Job Locations
For this call I performed a super tune-up. I noted that the drain lines on the unit were not properly built for a negative pressure air handler. I noted a severely corroded and Rusty drain pan. I noted mild wild growth inside of the unit and over amperage at startup or the unit. Homeowner opted to have the drain pan replaced which includes drain line repair. Done for now, holding for parts, call home owner when the drain pan is in to schedule rec work.
Came to job to do electrical inspection and talking to customer about swapping out three fixtures customer wants to get rid of and talk to her about that and she is going to get some of her own fixtures and call us back when she's ready to do that but also talk to her about running a new circuit as well for a heater for her plants on her back porch which is a 30 amp dedicated circuit for a heater that is ceiling mounted
Today we showed up for a complimentary plumbing inspection. It is a two bath house. The water heater is approximately 17 years old and has and had any maintenance done to it. The kitchen faucet work that should be, and underneath had no leaks and drained well. The hall bath flushed and drained well, the tub also drain perfect. There are Delta fixtures in this bathroom. any master bathroom it is a double vanity, tub, stand up shower, toilet. All drained well and worked properly. There are few recommendations but I have them all in a estimate. everything is draining and working properly as we left the house. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Work not done yet Float switches didn't work need to come back first thing in the morning to fix issue Pause call update: 6/10 was able to install float switch at emergency drain line, tested it and it did work Checked refrigerant levels and they're good, was unable to check capacitor since disconnect appears to be fused shut Will need to be replaced on next visit Condensate line came off and water flowed out,glued back together. Arrived onsite customer had a small drip under lavatory sink upstairs. Was able to tighten the nuts on pee trap to fix leak. Tested after repair everything working properly.
Upon inspection system was short cycling I found water in float switch turning off system prematurely Unclogged drain line and then poured 1 gallon of water to prove it had cleared Thank you for choosing comfort experts, have a great night
Today I performed a cooling tuneup on the system. No significant abnormalities were noted during an inspection on cooling side aside from the compressors initial amp draw being higher than the rated LRA on the condenser data tag. I made the homeowner aware of the situation and recommended a membership with either a hard start kit or soft star kit. Homeowner declined any work to be done and starting a club membership at the moment. No further recommendations were made. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day!
This system has a blown low voltage fuse. Due to the a bad zone control broad. Today I replaced the fuse and system is back up and running agian. The system can do this agian. But he's not ready to do anything about it.
10/21/24 Customer unaware appointment was rescheduled to today, rescheduled
Arrived for CTU filter fine but still double filtered despite techs advising only using 1 Drains clear System functional Compressor over amping during run time Homeowner will replace it when it breaks
Performed inspection left multiple estimates customer will call us when he has time to do any of the work recommended
