plumbing or office call customer to setup appt for Ian to come out to talk about solutions to help with freezing pipes Left customers house with system operating
