Ryan Schmuhl arrived shortly after receiving the text message update. Part was installed fairly quickly. The thermostat was programed and given a walk through on how to operate. Ryan also went through trouble shooting steps to ensure the system was properly functioning. Ryan maintained a professional and courteous attitude. Unfortunately another problem unrelated to the air conditioner was going on as well. Zak knew just who to call and quickly requested a Comfort Experts plumber be sent our way. Great service, just couldn't afford the project right now.
Our AC fan went out and so we called Comfort. We had someone by within a few hours. Unfortunately we found out the problem is electrical, but we were able to get the furnace wired to another working outlet. Electrician came by and gave us more of an idea of what we're working with. Real nice guy, knowledgeable and understanding. We just unfortunately cannot afford it at the moment. Very thankful that the first guy was able to at least give us a backup plan and get the air on again!

Ian was a true blessing today! Im a New homeowner and only been in my home since April. So it was a huge surprise that i was having issues with my toilet backing up into my tub! Recently I had a great referral from Angies list and decided to do the same to find a plumber. Comfort experts were the first to call and Rebecca was extremely helpful in setting appointment. Within the hour I had a knock on my door and was greeted by Ian and his personable smile! Although I was hesitant to proceed after the quote Ian assured me that he was knowledgeable and his integrity spoke volumes! He treated me like a human being first and customer second which confirmed I made the right choice in moving forward with him completing the repair. For this job, I worked on a evaluation on this gas furnace system. When I arrived, system was not turning on and control board was throwing an error code. In the code map it showed that there was a restriction in the system, I removed the filter and system came right on. I asked customer for a new filter, and the system started running like normal. Adding on, the thermostat, also showed a bad temperature sensor code, customers mentioned that for 8 years they had been having issues with the thermostat, I offered replacement and customers agreed. System was left running and in better condition than ever.
