The service was good. But the technician today had to do the same thing the previous technician did previously. It was the same service and it cost me hundreds of dollars again. Also this technician was able to point out an issue that then,ast technician would not even tell me about. He said I needed a plumber and that was it. So good service this time. Customer had a leak in garage and hosebib that would not shut off, I replaced the broken hosebib and drop ear 90 fitting that was leaking and also replaced hosebib on front of house. Customer would like estimate for replacement of 50 gallon gas water heater.
Uv bulb was changed out
System had a dirty filter I changed it out blower was a little dirty the uv system bulb was out. All safety’s are working the condenser was cleaned. The capacitor was within tolerance. All amperage‘s within range. Refrigerant within range. Need to come back to change out UV bulb once it comes in.
Change the dirty filters, inducer motor within range. Laura was a bit dusty, both capacitors on the blower and the condenser within tolerance. Condenser was clean and refrigerant was within Range
Came to job for club membership turnout and ended up talking about AG FI and the garage swapping that out and also adding a plug in her bathroom.Next to her toilet gave her quotes.And she will call us back out soon when she can afford it
Today i did a full evaluation of both heating and cooling sides of the system. First thing I've noticed was the amount of rat droppings on the unit. I made them aware of that. And offered some uv to improve air quality. Heating is in full tolerance. It makes 30 td. Cooling as well is in full tolerance with 8° subcool. I cleaned the condensor and changed filter.

For this evaluation the customer's downstairs furnace would ignite and then immediately shut off and repeat the process over and over again. Initially I did not have a fault code however after taking the door off and manually starting the system I had a fault indicating that the "Pressure switch stuck open". I pulled the tube off the pressure switch and inducer blew through it and used thermostat wiring to clear the nipple where some debris did come out. I took the actual inducer off cleaned out the inside and reassembled and the system ran like it should. Since the system was igniting but then shutting off I went ahead and replaced the flame sensor under warranty since that is the next stage after ignition. I left with the system running and heating and recommended the customers get a level 2 duct cleaning since they had their floors replaced and they stated there was a lot of dirt and dust that was kicked up during that process.
Maintenance performed today on a Kohler 14kw generator. Spark plugs, oil, oil filter, and air filter were all changed. Battery is strong and holding 13.5v. Valves are all within spec. Performed function check. System is operating properly at time of departure.
On this job tested the system.both heating and cooling. The system is in good health due to its age and run time. The system makes a 20 td in cooling and heating is over 30. I always recommend putting an easy start on new system so they never experience and high inrush especially as they get older.

I was here to change out a customer provided uv bulb. The bulb was the wrong one so I did not change it out. I Found the right one on Amazon and showed the customer will need to come back later

On arrival both furnaces ran with no issues. Looked into upstairs airflow issue and determined it to be a design flaw. Found the downstairs furnace had an out of tolerance capicator. Customer will have home warranty address this.
11/30/24 TS- sewer line has a single cleanout in front yard cast-iron. Belly right under the hall toilet that effects both toilets. Middle of house.
I was here for a super tune up changed the filter and poured white finger down drain lines blower and system very dusty the capacitor out side was out of tolerance and all the amperages are in tolerance and refrigerant In range
Today I performed a membership warranty heating tune-up found organic growth inside of the supply plenum as well as an excess amount of dust in the ductwork discussed options with the homeowner for a duct cleaning and indoor air quality UV system homeowner needs to discuss his options with his wife and give us a call back customer is also requesting that I be the same technician to return moving forward
I was here to perform a super tuneup. Poured bleach down drain line and changed out. The filter filter was very dirty. UV bulb is over a year old needs to be changed out. Customer said they’re gonna change it out. I wash the condenser and capacitor intolerance compressor saver is at 0 so I changed it out Contactor was buzzing. refrigerant in range.
