It was later in the afternoon when Mike arrived and rain was on the way. It felt to me that he had had a long day. It didn't make a lick of difference to him. Mike was kind and professional. Ryan Schmuhl arrived shortly after receiving the text message update. Part was installed fairly quickly. The thermostat was programed and given a walk through on how to operate. Ryan also went through trouble shooting steps to ensure the system was properly functioning. Ryan maintained a professional and courteous attitude. Had a issue with my furnace not heating, contacted Comfort Experts. The next day they sent a HVAC Tech to inspect my system. Mike Robles right away identified the issue, provided clear and detailed explanation as to what the issue was. Mike checked my systems warranty and parts availability. A estimate was provided and when to expect the part to be installed. Mike was a pleasure to meet and has a professional and honest attitude. The cost service and repairs was reasonable and fair.

Ian was a true blessing today! Im a New homeowner and only been in my home since April. So it was a huge surprise that i was having issues with my toilet backing up into my tub! Recently I had a great referral from Angies list and decided to do the same to find a plumber. Comfort experts were the first to call and Rebecca was extremely helpful in setting appointment. Within the hour I had a knock on my door and was greeted by Ian and his personable smile! Although I was hesitant to proceed after the quote Ian assured me that he was knowledgeable and his integrity spoke volumes! He treated me like a human being first and customer second which confirmed I made the right choice in moving forward with him completing the repair. For this job, I work on a super tune-up on a gas furnace system and a mini split. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was replaced and outside condenser was washed. A duct cleaning was offered to the customer due to high levels and his system, he mentioned he will talk about it with his wife and call the office for a decision. For this job I performed a super tune up and a evaluation. No significant abnormalities were noted on the downstairs unit. Upstairs unit cooling side is 6 years old. I discovered a failed blower motor tripping the breaker. I gave homeowner option between repair or replacement due to age of furnace components and price of repair with unknown further failures. Homeowner opted for blower motor replacement. Once replaced unit was operating within normal spec limits. Came to job to give quote on adding three plugs in house that is a brand new house but didn't have plugs where he need some at so I was wanting to add one on countertop and one in the garage and washer room
Came to job for free electrical inspection and house looked great panel looked nice everything was neat and labeled but could use a surge protector customer ought to talked about how he had another trade out there doing some work and screwed him over so let him know if ever got that stuff fixed and needed some electrical work done to a definitely reach out to us
Came to job to do electrical wreck work with installing bathroom fan and it is all done and talk to customer about it at end and he may want a fan that pulls more air than what the normal one does so talk to him about that and he may reach back out to want to swap it to a bigger one and if that does happen to reach back out to me so we can talk about it
For this call we performed a super tune up. There was a burned lizard behind the defrost control board. Although operational, we specify higher risk of failure due to sensitivity of the boards. Ordering OEM defrost control board. Done for now, holding for parts.
Showed up for a membership plumbing visit homeowner walked me through her home and explained to me some of the issues that she was having one of them being with the master bathroom lavatory faucet on the right side this faucet was making a noise whenever she turns it on I checked the aerator and subsequently fixed the issue in that moment there's no charge for this I did make some recommendations to replace old ovalturn gate valves and solid copper supply lines with quarter turn ball valves and braided supply lines as well as her kitchen faucet and water heater homeowner was simply Price shopping at this time to know what she needs to prepare for thinking about renting this house out she will call us back when she is ready to move forward
Came out for a plumbing evaluation leak underneath the kitchen sink likely caused by previous home warranty technician making a repair to the dishwasher homeowner chose to have us make the repair to the tubular plumbing underneath the sink as well as cut out a clearance hole for the p-trap of that tubular as it was bound up previous remodel raising the floor and or cabinets is likely the cause of no space for the p-trap while I was on site homeowner asked me about her attic insulation I crawled up in the attic and got lots of photos there is lots of handyman special electrical work done in the Attic that raises concerns junction boxes that are not covered and or not mounted made recommendations to cover the boxes and mount them as they should be and they also asked me about installing some ceiling fans where there is not currently ceiling fans nor the support for them left an estimate for everything that we discussed other than what was sold and fixed today the three remaining estimate

On today's visit, I looked at both heating and cooling on the system. The system is a mix of different manufacturers. The system outside is pushing 30 years. Although it's functional, it has some concerns. Concerns: 1. Corroded evaporator 2. Out of tolerance contactor 3. System could use a soft start 4. Dirty ductwork 5. R-22 system
