Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.
Alex and his helper came early and stayed late to insure our new HVAC system was installed properly and running correctly. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. Nathaniel was wonderful! He came out to fix light on my flag pole. Explained everything clearly to me. And went the extra mile by explaining GFCI operation, and make Christmas lights work! All the while being patient with this old lady! He is an outstanding employee! So thankful for all he did!
Danny was exceptional to work with today. He explained all the concepts where they were easy to understand. He also took the time to show me where the underlying issues were within my system. Arrived to a no cool. System. Was not turning on at all. No power to "r" wire. Found popped 3 amp fuse and a corroded low voltage connection on the "r" wire. Replaced fuse and rewired the connection. System running and cooling the home upon departure.
Arrived onsite wrote estimate for customer to install new water filtration system on home. Customer has to talk to father about system will follow up with her in a couple days..
Tech found all electrical connections tight and have no corrosion at this point in time system has a great delta coil is starting to get dirty at this time compressor saver is still working up to techs standards super heat is on target there seems to be no issues with the system at this time tech is having a plumber come out Tuesday due to rotten egg smells

2/12/25 Need to return tomorrow during the day to further troubleshoot the heat pump.
Arrived to no heat. Found that the propane tank fueling the propane furnace was empty. Customer called and has the tank filled while the technician was there. The heat pump was going out on high pressure because it was trying to go into defrost mode and auxiliary heat was not turning on due to lack of propane. Technician was able to get the propane furnace to run and tried to check the heat pump as well. Heat pump was running while the auxiliary heat was also running. Need to return tomorrow during the day to further troubleshoot this issue.
System is running on propane heat and heating the home upon departure.
Faulty thermostat was the cause of the issues. Replaced the thermostat under P&L warranty. Performed function check in heating, emergency heating and cooling. System running and heating the home upon departure.

Arrived to no heat. Outdoor condenser was not coming on due to a compromised primary electrical control. Ants had caused primary electrical control to fail. Replaced primary electrical control and performed function check. System running normally upon departure.

Came to house for half of house not working and quoted to fix it
Upon technicians arrival, tech talk to homeowner technician started inside where float switch was upside down and going off technician checked the drain drain was clear and was not clogged technician cleared wet, switch and van came on technician found W was not connected on the thermostat. Technician then connect to W on thermostat and the unit kicked on immediately working properly
Upon arrival tech was shown to the condenser and furnace tech started at the furnace. It was blowing hot air. Tech went to the condenser. Tech turned off the condenser and turned it back on. When to condenser started back up the h heard clicking coming from the reversing valve tech checked the reversing able and found it was good when tech put the wire back on tech found that the wiring was lose that wasn’t allowing it to work properly. When tech put everything back together tech had checked inside the sc and sh where good and the vents where blowing 56 degrees. Customer wants to call the office and talk about the estimate and service fee and price of fix. Tech talked to supervisor to see if unit was under p&l the only thing that is owed is the service fee of 79.20. Tech had to leave to get service to make phone call to supervisor. Once tech got back to talk to owner the gate code wasn’t working.
Upon arrival, tech met up with homeowner and discussed about everything that tech would be looking for. Tech got in the attic and looked at return and supply Plenum. Tech went inside the house and looked at all the supply and return vents. Tech suggested level two duck cleaning due to hide dust.

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. When I arrived the unit was cooling, the customer wanted an estimate for replacing the condenser casing after a tree branch fell on it. While I was inspecting the unit, the compressor went into thermal overload. I cooled it off and the system turned back, I did testing to find what caused the compressor to go into thermal overload but was unable to find a definitive cause. I did notice that the system has a TXV but no hard start kit installed which could be a contributing factor. System operated with no issue for 40 minutes after turning back on and was cooling the home.

7/11/24 Installed 40A feeder underground to 6 circuit sub panel in shed. Installed 3 new outlets in shed. Installed switch and keyless fixture for general lighting. ADD $600 FOR NEW SWITCH AND LIGHT. Installed 240v 20A home run to exterior disconnect for mini split.

Upon arrival condenser fan was on the thermostats was turn off. Tech moved wires and the condenser fan started working properly.

Upon techs arrival tech was shown to the Kennel. Tech had opened up the condenser panel and it started to poor rain for a hour and continued to do so once tech got back to the truck it was stuck once we got the truck unstuck the rain had quit. When tech unplugged the disconnect the condenser was still getting power. Tech noticed that the disconnect had arc marks and suggested to replace that. The contacter was bad due to ants. Tech replace the disconnect and contacter once both where replace the unit was running up to standards.
