Found gas valve off. Turned it to the on position and tested the furnace. Left unit set at 74° heating. This is a callback on Jani.

Came out to house for electrical inspection we did panel change on house and Tyler put surge protector in panel and things have changed so when to move it outside of panel but did not have parts on truck because I just did one not too long ago but talked to customer and can have Tyler come back out on Thursday to just move it to the outside of panel Water heater also has a bunch of rust on top of it talk to customer about it and about wanting to get a plumber out here to take a look at it but customer already has plumbers from our company coming out this week at some point but couldn't see it on or list

11/7/25 System has a solid block of ice coil . She wants to pause the call and have us out tomorrow between 12 and 2pm. This is likely a blower motor issue. 11/8/25 Found blower motor to be bad units under p&l install temporary blower motor until part is ordered and ready to be installed

Same to job for breaker tripped in panel and wouldn't reset and got here and breaker reset just needed to actually be reset and pushed all the way to the left then pushed and turned on but explained it to customer and also talked about replacing breaker cuz it's old and could cause it to trip in the future and not turn back on but customer wants to wait and see if the breaker is even bad yet and go from there but emailed it to him in case it happens again and doesn't reset and they want to just get it done

Came to job for electrical inspection and found doubled up neutrals and panel other than that panel did not have surge protection but wasn't required when House was built also customer was having issues with pantry light going in and out but found that The transformer in the light is bad and just need to replace the light for a new one so gave customer 2 quotes one to provide the light and replace it and one for the customer to provide and for us to come and replace it spell customer said it's not an important thing at the moment but explain to them that even if it's not right now that it may be in the future so I will still email it to them

Came to customer's house for electrical tune up customer used to work for us 20 something years ago but came for an electrical inspection and panels looked great except for it not having a surge protector but house wasn't required to have it when it was built but informed customer on it and quoted customer to add it underneath panel also showed customer service pipe coming into meter is slipped out and has a gap between connection which is vulnerable to water and bugs and anything weather related, and was going to give quote to customer but customer stated he would just put a coupling on it and do it himself but other than that house looked great everything was working had GFCI protection every single place it was needed had smoke detectors in every bedroom and outside in every hallway and had all the grounding it was required

On this job I looked at both heating and cooling.the system test in tolerance on both sides. The system could use a soft start. To help the reduce the mini brown out that occurs. The td is 20° Superheat 15 Sub 6

Came to house for electrical inspection customer stated that they had roof replaced and they had solar installed before that and the apparently the solar is what ruined the roof so they decided not to install the solar again Will talk to him about taking it down and it is under warranty and everything but customer also had issue with plugs and bathroom not working and plug outside House is under warranty but gave customers a quote to do the work but customer said that they can get it cheaper since the house is under warranty but explain to them that this comes with the warranty and everything and still email the quote to them just in case they decide to go with us or if their warranty people want to go with our quote

Came here for electrical inspection and house looks great House is only 10 years and has no issues except customer was having issue with sync always filling up with water or back filling and would like to get a plumber out here to take a look at it Customer would like to have his scheduled for tomorrow the 5th at any time

6th on Thursday I will return to install the ev charger
