For this job I did a super tune up. Deltas are good. Changed filter. Drain is clear. Blower cap is good. Dust building up on blower, recommend cleaning. Germicidal UV bulb has gone out, recommend replacing or upgrading to Oxidizing UV bulb. Tightened electrical components. At the outdoor unit, start kit has failed. Recommend upgrading to soft start. Refrigerant looks good. Running amps are good. Washed coil. Recommend surge protection. Homeowner plans to make major renovations to home this year. She would like a comfort advisor to give estimates on replacing the unit and having it relocated to the garage. Homeowner interested in hearing more about the generators we have as well. Comfort Advisor scheduled to visit the week of 2/23/26 in the afternoon. System in auto when I left. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts!

For this job, I work on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Adding on, the customer was informed about his coil and blower being really dirty. I offered the customer a full on the clean level 2 which includes, a blower clean, coil clean, duct clean, and microbial mist. Customer rejected and said to wait a couple months for this to be done. Customer also mentioned about a micro air soft start, and that he was interested in it, however he had to wait a couple months to get that done too. Customer said to make a note for whenever he calls they can send technician, to install his soft start. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day!

For this job I performed a spot repair on the main water service. The existing line was black poly and the leaks source was a broken joint on the tee breaking off for the irrigation line.
Electrical to plumbing Next Saturday the 9th he would like a plumber to come check the bathtub drain as it drains very slowly I have completed my electrical inspection and found nothing wrong but no surge protector, we did talk about it but he's interested at this time gfci's are present and working
On this job I did a AC tune up. The td is 20° subcool is 10°. I washed the condensor and changed the filter. The second system is r22 and has low system charge.
Came back, replaced customers old grounded out compressor with a new one. Brazed it in, performed a vacuum below 500 microns and it passed the decay test. Charged the system to an 14⁰ SC, and a 20⁰ SH. System functioning as designed and cooling well.
Repaired exterior outlet and installed new bubble cover. Concerns with main disconnect on pole. Seems very weathered and cover is rusting off.
Returned and installed window unit untill compressor gets here.
Pricing on this estimate is to change out the 3 angle stops beneath the kitchen sink. All 3 are twist to stop, and need to be converted over to 1/4 turn.
Pausing call, on arrival compressor was grounded. Customer complained of tv randomly losing power so I scheduled an electrical visit. Please ask electrician to add the missing screw to the panel if he has it, I lost one when I removed the dead front.
Foe this job I came to replace the condensing coil as well as the compressor on the customers straight cool system. I removed the old coil and compressor, brazed in the new compressor first followed by the condensing coil. After doing all that I resembled the unit and pulled a vacuum and purged with nitrogen where I was able to get the system to 375 microns indicating that a vast majority of contaminants or removed from the system as well as the line set. I charge the system to a 9° sub cool in the system was producing a 21° split.
Arrived for evaluation Upon arrival indoor system functioning Outdoor compressor high jump in amperage captured at 38.7 will reach 43 amperage before shut off – compressor also has very high wear operational noise DOA Condensor compressor DOA Condensor coil – Due to integrity of coil/refrigerant quantity/quality System left off at exit
Today I showed up for an evaluation on a 9-year-old Amana system outdoor unit was not running upon arrival this was due to a failed contactor replace the contactor got the unit running verified the refrigerant levels and the temperature split there is a severely dirty filter in the unit advised changing it as soon as possible thank you for choosing Comfort Experts have a great day
Arrived onsite customer had lavatory drain backing up ran small hand auger through drain cleared stoppage.
For this cooling tune up I came out to inspect the customer's furnace evaporator coil and condenser. Overall most equipment was measuring with the manufacturer's specs and running well. The exception to that is that I found the compressor over amping on startup pulling 85 amps with a maximum amp draw of 83. I recommend it to the customer that we install a soft start kit as the soft start kit will lower the amperage by roughly 80% or a hard start kit which will lower the amp draw by 30% keeping the system within manufacturer specifications. Customers would like an electrician Thursday first call for an to look at a couple light fixtures that don't work.
For this job I performed a complimentary plumbing inspection at the residence. All fixtures we operational, water heater in good condition. They could benefit from changing out the angle stops under the kitchen sink. The stops are twist to stop, and should be converted to 1/4 turn stops. Put together estimate and sent over to customer for approval.
Replaced zone board Installed panel surge protector Recommended IAQ300 to eliminate issues and biological growth from the system
Performed evaluation Found both systems primary drain lines have water build – both enter into sink Cleared sink and water cleared from lines – tested systems with water and both released water into sink After re assembling sink and water tested – sink continued to build water showing primary build up is not in HVAC systems Systems left on cool at exit Plumber scheduled tomorrow 07/08/25
Arrived onsite customer had a sink upstairs that was backing up ran small hand auger through drain and cleared stoppage. Tested after repair was made everything working properly.
