Upon arrival customer stated the outdoor unit would continuously click but not work you're an evaluation found no prior fault codes for the heat pump or air handler did find the primary p-trap to have heavy build up and when testing with a gallon of water would slowly drain causing the reversing valve to click on and off on and off as the drain switch would continuously trip due to the water draining slowly. Cleared primary drain p-trap and add a pan treatment for the gallon of water down the drain with no issues left system in cool

Arrived to no cool call. Found outdoor unit had shut down on a high pressure switch. Air filter was very dirty causing low airflow across the evaporator coil. This can cause the unit to go out on a high pressure safety switch. Customer did not have filter but had ordered one. Filter needs to be changed as soon as possible. Comfort advisor has been scheduled for Saturday morning to discuss installing a whole home generator.

We will replace boiler drain at RV hookup and flapper on toilet in barn. With mobile home membership and multi Unit membership on main house We are going to use card for home and budget

Upon arrival customer stated furnace would short cycle on and off and would never heat. During evaluation found the furnace flame sensor to be weak and also found that a mouse chew through the hose for the pressure switch causing the pressure switch to stay open once fixing the pressure switch system continued to short cycle replace flame sensor and found no other issues at this time

Replace water line in ground. Not a 100% sure that this is where the leak is 2/4/26 Flagged ditch line for locates. Will return tomorrow to start work. 2/5/26

I have completed my electrical tune up and found nothing of great concern but surge protection is very much a recommendation but he doesn't seem interested at this time gfci's are present and functional

I have completed the estimate and sent it as an email as per his request but it's much more than expected so you he would like to think on it

Arrived to no cool. 04 "locked rotor" code present on the outdoor heat pump. Compressor saver had failed nreplaced compressor saver under warranty and performed a hard reset on the system n system running and cooling upon departure.

2024 Trane Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed customer provided filter Drain has heavy build up in P trap Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Blower wires have biological growth build up Evaporator coil was acceptable Supply plenum has slight biological growth build up 2024 Trane Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended compressor saver, UV System, clearing and treatment of the drain

Failed 45/5 dual run capacitor. Replaced and ran quick system check. Left with system cooling

Nest thermostat would cycle the fan on and off but not the Heatpump when it should. Changed to Honeywell programmable thermostat and found no other issues at this time Per Brian H, no charge

We will dig up water line and install customer supplied bury hydrant for stock tank. No warranty on c/s parts 7/24/25 WG Dug up water line by fence in pasture and installed bury hydrant. Ground is very rocky and difficult to dig. We were able to bury it 2 ft deep and secured with t post. No warranty on c/s parts

Cooling tune up performed today on a one year old Lennox h at pump with air handler. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Highly suggest adding a whole home surge protector to the main panel to protect the home and the appliances in the event of a surge.

No heat strip operation. Everything amps below threshold. Crawled into attic found signs of mice. Couldn't replicate problem.

Arrived to no cool on upstairs unit caused by a tripped drain switch. Recall on previous technician for failing to fully clear the drain. Performed function check. Both system running and cooling upon departure.

Arrived to no cool due to an intermittent low voltage short. Technician found a popped 5 amp fuse in the indoor control board. Replaced fuse and added a fuse to each low voltage circuit in order to track down the short. System operating at time of departure. This is an intermittent issue and technician will not know which low voltage circuit is causing the short until the unit fails again.
