Frustrated, your team was out 3 weeks ago … and Friday our system was not Cooling …we needed over 2 pounds of coolant when three weeks earlier —- the coolant level was fine. Also, how did we get a blocked drain pipe in that same time frame and that it wasn’t found with the tune up?
Alec came, troubleshot and serviced our outside unit on a Sunday.

Completed STU. Found dual run cap out of tolerance and minor biological growth in indoor cabinet. Recommend adding safety to primary drain line, house panel surge protection and compressor saver
No answer at the door. Pausing for now Performed Tune upon system Found Airhandler to be extremely compacted with dust and dirt due to the homeowner tearing down walls and flooring in the house. Customer also wanted to know if we could lift unit or move unit to replace flooring under Airhandler, gave customer a price and they declined. AIRHANDLER DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH RETURN AIR AIRHANDLER HAS THE WRONG FILTER IN FILTER BOX AND HAD THE FILTER DOOR OFF LETTING UNFILTERED AIR BYPASS THE FILTER. COMPRESSOR IS NOT RUNNING EFFICIENTLY AND DOES NOT SOUND GREAT. DUE TO THE COIL BEING HEAVILY COMPACTED AND ALMOST NO RETURN AIR THE REFRIGERANT LEVELS ARE SHOWING LOW AND LINESET IS FREEZING. COMPRESSOR MAY FAIL SOON RECOMMENDED NOT RUNNING THE SYSTEM TILL THE AIRHANDLER IS CLEANED AND ALL WORK IS DONE ON THE HOUSE Payment was being processed by the time tech left and said it failed so will be pausing for now.
I have replaced the 30 amp double pole breaker for the dryer
Two system tune up performed today. Both systems are Trane heat pumps with air handlers installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. ECM blower motors are acceptable. Blower wheels and evaporator coils are clean. Refrigerant levels are in range. Compressors and condenser fan motors are acceptable. Both outdoor units were washed and waxed. The smaller unit for the bedrooms is a 2 zone system. Customer states that some rooms are warmer than other rooms. Static pressure test shows high static pressure. Suggest adding more return air and possibly another supply duct in the primary bedroom. Customer is interested in the solar tax credit that is going away at the end of the year. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer on Monday the first of December to discuss adding solar to the home. Customer would like a solar estimate
Lv 2 duct cleaning is complete.
Maintenance performed today on a Generac air cooled 22kw generator. Oil, oil filter, air filter and spark plugs were changed. Checked the timing on the valves to confirm they are within spec. Battery checks as good. Cleaned the battery terminals and applied a corrosion preventative. Reset maintenance schedule. System operating properly at time of departure.
To return on Monday morning first call for generator maintenance. Arrived to yellow light displayed on the generator. Generac 22kw air cooled generator. Yellow light is showing it is time for service. Service scheduled for Monday morning first call.
Level 2 duct cleaningnis set for the morning of November the 7th. Joe said he will include cleaning the dryer vent with the purchase of a level 2 duct cleaning. Heating tune up performed today. UV light is on and still working as it should. All amp draws are in range. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Mild particle build up starting to form on the blower wheel and evaporator coil. Level 2 duct cleaning set for the morning of November the 7th. Customer has paid half down and will pay the remainder upon completion of the work.
Completed tune up on system. Changed lock out from 40 to 30 degrees. Washed outdoor coil. Filter was clean. System worked properly in heat pump and on the furnace.
Super tune up performed today on a 4 year old gas furnace with straight cool condenser. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Burner, igniter, gas valve and pressure switch are all working accordingly. All safeties are confirmed working. Heat exchanger is acceptable. Compressor and condenser fan motor are in working order. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
Heating tune up performed today on a Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2018. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. PSC blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Dual run capacitor was showing as weak. Capacitor was changed on this visit with a premium capacitor. System running and cooling the home upon departure.

2019 Amana Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed customer provided filter Drain was clear and draining at this time Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable UV system is functional but lamp is passed replacement date 2019 Amana Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual Run Capacitor was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended UV lamp replacement or UV system upgrade
replace 48k duct system, add 2700 sq ft R30 insulation and install generator interlock switch
Upon arrival tech found that the in door unit was working properly te h headed out side and found that the condenser was not running, technician, opened up panel and found cap to be blown. Technician checked fan motor to make sure it was not seized up. Technician installed a new cap and started system back up system is walking properly at this time.
Came to job for estimate for EV charger and customer said he had a friend come by and quote him for 350 but he also wasn't with a company or anything but still wants to choose us because we are insured and everything and are a company
Arrived to no cool. System was going down on high pressure due to a very dirty condenser coil. Cleaned condenser coil and performed a function check. Syst noperating properly upon departure. Customer did not have a filter for the air handler and has been running without a filter for a while. Told customer she needs two 16x20x1 filters.
Tech found biological growth in the supply tech recommends IAQ to get rid of the growth. Tech found that the system had surge pro on the system tech washed and waxed the system
Low refrigerant levels leak in evaporator coil. Talked with customer about repair and replacement of system due to the system being out of manufacture warranty. Customer agreed to have me call back on Wednesday and talk about having a comfort advisor appointment setup cause his wife was not available yoday
4 ton compressor saver installed on the main system. Performed function check. System operating normally at time of departure.
Pollen technicians arrival technician talk to homeowner technician did find that one of the systems is not keeping up correctly technician did athero evaluation as well as a complete tune-up on both systems technician found that the system is a mixed match system outside is from 1999 and the indoor is from 2015 outside is a heat pump and inside is a gas furnace everything is working properly system is not efficient as it used to be technician is going to have a comfort advisor come out to talk to homeowner

Emailed estimate to remove solar panels and re-install. After roof is replaced. If tech comes out for a tube up. Please bring comb to straighten fins on window unit. Per Brian.
Arrived to no cool on smaller primary bedroom system. Goodman 2 ton heat pump installed in 2019. Resting pressures are at 22 psi. Performed leak search. Found leak in bottom side of evaporator coil. Suggest replacing the system due to the current system having no warranties. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer in Monday afternoon.
We will replace 3 hose bibbs around home 6/3/25 wg Returned and replaced 3 threaded outside faucets around home. No leaks at this time. 1 yr warrant y
