Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again when the need arises.

Comfort Experts is my go to air-conditioning People. They provide maintenance service on my system twice a year. Their service technicians have been excellent.
They are experienced professional, and very knowledgeable and appear to be well trained
They perform minimal and necessary improvements to my system in order to extend its life. I'm going on 15 years with the current system and anticipate what will last another 10 years as long as they keep it properly maintained.

Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.

For this job I worked on a heating tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the heating side of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was replaced and system had a perfect delta. Duct cleaning 2 is recommended for system, dust levels are high. Came to house to give quote on permanent lighting outside on house going from fence line all the way around front and to the other side to the fence line and it comes out to 166 ft in total so would have to order 200 ft section but explain to customer that we do govee lights and explained it to her and showed her what they look like and how they operate showed customer how we would do everything and explain everything to her and also gave her an option with the membership as well but customer is looking to get this done after the holidays so explain to customer that that is okay but obviously talked about doing it now but customers just wanting to wait

for this job, I did a cooling tuneup. Delta was good. Current renters replaced filters themselves. Filter has a hole in it. Suggesting to the property owner to update filter box. Drain lines were good. At the outdoor unit. Capacitor wasn’t check. In rush and running amps were good. Washed out coil and system was running and cooling when I left.

Came out to complete Rec work for Garrett Rick work consisted of replacing the suction service valve on an Amana unit that Services the bedrooms in this home removed replaced pressure tested pulled a vacuum added refrigerant tested it in cool mode everything is functioning as it should 10° sub cool 15° super heat I am pausing this call so the office can collect payment from the homeowner

For this evaluation the customers system was only blowing out warm air and the low pressure switch was tripped because it is completely flat on refrigerant and leaking from the saturation line service valve, so I was unable to add refrigerant or leak search. I spoke with Shantelle, the homeowners daughter about what I found. At this time she wants to fix the problem but discuss with a CA about what it would take to replace the aging system.
