Very professional, knowledgeable, and customer friendly.
Alex was very informative about explaining all the elements of the installation. Explanation was given in a way it could be easily understood by a customer like me. Also, Alex responded to one of my questions in a manner that gave me some very informative ideas of how to possibly resolve another concern I have. Congrats on a job well done!
Mike was very professional handling the entire process to deal with our heating concern. Also, Mike gave us really good options and suggested what might be the best way to address our concern longterm. Also, Mike was able to identify a separate issue that he's not directly responsible for. Mike notice a plumbing issue that has haunted us for 2 years. He recognized the problem and shared it with me. He suggested bringing in a plumbing expert which I quickly agreed to this advice. Great job Mike!
Alonso was very personable and professional. Took care of all the duties of the scheduled inspection. Pointed out all the good things on the inspection and only one issue and explained clearly what needed to be done to take care of the issue.
He was very professional and eager to solve issue. He showed patience, perseverance, politeness. Jake took the extra effort to clean the area. I will definitely use this service again for future needs, they were fair in the estimate and overall pricing.
Cooper did an excellent job of fixing everything that I needed completed below the sink with the condensate line and the plumbing trap. Everything was cleaned up, done in a timely fashion, and was very professional throughout the whole process!
no problems both units now working
Wade said my water heater seemed to be in good condition. He took a picture and showed me how to read the info that showed it was made in 3/2015 (I moved in 4/2015). He said that insurance companies will not cover and house damage done by a water heater if it leaks and does damage. I called State Farm and they said that has never been true.
We liked Justin and he did good work. We did fell that $400.00 for each item that he fixed was a bit strange. After doing some research we do believe that you are high on your pricing.

Blake with Comfort Experts was very courteous, professional and thorough in his second opinion he gave. He gave me both a technical and clear explanation of the issue I was having and presented me with several options to consider. Even though I decided to go forward with the other service company he gave me several good reasons why I should consider their membership program. I would recommend Comfort Experts to anyone certainly for looking for a second opinion.
I left off disconnect. System is back online.
Today Ive installed 3 new disconnect surge protection. System is now back online and ready for work.
Although the system is functional it does test in tolerance. The fan motor does not extract enough heat to give me the right subcool. This is creating artificial high pressure. System also has high inrush amps that kicks off the rattle the system makes. I recommend new fan motor and soft start. The furnace has a high pitch noise coming from transformer recommend replacing that as well. System could use duct cleaning.
For this job I did a super tune up. Deltas are good. Changed filters. Drains testing clear. Furnace components are good. Tightened electrical connections. Recommend pulling and cleaning blowers Outdoors, refrigerant is good. Running amps are good. Caps are good. Washed coils. Compressor LRA 109 and 79. Currently starting on 132 and 96 amps. Recommend start kits to reduce starting amps and increase compressor life. Recommend whole home surge protector. Declined work for today Systems heating when I left.
On this job I did a hard restart and checked freon levels everything checks out. I'm coming back to install disconnect surge.
Install 2 Amana 2 speed 48k gas hz systems for upstairs and downstairs. Includes high efficiency filtration, easy starts, code kits, programmable thermostats, use existing UV systems and replacing 16 ducts
For this job we performed an evaluation. We discovered that the unit had a filter above rating for filter use on the unit and also that the blower fan speed was set too low causing the furnace to reach thermal limit and shut off prematurely. After changing the fan speed we recommended homeowner start to use lower merided filters to alleviate the issue completely. We did note that the unit did not have a UV system installed we recommended it as a preventative measure. Homeowner agreed to have a UV system installed, we can successfully installed the UV unit. Pictures of the install are attached to the summary. Thank you for choosing Comfort experts, have a great day!
Today I've discovered multiple issues with the gas furnace. And some issues I discovered with his plumbing leading to the tankless water heater. Worn out inducer motor Out of tolerance flame sensor Out of tolerance ignitor Out of tolerance gas valve. Build up on the return grill Ripped duct work Pull and clean blower motor and reinsulate furnace System is 15 years old and at this point needs to be rebuilt to insure reliability. System number 2 is the exact same and I recommend we rebuild it.
Completed heating tune up all electrical components good amp draws good all gas safety is working flu pipes good all gas pipe has safeties on them and safety teas replaced igniter on upstairs unit units are working properly collected payment by credit card customer does not want to move forward with a protection plan at this moment
Performed Super Tune up on Downstairs unit Delta in cooling was 28 degrees meaning there was an issue Condenser was recently changed to 410a but the evaporator is r22 Metering device was not changed when this happened Coil was filled with bio growth and dust and debris, recommended a cut and along with a new TXV Customer has a transfer switch, units outside do not have a soft start that is meant to go along with a generator, they are attached on the estimates In heating mode, no CO detection whatsoever or gas leaks and had a 50 degree delta in heating Customer was made aware of the situation, and would like to arrange this for late February or early March Setting a follow up for those days Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day
I reviewed the report the inspector gave saying the system TD was out of tolerance. I new there was an issue as soon as I saw the picture of inspector using temp gun. *******These measurements are not accurate ********** Using temperature probs at the unit from return and supply are the only way to get an accurate reading of true TD specs. I tested both system is heat and cooling. Readings Upstairs -TD in heating 132 supply return 84 Upstairs – TD in cooling 66 return supply 45 Down stairs TD heating 142 supply return 84 Down stairs TD cooling 66 return supply 45 Cooling TD for down stairs system is question is 23° System test in tolerance all the way around.
Came out for a heating tune-up on a two system gas furnace home for the most part everything is operating as it should discussed a couple of concerns with the homeowner about the capacitors for the inducer Motors as well as some biological growth and issues with their filtration presented him with options however he would like to review and research and get back with us I will follow up in a couple of weeks thank you for choosing comfort experts!

For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of a system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was replaced and outside condenser was completely washed. Adding on, customer was informed about the duct not being attached to his tap in his supply, due to the tap being in bad conditions. I recommended the possible solutions to the customer and customer approved for job to be done Monday from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day!
Today I replaced control board under warranty system is now back online and ready for work.
I discovered a bad furnace control board. I'm ordering OEM and pausing the call until parts come in.
For this job, we arrived for a evaluation on 2 gas furnace systems. Customer had a inspector and he mentioned a couple issues on his systems. Customer was informed about what were the possible solutions to her issues. – A level 1 repair would be charged to add armor flex to both of her units on the suction line to meet inspector requirements. -A level 3 repair would be charged to spray the pan with a specific sealant to protect the pan completely from future rust. Customer mentioned she will call the office if she decides to move forward with the job. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great night!
Came to customer's house to do electrical inspection and ended up finding a bunch of post lights in front yard that are not working and ended up finding a switch that was controlling it but all of them are bad and need to be replaced with new one so quoted customer to provide that outdoor up lights and replace them all and also give them a quote to do it if he supplied them
.
12/10/25 rescheduled at door
Came to job to look at doing a panel change and also updating it to code and making sure house is protected and also gave quote for generator plug customer is very interested in this and will reach back out to usif he chooses to go with us
Today I installed new txv. Job complete ✅
Low voltage missing from condenser Reset system and it turned on fine Tightened down all low voltage connections Sp waived service fee and system running fine at exit
Customer only wanted a coal replaced in a over 10 unit.
I have completed my search for the electrical problem and found that somewhere along the main neutral, it is either loose or disconnected as anything with a motor is shaking the electrical balance on the house, inside the panel connections are tight so most likely the problem is within the service side of their electricity, I did note that the meter it's self is very old so that's a really good first place to look
