I couldn’t be happier or more pleased with the work performed on my backup generator by Comfort Experts. They were super! Mark was my technician and he was most professional, courteous and thorough. And the price was right as well. I will not hesitate to continue to use Comfort Experts in the future.

10/12/23 Gathered data for proper maintenance kit. Took pictures of unit and data tag. Upon arrival, I noticed unit was shut down with error code 1300 indicating low oil pressure shut down. Cleared code and restarted it to test oil pressure switch operation. Switch indicated an oil pressure problem. Will need to return with oil pressure test meter to verify oil pressure diagnosis and determine cause of problem.
HVAC unit control circuits (2 units) need to be wired through overload switch in transfer switch to prevent overloading the generator if both units try to start up during generator operation.
Unit will not provide power in the event of power outage at this time.
