Mike did an excellent job on both systems (heating and a/c), and thoroughly explained his findings. For the a/c system he found several things that required replacement and repair. For these he created a detailed analysis and cost estimates. We do need this priced out narrative to consider which one to attend to immediately.
Had the Generac Generator serviced for the first time today. Mark D. did a great job. Explained all the work to be performed and why it was necessary. Quickly handled the maintenance and left everything back in place. As always great service from Comfort Experts.

Great service today from Tyler Scholes. He inspected my plumbing system and pointed out a couple of items that needed to be addressed. He made the repairs/updates quickly and explained and documented everything that was done. Left everything clean and tidy.
The technician was prompt and knowledgable. When done he fully debriefed us on what he had found, and what options we might take advantage of.
Coby arrived on time he presented himself in a very professional manner, he explained what he was going to do and why as he proceeded his work he wanted to be sure that I understood, he never did act as if this was something that he had to do, he actually seemed to enjoy his chosen profession, I am a Retired Customer Service Manager, but if I were looking to hire someone it would be him,

For this job I performed and evaluation for indoor air quality estimates. I noted that the general condition of the unit is not great severe corrosion on evaporator coil mild biological growth inside of the evaporator coil and on the supply ducts attached to the plenum. I noted air leakage from every single duct and also plenum seals to the furnace. Due to age and condition of the unit I offered to do a thorough evaluation to see if there were any issues aside from physical condition. Homeowner ask for a range on a unit swap out, I gave a range between 14k to 28k and ass homeowner what was most urgent for them. Homeowner stated they were not wanted to spend 14k at the moment but we're interested in resolutions for air quality issues within the unit. Pictures of everything discussed with homeowner is attached to the summary including thermal imaging showing air leakage. Estimate for duct cleaning includes blower motor cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, microbial mist to eradicate biolo

For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. In the indoor unit, system had a lot of biological growth however customer was aware and was not interested on any possible solution to remove that. In the outside unit, the fan was not running, I checked the capacitor and it was out of tolerance, capacitor was replaced and everything was functioning like normal.
