Excellent service
Hobson rep called me in May to set up appt for summer check up. I am a member of their club and I get this done for no charge at the time of service. I called them back the 1st of July and said I would like to have my unit serviced. They set me up to fit me in when they could. Joshua came by on the 5th. He was professional and sent pictures. He cleaned the leaves out of the base of my AC unit which was above and beyond my expectations. He showed up in the morning around 10 which I was very happy about.
Good customer service.
Adam was great but the inspector who came out wanted something else done. He was able to come back out pretty quickly and got it up to code. I’m very happy with the company and the installer Adam!
Danny Barack did a complete check up of our AC and furnace units to make sure it would withstand this summers brutal heat. He cleaned the AC unit and pointed out the capacitor reaching its last days. Overall he answered all questions and explained new items in stock to make your AC run more efficient. Did great job.
Service was very good. Problem was taken care of. Thank you
Scheduled quickly. Arrived promptly worked quickly and efficiently. Was polite and personable.
Troubleshooter‘s name was Jake, it was very friendly knowledgeable and new what he’s doing. Not only identified the problem but also helped us with another issue. Completely satisfied!
Responded quickly!
I had to suffer in the heat with no AC for 17 days, cooking all my meals out on the grill even when it’s raining to not increase the temperature in the house from cooking in the oven or on the stove top. I have been a customer for 20 years and I feel that I was not taken care of and they should’ve provided a temporary window AC while waiting for the compressor part to arrive. Our technician, Mike did a great job installing the compressor when it arrived and none of this is his fault.
Although I didn’t get the original plumber that was supposed to come, the quality of service provided was still excellent albeit a bit off schedule.
The whole team was very helpful. They answered every question. They did an excellent job.
I really don’t do many surveys, but I must say the service and professionalism that I get is remarkable!
Garrett and Danny came out and provided a 2nd opinion on our unit we thought was dead. Explained everything they were doing and got it up and running.
Toby was very informative and answers all our questions. I would 100% use and get other systems in the future.
Cody deserves a raise!
Colby was awesome! I will ask for him when I need you to come back. He was pleasant, helpful, courteous. He is an asset to your company.

Jerred was throughly explain what he was doing personable friendly professional got the job done just took a while for him to arrive but he did check the entire system will call again if need too
Tyler was very knowledgeable and explained my options well.
Jerred was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, personable and professional. After being without air conditioning for 36 hours and experiencing inside temperatures in the 90s, I was glad to find a company who responded to my call for service within 3 hrs of my call on a Sunday morning. I had tried all day Saturday to find someone who could get to me before Monday. So glad I made that call.
Great company. A/C tech Abel came out. He was very knowledgeable and, most important, was able to update my system with no problem. He was very professional and informative. I'll have "Comfort" back again.
Jose, "Joe", and Angel showed up on time to install the new system. They were very professional and even asked how they could avoid disrupting our routine. They did their work quickly and were done earlier than expected.
Every aspect from the call center to the arrival of the technician was seamless. The technician, Daniel was a great. He was friendly but professional at the same time. He explained everything he was doing.
Dan was very open and upfront about what his company could offer with their service. He was honest and provided alternate solutions for my problem. I appreciate honesty from service personnel and I like the business model of Comfort ExpertsInc.
Arrived onsite customer had a condensate line backing up at Robinson tee. Removed Robinson tee and cleared port everything working properly.
On this job I cleared a drain line and installed a new soft start. The system is now back online and cooling like nvr before.
Upon arrival homeowner stated that system is working properly and has not had issues since yesterday. Thermostat on auto and satisfied, switched to cool and dropped temperature to keep system operating while diagnosing. I let him know I would still check system and see if I can find reasoning for system not working After inspecting indoor unit I could not find any issues and system was working properly Moved to outdoor condenser unit and only found a popped compressor saver kit, replaced under P&L warranty and system continued to function properly after new Compressor kit installed Checked Delta and had a perfect 20° cooling Talked to homeowner let him know I could not find any issues with system and it was operating as it should. Let homeowner know I switched out compressor saver kit and if system happens to have issues again to call the office and we can come look at it while it is failing. I returned thermostat to auto and system turned off due to thermostat being satisfied upon
Today we returned with the customer supply toilets. One toilet being in the upstairs hall bath and the other toilet being in the downstairs powder bath. We set the toilets, tested with toilet paper. Everything was flushing when we left. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
For this evaluation the customers upstairs system was not cooling however it was blowing air. I started outside and when the customer kicked on the system it was making an extremely loud buzzing sound and when I opened up the electrical panel there was ants everywhere. Ants had gotten into the contactor and burnt it up causing that contactor to fail. I replaced the contactor and if I'm doing so everything kicked on and started working, refrigerant levels and amp draws were all within range.
Today we showed up for a plumbing estimate. Upon arrival the upstairs hall bath toilets but not flush correctly. Toilet was put in around the time the house was filled so that makes it around 20 years old. Be home on or wanted to do it upgrade on the upstairs toilet, as well as the powder bath toilet. They are calling home Depot to get them ordered and then we'll be calling us to give us the confirmation number for us to pick them up and return soon.
