Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. Mike did an excellent job on both systems (heating and a/c), and thoroughly explained his findings. For the a/c system he found several things that required replacement and repair. For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. In the indoor unit, system had a lot of biological growth however customer was aware and was not interested on any possible solution to remove that. In the outside unit, the fan was not running, I checked the capacitor and it was out of tolerance, capacitor was replaced and everything was functioning like normal.
