Today on this job I looked at both heat and cooling. Although the system test in tolerance I have some concerns. The system has a small leak at the scharder valve . System outside has major vines growing inside. Recommend a condensor brake down so we can extract all this so the system can breathe. House needs insulation. To help the system live longer add soft start replace Scharder valve and allow us to break it down condensor to extract vines.
