Simple Answer: We always answer the phone, and come when you call to fix what needs fixed — and we stand behind our word and our work.
Plus you can count on getting a Certified AC Genius, Plumbing Genius, or Electrical Genius. Which means we don’t use “salesmen in disguise” or “selling techs,” like other home service companies. Instead we have our own training center to ensure you always get the honest expertise required to repair your problem right, right then and there.
Good service and attitude
Great attitude and great job
Justin found the problem, but had to order a part. Now awaiting delivery and installation of part.
Great job, I spent 3 months in hospital, came home and found lightning had damaged my unit. Got it fixed today. Thank you.
Ac problem diagnosed quickly & repaired Very well mannered tech I highly recommend
Tyler called me, tried to talk me out of making the repairs that I have already arranged to pay for, explained why I should not make the repairs, tried to convince me to get a whole new system, and I specifically told him to make the repairs that were previously diagnosed anyway, and Tyler decided not to make the repairs. In a subsequent conversation, Tyler claimed he did not hear me when I told him to make the repairs. In reality he either could not make the repairs or decided he did not want to and uses the false excuse that he could not me tell him to make the repairs. This is dishonest and could qualify fraud because I have already paid for the repair in advance. I have asked to speak to his supervisor and as of now the supervisor, Preston. has not called me.
Mark was friendly, polite, and professional. He listened and followed up on a concern I had. The system is working very well now. Thank you.
Great service. Needed Fall service of unit. Tech was dispatched and got it done. Filter was shipped out ahead; was installed and heating unit tested. Tech showed owner how to activate emergency heating. Have used this company since 1978 in 3 different houses.
Tech arrived as scheduled. Unit was not switching to emergency heat. Tech adjusted unit to start heat cycle. My household of young cat and my self really appreciated the help.
6 systems, gas 90% ranging from 2010-2014. Home was empty, Brother of homeowner was there to allow me to at least locate and gather information from the systems to determine the best course for the property. Homeowner is selling and is in negotiations with a buyer; and on an inspection report there was talk about the cleanliness of the ducting. To best serve, I looked into all 6 units (4 on main, 2 on addition). Level 2 duct cleaning is recommended. This includes duct cleaning (including supply vents) blower wheel pull and clean x6, evaporator coil cleaning x6, decontamination of 6 indoor units, microbial misting through all 6 systems (this lines the ducting after cleanings preventing biological growth). Level 1 duct cleaning is just the ducting system with supply vent clean and microbial misting. Briefly spoke to Teeter on his brother phone. Emailed estimates. He will give us an answer after the weekend.
3 system super tune up performed today. Downstairs unit is a Coleman air handler with heat pump. Technician arrived to a very warm home. Customer states that she turned the heat on last night and it wouldn’t shut off. Technician turned it back to cool and then back to heat and could not recreate the issue. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. System is functioning normally at time of departure. Upstairs unit is an Amana air handler and heat pump. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Blower motor is acceptable. System is clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Apartment mini split is functioning normally at this time. Customer states that it wasn’t blowing as hard as it used to. Technician was able to change some set
