Frustrated, your team was out 3 weeks ago … and Friday our system was not Cooling …we needed over 2 pounds of coolant when three weeks earlier —- the coolant level was fine. Also, how did we get a blocked drain pipe in that same time frame and that it wasn’t found with the tune up?
Alec came, troubleshot and serviced our outside unit on a Sunday.

Low refrigerant levels leak in evaporator coil. Talked with customer about repair and replacement of system due to the system being out of manufacture warranty. Customer agreed to have me call back on Wednesday and talk about having a comfort advisor appointment setup cause his wife was not available yoday
4 ton compressor saver installed on the main system. Performed function check. System operating normally at time of departure.
Pollen technicians arrival technician talk to homeowner technician did find that one of the systems is not keeping up correctly technician did athero evaluation as well as a complete tune-up on both systems technician found that the system is a mixed match system outside is from 1999 and the indoor is from 2015 outside is a heat pump and inside is a gas furnace everything is working properly system is not efficient as it used to be technician is going to have a comfort advisor come out to talk to homeowner
Two system tune up performed today. Both systems are 10 year old Trane heat pumps with air handlers. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. All amp draws are acceptable. Blower wheels and evaporator coils are clean. Refrigerant levels are in range. Compressors and condenser fan motors are acceptable. Both outdoor units were washed and waxed. Pausing job to ensure a return visit is scheduled for Monday to install a 4 ton compressor saver.
Emailed estimate to remove solar panels and re-install. After roof is replaced. If tech comes out for a tube up. Please bring comb to straighten fins on window unit. Per Brian.
Arrived to no cool on smaller primary bedroom system. Goodman 2 ton heat pump installed in 2019. Resting pressures are at 22 psi. Performed leak search. Found leak in bottom side of evaporator coil. Suggest replacing the system due to the current system having no warranties. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer in Monday afternoon.
We will replace 3 hose bibbs around home 6/3/25 wg Returned and replaced 3 threaded outside faucets around home. No leaks at this time. 1 yr warrant y
2020 2.5t attic horizontal hp foam insulation. System down upon arrival. Diagnostic discovered failed 35/5 dual run capacitor. Replaced. System cooling. Homeowner is moving within a year and declined membership benefits. System cooling upon departure with tstat set to 74° per homeowner. 88° ambient.
When technician arrived the AC downstairs was not working thermostat was blank. Technician went to attic and found plugged drain, found the drain lines run into masterbath sink so I removed that and found plugged line going into the sink so I cleared the plugged line re installed the flex hose and water drained through it. Technician got some bleach water from homeowner and flushed both attic systems. Then technician checked coils, blower wheel, temperature splits, refrigerant pressures including superheat and subcool, checked capacitors and contactor, and washed outdoor coil. 70/5 capacitor tested at 68.4 and 5 and contactor starting to pit will quote to customer. Homeowner asked for technician to install the new contactor and dual run capacitor so I replaced and tested. Unit is good to go
Customer only wanted estimate to replace 3 outside faucets. He declined tune up. No repairs done today
2016 3t Lennox hp attic horizontal. Homeowner was not home upon arrival, waited appropriately. Recieved permission from homeowner through dispatch to look at the condenser unit. System off upon arrival. Once homeowner arrived. I accessed the indoor unit and quickly found the SAFTEY drain switch had been activated on the secondary line. I cleared the drain blockage, monitored refrigerant system. Fully functional and cooling upon departure. I expressed concerns about maintenance but homeowner declined membership. Homeowner also claimed the system hasn't been on for a month. Homeowner purchased a drain clear.
Installed customer provided water softener flushed out entire fresh water system changed fill valve in guest toilet flush3d water heaters and changed out boiler drain on water heater
5/12/25 Customer said we where not supposed to be out until this evening they have an appointment they are going to will return later today
Upon arrival tech talked with home owner and started with the super time up tech Started with the air handler tech found that the system is running the way that is meant to tech did find that the system is starting to have biological growth grow in the system All electrical connections are tight and have no corrosion on them at this time Tech moved to the condenser where tech got a high inrush amo draw Tech washed and waxed the system Tech talked to home owner about findings
5/6/25 Customer would like to reschedule due to the rain. Customer would like to reschedule for next month.

Super tune up performed today on a 5 year old Lennox straight electric system. 45/10 auxiliary motor start is showing as weak and is out of manufacture tolerance. This needs to be replaced. System does not have any drain protection. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer declined repairs at this time.
Replace frost free hydrant on back corner of home. Faucet broke in wall while removing. Was able to remove faucet without removing brick or drywall. Customer was not interested in membership at this time
Confirmed leak in the condenser coil. Because of the location of the leak replacement of condenser coil is highly suggested. Emailed estimate to the customer.

Super tune up performed today on a Coleman heat pump with air handler installed in 2017. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. X-13 blower motor is acceptable. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
Upon arrival tech started at the airhandler tech found everything that everything was working perfectly fine tech did Recommend a pan strip to help with build up in summer time. Tech moved to the condenser where tech found that the compressor is having high inrush amps. Tech does recommend a compressor saver.
