Jake came out on one of the coldest day last winter. He replaced a whole breaker box. Fast forward to today and we had a problem in the breaker box and he came out and fixed it in a matter of minutes. Very talented and very respectful. Thank you Jake.

Once again great service from Mark W (and Zack W). Had to replace a water heater. Same day service, easy installation with no hassles and a job well done. Work was excellent and they left the job site cleaner then they found it. I’ll never use anyone else for my plumbing needs.
Jonathon completed required service assessment in timely manner. Looks like complete report.
He diagnosed problems and replaced the necessary parts while providing explanations. Got the system running again!
Knowledgeable young man. Got us back up with heat and hot water until a permanent fix can be done. Hopefully soon. Thanks
Professional and pleasant to work with. Great job!
Adam is very courteous, knowledgeable and took time to explain the problem. Definitely would recommend Adam and Comfort Experts.
Service by Colby today. Checked the HVAC system. Fixed a couple minor issues. Now I know I’m good to go for Fall, Winter and into Spring. He did a great job. Always pleased with Comfort Air.
Amazing service ( prompt, polite, and professional) Quick response to broken AC on a Sunday proved to me that this was the right company to sign up for a monthly membership ensuring the AC, plumbing, and electrical needs for my home are taken care of .
This man was so patient with our issue getting someone to the house so he could do his work and gave me prompt feedback on what he did. Excellent person.

This guy is good, thorough, and professional.
Tyler, thanks great job/service as always.
Great service today from Tyler Scholes. He inspected my plumbing system and pointed out a couple of items that needed to be addressed. He made the repairs/updates quickly and explained and documented everything that was done. Left everything clean and tidy.
The technician was prompt and knowledgable. When done he fully debriefed us on what he had found, and what options we might take advantage of.
Coby arrived on time he presented himself in a very professional manner, he explained what he was going to do and why as he proceeded his work he wanted to be sure that I understood, he never did act as if this was something that he had to do, he actually seemed to enjoy his chosen profession, I am a Retired Customer Service Manager, but if I were looking to hire someone it would be him,
Shady salesmanship trying to off load cheap products at accelerated prices. I will not continue to do business with you going forward
Blake and the team at Comfort Experts were fantastic. I appreciated the reccomendations they gave to ensure my ac and heating is working orooerly.
Arrived at customer house. He did not want an estimate for a mini split. He had a portable A\C unit in his garage and all he wanted is a hole cut in his garage for the exhaust pipe for his portable a\c
Upon arrival system power was off Drain switch was activated – cutting power Found primary drain line clogged – line goes from unit to washer wall line downstairs Installed microbial treatment strip Cleared line – tested and accepted water Reccomended plumber if problem occurs from line backing up System cooling with 20 Delta
Install 60k hz heat pump with high efficiency filtration, uv system, code kit, wifi tstat and whole home surge protector
Service evaluation Low refrigerant from extremely rusted evaporator coil Biological growth present in the air handler Filter is fine No p tap on the secondary drain line to block attic air from the system Suspect that the TXV d is failed as well but cannot confirm till refrigerant levels are correct Homeowner cost to replace over repair Comfort Advisor today at 12
Oh oh oh oh
Performed evaluation Upon arrival indoor system was operational Condensor both Fan and Compressor non operational Found Dual run capacitor – Reading 0 Replaced capacitor and system is operational Delta 22 Reccomended home and budget protection plan System left on cool at exit
Maintenance is performing correctly. I don’t suspect that there will be trouble anytime soon. There are no safety switches on the primary drain lines only on the second area attached to the drain The compressor is ending up too much on startup highly recommend a hard start or a soft start soon as possible Capacitor is barely on the level where it’s not gonna be intolerance anymore It’s a 36.1 And it’s raining for 40 Thank you for choosing Comfort experts. Hope you have a great day.
For this evaluation the customer system was not cooling nor was it blowing air inside. I started in the Attic and connected to the system via cool cloud and the system was throwing an open start circuit fault. I checked the capacitor and it was reading 7MFD out of 35 MFD but the hard start kit was reading 118 MFD. Once I replaced the capacitor I checked amp draws and refrigerant levels and they were all within manufacturer specs and the system was working like it should. System was cooling and set to 74⁰ upon departure.
Upon arrival tech found that the condenser fan wasn't running tech check the fans functionality and found that that capacitor was out tech replaced the Cap and checked the in rush amps and running amps on compressor and fan motor
Customer is adding sunroom on back porch will have cap line in attic customer has to get grandkids today and has to leave please schedule for Thurs morning allow 2 hrs please sold membership
Came out for plugs not working and there was a loose wire in the panel that I didn't tighten down all the way so fixed it and everything is good and working customer is happy
Upon arrival system was on and operating Homeowner stated that during the middle of the day while cooking dinner they felt uncomfortably hot and checked thermostat and it read 81 on a ask for 72 I checked outdoor unit first thinking that maybe capacitor had gone out but upon inspection capacitor was in tolerance and contactor was in good working condition with condenser unit operational Went indoors to attic unit where I checked deltas and had a 21° Delta Unit has SafeT switch installed so I tested drain with 1 gallon of water no back ups That led me to go back outside to check refrigerant levels where I had a slightly low superheat but pressures read fine Could not find issue with system causing bad cooling so I called Ryan for second opinion He recommended to check amps draw and test drain lines with more water. Amps draw was well under ratings and I tested drain lines with 2 more gallons of water with no back ups Ryan also recommended asking homeowner if they had power outages
Found tools and thanked customer
Arrived for service eval Upstairs zone motor failed Downstairs damper motor falling Ordering both
Install 18k single head mini split
I have completed my electrical tune-up the panel looks great it's a newer square d they do have solar as well but no surge protection and they are having trouble with two outlets in the kikitchenhat I did briefly look at but further inspection would require a diagnostic
Installed compressor Tested system holding pressures System refrigerant is at manufacturer specifications System left on cool at exit
For this evaluation the customers upstairs units had stopped cooling because the primary drain line was clogged and the float switch was tripped. Due to us being out here earlier in the month I went ahead and cleared the drain line since the customer had plumbing work done and it appeared that the drain line was clogged because where the sink drain meets the p-trap and condensate drain line connection is obstructing the drain hole and not allowing it to drain properly
Install 36k heat pump horizontal with high efficiency media filtration, duct cleaning and code kit
Performed evaluation Upon arrival outdoor system compressor was not functional – Fan was operational All other cooling components are in tolerance High voltage is good Compressor has failed mechanically Unable to operate pulling LRA 198 Tested wires and cap head to compressor – functional Compressor has not overheated during evaluation Tested functionality with Hard start – 0 performance Trane compressor warranty Model# 4TTR6030J1000BA Serial # 22364G4D5F Recommended Soft start kits Recommended home and budget protection plan Condenser switch left off – indoor unit fan run only
Gave estimates for wh customer is on vacation his neighbor will call to let us to move forward with work if okd
Arrived for service eval System running on arrival Capacitor and running amp draw are fine Refrigerant levels are fine and delta is 18 degrees Compressor exceeding LRA and drain lines may not be completely clear from previous plumbing line work Added pan strips to both systems to clean drain lines and a start kit to the condenser to help the compressor start
