Super tune up performed this evening in a comfort maker LP furnace with a straight cool condenser installed in 2014. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Gas burners. Igniter. Gas valve and heat exchanger are acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil have some slight build up starting to form. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was very dirty boutdoor unit was washed and waxed as well as all of the leaves were vacuumed from the bottom pan. Customer changeanhis own filters.

Super tune up performed today on an Amana gas furnace with straight cool condenser installed in 2016. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Gas valve, burners, igniter, inducer motor and heat exchanger are all acceptable. Evaporator coil and blower wheel are dirty and should be cleaned customer did not have a filter to change out this time. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Attic insulation is very low. Highly suggest adding insulation in the attic to help with the efficiency of the home. Suggest a level 2 duct cleaning to clean all of the duct work and the interior of the air handler including the blower wheel and evaporator coil.

System is draining properly. The dripping water sound that the customer heard was the condensate dripping into the sump pump reservoir. Performed function check to ensure system was draining properly. Sump pump turns on and drains accordingly. System running and cooling upon departure.

Adding 18k and 12k heat pump mini splits new installations

Technician arrived to thermostat set to 68 and it was 68 in the building. Customer states that earlier it was set to 68 but was reading 84 but still felt like 68 in the room. Technician could not recreate the issue. System is running and cooling as it should. If problem persists the thermostat may need to be changed. Pausing job to ensure payment is collected. Invoice with payment link was sent.

Upon arrival tech found that the system was working properly tech turned system off and on multiple Times compressor is coming On and everytime system is cooling as intended

Found insulation in drain pan blocking it from draining. Cleared it and verified proper drainage

Customer stated indoor was blowing hot air. During evaluation found that the contactor was pulled in but nothing would come on. Checked high voltage and found that 240 would not cross the contactor. Found spider in between contacts causing high voltage to not pass. Removed spider and any other debris from contactor and system came back on and began cooling. Left system in cool

Arrived to no cool on Pioneer mini split heat pump installed in 2022. Compressor and blower motor turn on but variable speed condenser fan motor will not run and system goes out on high pressure. Power is being delivered to the motor via the control board but condenser fan motor will not run. The motor has failed and needs to be replaced. Customer declined repairs at this time.

Arrived to a blockage in the primary drain line. Cleared the blockage and ensured the drain was clear. Poured customer supplied white vinegar down the drain to prevent future blockages. System running and cooling upon departure.

Second zone damper motor going to the primary bedroom failed and was stuck closed replaced the damper and the motor. Perfomed function check. Zone opening and closing accordingly. System running and cooling upon departure.

Arrived to no cool in the primary bedroom. Two zone system is serving the upstairs and the primary bedroom downstairs. Found that the bedroom damper motor had failed and the damper had been stuck closed. Need to order a 12 inch damper and a Honeywell two wire damper motor. Damper is currently stuck in the open position so that the bedroom will cool.

When technician arrived he asked the homeowner if there are any troubles and was told everything is working good. The outdoor unit was pretty dirty and full of leaves so I removed the top and removed the leaves and washed outdoor unit. Then checked volts, amps, temperature splits, refrigerant pressures including superheat and subcool, capacitor, and contactor, also checked the blower wheel, filter, and duct pressures. Everything is working ok at this time, I told the homeowner filter is not horrible but should be replaced before next maintenance.

Upon arrival technician checked air handler where technician found that the filter they are using is too restrictive on the system technician is highly recommending them to use a fiberglass one and changing it out monthly technician is recommending IAQ in an antimicrobial pant treatment to help with any biological growth from happening as well as any buildup on the drains

Couldn't get in touch with customer to open gate. Dispatch spoke with customer who stated he canceled call.

Heatpump had E37 code (faulty control board) fix is replacement. Customer stated he will talk with manufacture

Customer wanted estimate for replacing old rinnai tankless water with new navien unit.

I have looked at the gfcis causing some issues the one in the kitchen had just tripped the breaker so I turned that one back on and the one outside wasn't showing any signs of degration and was only a few month old

Upon arrival system was off, turned system on and outdoor came on but indoor would not. During evaluation reset breakers and started system, blower came on and off as should multiple times. Checked components on Heatpump and found auxiliary motor starter had failed also found disconnect was broken. Recommended replacement of safety disconnect and auxiliary motor starter. Customer declined safety disconnect but wanted to replace auxiliary motor starter. Left system in heat mode

Called out for leaking hosebib. Sweat off old valve, solder on copper mip adapter and install new silcock. Set up on membership

11/27/24 Installed new gas service and repiped 4 drops. All new plumbing held test. Turned gas on and lit all pilots and tested furnace. Customer has heat and hot water for the holiday. Will need to go back on Friday to button up a few minor details. Will also need to schedule an electrician to bond the system

We will cut out bad pipe and fittings and replace. After repair, pressure test is still showing a leak. I am not able to turn gas back on at this time. Estimates given for new service line and 4 drop repipe. This job is financed We will Trench from meter to corner of home. After excavation we will install new 1"poly gas service with stop and union at house and run new csst gas lines to all gas appliances with new stops and supplies. New gas system will be bonded electrically as per code. All new work will be tested and installed as per code

Customer requests a plumber to come out to perform a pressure test on the gas line. Heating tune up performed today on an Amana gas furnace with straight cool condenser. PSC blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are slightly dirty. Attic is very low on insulation. Furnace safeties and functions are working properly. Technician smelled the odor of gas outside by the condenser. Technician turned off the furnace and the gas water heater pilot and watched the meter to determine there is a slow leak somewhere in the system. Requesting a plumber to come out and perform a pressure test on the gas line. Gas was turned off at the meter before departure.
