2/17/25 The smell was coming from a dead rat that was next to vent and duct I removed the rat and recommend some anti-microbial mist. the sprayer broke Need to come back tomorrow to spray the anti microbial spray around 4:30pm
System was hitting high limit. I removed the filter and now System is no longer hitting high limit then measured the duct and the tonnage.the return vent duct was not sized properly to support the furnace recommend adding a new return vent
Please disregard hvac forms. I have never had to fill out before and had already left the customers house. I will keep an eye out for them if that's a thing moving forward. Customer was having issues with garage door opener. Replaced bad outlet and reprogrammed opener. Added line side outlet for freezer and replacedbroken light fixture box in garge.
On this visit I found a dead cap. I replaced it under warrenty. I also replaced a burnt out contactor under warrenty and defrost broad. I also added a easy start to help the system start up with ease

1/17/25 Installers scuffed up the hardwood floor in the master bedroom closet. The customer is going to call his flooring company and will email me the repair estimate.

Install hz heat pumps 36k master bedroom unit and 60k main area unit, keep current filtration includes code kits
Came out for free second opinion. Gas control valve is out on water heater and t&p valve is leaking. Gave estimates for repair and replacement. Customer wants to talk to her husband first. This s a rental property

System has tripped breaker technician checked compressor is tripping breaker every time compressor tries to come on system is out of warranty technician suggest CA come out here homeowner would like a CA that is down to earth and a straight shooter

Gfci's are present and all plugs are wired correctly they currently have no problems or projects that they would like to do and although I do not believe a surge protector is present per relative is an electrician and she would like to talk to him before making any decisions
Upon arrival system was off customer stated wet switch was tripped and water was in the emergency pan. During evaluation poured gallom of water down drain and water drained as should, found no clogs. Found that Condensation from lineset had dripped into emergency pan and trickled it's way to wet switch. Dried switch and placed switch closer to secondary drain where Condensation from lineset would not trip wet switch
Arrived for super tune up Washed condensor and tightened connections Filters was recently replaced Delta 18 All cooling and heating components are functioning during process Biogrowth found inside unit Inspected heat exchanger/pulled blower System LRA is high from manufacturer data plate Reccomended soft start Reccomended IAQ200 Reccomended drain switch Reccomended flame sensor Upgraded to home and budget plan Comfort advisor scheduled today 1-2PM System left on heat at exit

I was here for a super tuneup. Heat strips were intolerance. The blower motor was a little dirty evaporator coil was clean. Delta was in within range filter was changed before I got there biological growth on the door and the fan motor and wires Outdoor unit capacitor was out of tolerance, so I changed it out refrigerant with was within range. I washed the condenser.

Pulled and reset toilet upstairs while toilet was pulled ran sewer machine and unclogged sewer line. Was not just the tub backing up but the main line was clogged for bathroom. Not a callback