Spoke to homeowner Clarified difference between IAQ200 and IAQ1000 He’s still thinking over Options
Estimate for installing c/s RO unit. Customer declined work at this time
Upon arrival system was on and thermostat was on in cool but was not cooling After conversation with Mr from system symptoms I began my evaluation with checking outdoor condenser Upon arrival to unit I noticed fan was on but I did not hear the compressor After flipping breaker for condenser unit I checked components and found that compressor capacitor was reading blank Brought findings to homeowners and they decided to purchase basic capacitor replacement Homeowner expressed frustrations with STU being pushed out to Oct and that this issue could have been found during the tune up I let her know I would talk with supervisor to see what we could do We came to an agreement of $50 off the basic capacitor to help with inconvenience. After replacing capacitor I flipped breaker and both fan and compressor kicked on I went into attic to check Delta to confirm system is indeed cooling and had an 18° Delta and thermostat was steadily dropping Informed homeowners that it would take a while
Performed evaluation Upon arrival wet switch sensor was activated with no Alarm Faulty switch for system reset – no moisture build in return Replaced wet switch sensor Delta 11 Leaked searched indoor and outdoor unit – 0 Hits Found Schrader valves loose – tightened valves Reccomended Schrader valve cores on high and low side Reccomended refrigerant While work was performed further issues can still persist Low refrigerant causes coil to freeze and set off sensor Homeowner will wait and evaluate condition and call back for repair System left on cool at exit
For this tuneup, we did a thorough evaluation of the system On the inside unit, we got a 23° delta between returning supply As far as cooling goes, it is cooling efficiently as possible On the outside, no visible damage to any of the major components Wash the condenser from the inside out My only recommendation is to get a duct cleaning, dust and debris is the number one reason why air conditioners fail, prematurely The duct cleaning will elongate system productivity Thank you for choosing Comfort experts. Have a great day.
Today we should have won a complimentary plumbing estimate. Upon arrival homeowner was having a leak in their front yard, we identified that it was a part of the irrigation system. We gave a quote to repair. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Found unit to be low on charge with low side saturation below freezing adjusted refrigerant levels and checked for leaks at indoor and outdoor field connections as well as checked ductwork in attic for restriction of airflow after talking with Joe Come to the conclusion we will need to get another tech back out with a flir camera and leak detector to determine if there is a refrigerant leak in the system or a problem with the ductwork in the walls upon departure unit had a 17.5 delta t
Today I showed up for an evaluation on a one-year-old gas furnace system outdoor unit was not running upon arrival thermostat was at 81° found the dual run capacitor for the outdoor unit to be bad and replaced it under warranty once I let the unit run and refrigerant levels settle the system was pulling a 19° Delta and by the time I left the house had cooled down to 76 degrees homeowner opted to sign up for the new home and budget protection plan membership as well as purchase a lifetime star warranty that includes 10 years of refrigerant and ensures no fee for parts and labor thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Took video of front of home including address as well as walking up the ladder to attic access with view of indoor unit using done for now as form is not registering as completed
3 individual filters Filters are now in there possession.
For this job I provided the customer with 2 different estimates to replace the existing water heater on site. Emailed both options, customer stated that she would reach out Monday.
for this job, I did an evaluation. Homeowner was concerned about drain line being clogged. Offered him a repair and he declined, he didn’t like the price. He mentioned wanting insulation. Offered to schedule an advisor to come look he said he would schedule it himself. Worth mentioning drain pan is very full and if the emergency line clogs too, he will have water damage. I made him aware of this and he still declined.
Upon arrival I was asked about filter location at return vent Return vent was not suited for a filter placement so I recommended to check filter in attic air handler We went to attic and I inspected air handler and found filter location Removed old filter and inspected return plenum which was quite clean Evap coil was clean and in good condition Replace new filter and spoke to homeowner After explaining that return does not need a filter as well since it could cause restriction to the system with multiple filtration locations Homeowner decided to hold off on any duct cleaning but will contact us when she is ready to make a decision
Came to job for light flickering when using clothes steamer and figure it out that the dimmer switch was causing it to flicker when turning on steamer
Replaced damper motor, system working as should
IAQ evaluation Biological growth present throughout system Air handler, supply plenum, ductwork, and vents all thoroughly contaminated Everything should be cleaned and disinfected with our IAQ200 UV system to prevent it from coming back Several gaps in insulation present causing efficiency loss at the unit and at the supply plenum/duct connections These should be sealed properly to prevent efficiency loss Homeowner has asthma and would greatly benefit from our IAQ1000 electrostatic filter to reduce dust circulation as much as possible Emailing estimates and he will discuss options with his wife
Found bad run capacitor on condenser replaced capacitor unit now working properly
For this job I performed a evaluation. Homeowners stated on last visit the system was diagnosed with a faulty damper and it was ordered to be replaced. They stated that the previous text left the damper for the first floor completely open but that their system could not handle cooling all three floors simultaneously. All the homeowners wanted was for us to close the dampers until the new damper arrives and works properly. Homeowners were in a rush to leave when I got there, there was not time to do anything other than close to damper as requested.
