Plus you can count on getting a Certified AC Genius, Plumbing Genius, or Electrical Genius. Which means we don’t use “salesmen in disguise” or “selling techs,” like other home service companies. Instead we have our own training center to ensure you always get the honest expertise required to repair your problem right, right then and there.
Colby did a great job and was very through with his inspection. I had another finally come over and told me I needed 2-3lb of gas in my system which was only 3 years old?! Glad there are honest companies out there!
Blake was very well knowledgeable and explained the what was going on what he recommended. Timely & professional through the visit. Didn’t try and sell anything that wasn’t needed and let me know the services were recommended and not needed. Very pleased with everything.
Zak and helper worked all the areas that we had a problem with to our satisfaction. Very polite and worked hard to get it done! Thank you for sending them out
Was very happy
Very professional work & very fast.
Arrived for STU replaced filter Drains clear Installed IAQ300 with pan strip Cleaned coil Could not clean blower due to mounting chain in the way Furnace components fine Washed condenser coil Motors, capacitors, and refrigerant fine Wrapped low voltage wire in electrical tape and conduit due to chew marks
Came out to complete Rec work for Garrett Rick work consisted of replacing the suction service valve on an Amana unit that Services the bedrooms in this home removed replaced pressure tested pulled a vacuum added refrigerant tested it in cool mode everything is functioning as it should 10° sub cool 15° super heat I am pausing this call so the office can collect payment from the homeowner
For this evaluation the customers system was only blowing out warm air and the low pressure switch was tripped because it is completely flat on refrigerant and leaking from the saturation line service valve, so I was unable to add refrigerant or leak search. I spoke with Shantelle, the homeowners daughter about what I found. At this time she wants to fix the problem but discuss with a CA about what it would take to replace the aging system.
I was here for a super tune up system filer was a little dirty but still good blower had some dust on it found screw in blower housing I removed it heat Exchange looks good system had amps on the inducer in tolerance out door capacitor looks good all amps in tolerance refrigerant in range condenser clean could not ch3dk Humidifier ladder did not reach. Into the attic customer might was someone to come out and talk about a new system
On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degrees delta. Superheat was an 8. Condenser coils dirty in heat of day system likely locking out on high pressure. When I left system running and cooling.
Tech arrived at a tune-up. It was rainy. There was a for sale sign out front. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The Delta and refrigerant was within range. The filter was very dirty. The blower area was dirty and there was growth present. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. There was visible buildup in the lines. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to move forward with adding a treatment strip to help keep the drain system clean. This item was installed today. The system was functioning upon departure.
During inspection verified that contactor was now passing power properly and system was a little low on refrigerant due to Schrader valve having a small leak Went ahead and added a little refrigerant to top it off and changed out contactor under lifetime P&L
Ran super tune up on customers unit. All heating and cooling components tested within normal recommended tolerances. Did find unit to be dirty including blower wheel. Also found compressor pulling high amps on startup and recommended compressor saver. Found no other issues at this time
After arrival, the home owner explained to me the issues he's been having with the hallway bathroom sink. The sink has been backing up, but nothing else in the bathroom seems to have an issue. So he called us for the $89 drain. Special and I was able to pull out quite a bit of hair, flossing picks as well as q-tips.
