Job Locations
for this job, I did an evaluation. Upstairs system blowing, but not cooling. Outdoor system not coming on. Capacitor rated 35 testing 0. System also had a lockout error code reset the code and change capacitor. System came on and was pulling a good Delta. Homeowner renewed star labor for lifetime. Call was incorrectly booked as a sales lead. Finishing up the call and hopefully this can be addressed.
5/14/25 She wants to reschedule for a leak search this Saturday. This will be my second call Saturday.
On this job I looked at 5 systems. 1 out of the 5 test out of tolerance. Its the smallest of the Daikin systems. Upon arrive i found the system in thermo over load. Meaning the compressor got very hot and cut off internally. The system doesn't have enough cool vapor coming back to the compressor to keep his head cool. Unfortunately the system is low on 410a. He's positive that he has warrenty coverage with A1 air to handle the issue. All system have been washed and cleaned. All ssytem but one are ready for cooling. I do recommend installing easy start to this system to eliminate the high in amps and add longevity to the condensors.

Came out for an eval found a bad capacitor on the condensing unit homeowner signed up for the home and budget protection plan for all five units and I replaced the single run capacitor for the compressor
Install 30k hz heat pump use current filtration, includes code kit
