Came to job to look at some plugs and lights not working in kitchen and got here and found a GFCI that was out and talk to customers about replacing it and also talked to him about doing that with the membership and customer wanted to do it with the membership and while I was here found a bunch of other issues and gave quotes to do a bunch of other things so customer wasn't interested in doing it at this exact moment but is having a plumbing issue with their water heater not heating and will be having someone come out very soon he said he would call us and the next day or two to schedule it I tried to schedule it with them while I was there but he didn't want to

Tune up on a trane unit. Inside unit all electrical components were tight and pulling proper amperage, blower motor was clean, evaporator coil was clean and acceptable, filter was changed out. Outside unit all electrical components were pulling proper amperage, cotton tractor at spec, fan was an ECM and pulling proper amperage, gauges were showing proper levels. Upon departure system was running properly.

Two system super tune up perfomed today. Bedroom unit is s comfortmaker straight electric system installed in 2009. Main system is a propane furnace with a straight cool condenser installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Refrigerant levels are in range. No drain safety switch is installed on the smaller bedroom unit. Suggest a duct cleanung for each system and a UV installed in each system to help improve air quality in the home both outdoor units were washed and waxed.
Recall on previous technician. Blower would tune on in heating but not in cooling. Previous technician replaced a fan relay and did not properly attach the common side to the fan relay so fan would not turn on in high speed. Attached common to relay and performed function check in heating and in cooling. System operating normally at time of departure.

Super tune up performed today on a Goodman straight cool condenser with air handler installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. It's is currently 50 degrees outside and technician is unable to get accurate refrigerant readings due to the outdoor temperature. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Highly suggest adding an r19 insulation level on top of the already existing attic insulation.
2/3/26 Talked with customer about repair. Decided to reschedule to this Friday 2/6/26. PER MARK W JESUS N Needs to be there to help
Upon arrival customer stated they had another company come out on the 22nd said that the system was completely out of refrigerant that company added five pounds of refrigerant and within a couple days customer notice system freezing up again and not working properly during evaluation hooked up gauges found refrigerant levels to be slightly low when system is running the suction line pressure drops below 30 and system goes out on low pressure cut off performed leak search on indoor evaporator coil could not find a leak perform leak search on condenser coil could not found a leak but did find a leak on the vapor line right at the brick of the home along with lots of oil from the refrigerant leaking talked with customer about replacing line set and adding line set cover along with adding refrigerant customer agreed to replace line set only charged for line set replacement today as the outdoor data tag is completely faded unable to find out how much system holds will charge for refrigerant
Customer states that another company had come out to give estimate for duct cleaning. They stated that the unit was full of biological growth and they had to clean it. Technician went into the attic with the homeowner and showed him that there was no visible biological growth on the inside of the system. There is some slight dust starting to form on the evaporator coil. Installed new UV bulb to ensure system stays clean and a level 1 duct cleaning is being performed on Wednesday the 28th. Payment has been collected d for the bulb replacement but the remainder will be paid upon completion of duct cleaning.
Pumped down unit replaced fixed orifice metering device and bi flow filter drier. Checked for any additional blockage in refrigerant line. Pulled vacuum to 500 microns. Released refrigerant and performed function check. System functioning properly in heating and cooling apon departure.
Mis wired the low voltage for the second heat sequencer causing the third heat strip to not be energized. Left with system heat
