Zac was knowledgeable, professional and efficient throughout his time at my home.
Zac is the MAN! after being ripped off by a different hvac company, Zac came out, checked EVERYTHING completely. just as we were about to conclude i needed a new compressor….he caught something i don't think anyone else would…the plug from the capacitor to the compressor was partialy UNPLUGGED!! its so tight in there, and no way for an animal to get in…..but yet it got unplugged and a dangerous situation existed. so TY Zac from me, and my entire family for your profesional attitude, and the great job you did! (note to the owners….ya'll better give that man a RAISE, cuz if "I" were in the business, i would snactch him up in a heart beat to work for me!!
Blake was very professional and thorough. We appreciate his efforts in keeping our system functioning properly.
They have always come to my rescue when I had a problem. Of course, most of the time, the problem wasn't discovered until after work. They have always come on the same day and had my system running before they left. The Technicians are always very nice and polite. The call center always makes me feel as if I'm the most important person to call that day!

For this evaluation customer stated her system was making a squeaky sound and he's stopped cooling. When I showed up the blower was running so I switched it to cooling and the system was running fine. The capacitors were within tolerance and refrigerant levels were good however the fan motor was overamping and getting really hot. With this customer being P&L I swapped out the fan motor for a new one. After doing so the system was functioning well and The system was blowing out at 62⁰ upon departure.
