Once again great service from Mark W (and Zack W). Had to replace a water heater. Same day service, easy installation with no hassles and a job well done. Work was excellent and they left the job site cleaner then they found it. I’ll never use anyone else for my plumbing needs.
Jonathon completed required service assessment in timely manner. Looks like complete report.

Tyler, thanks great job/service as always.
Great service today from Tyler Scholes. He inspected my plumbing system and pointed out a couple of items that needed to be addressed. He made the repairs/updates quickly and explained and documented everything that was done. Left everything clean and tidy.
The technician was prompt and knowledgable. When done he fully debriefed us on what he had found, and what options we might take advantage of.
Coby arrived on time he presented himself in a very professional manner, he explained what he was going to do and why as he proceeded his work he wanted to be sure that I understood, he never did act as if this was something that he had to do, he actually seemed to enjoy his chosen profession, I am a Retired Customer Service Manager, but if I were looking to hire someone it would be him,
Shady salesmanship trying to off load cheap products at accelerated prices. I will not continue to do business with you going forward
Blake and the team at Comfort Experts were fantastic. I appreciated the reccomendations they gave to ensure my ac and heating is working orooerly.
Upon arrival tech found that the condenser fan wasn't running tech check the fans functionality and found that that capacitor was out tech replaced the Cap and checked the in rush amps and running amps on compressor and fan motor
Customer is adding sunroom on back porch will have cap line in attic customer has to get grandkids today and has to leave please schedule for Thurs morning allow 2 hrs please sold membership
Came out for plugs not working and there was a loose wire in the panel that I didn't tighten down all the way so fixed it and everything is good and working customer is happy
Upon arrival system was on and operating Homeowner stated that during the middle of the day while cooking dinner they felt uncomfortably hot and checked thermostat and it read 81 on a ask for 72 I checked outdoor unit first thinking that maybe capacitor had gone out but upon inspection capacitor was in tolerance and contactor was in good working condition with condenser unit operational Went indoors to attic unit where I checked deltas and had a 21° Delta Unit has SafeT switch installed so I tested drain with 1 gallon of water no back ups That led me to go back outside to check refrigerant levels where I had a slightly low superheat but pressures read fine Could not find issue with system causing bad cooling so I called Ryan for second opinion He recommended to check amps draw and test drain lines with more water. Amps draw was well under ratings and I tested drain lines with 2 more gallons of water with no back ups Ryan also recommended asking homeowner if they had power outages
Found tools and thanked customer
Arrived for service eval Upstairs zone motor failed Downstairs damper motor falling Ordering both
Install 18k single head mini split
I have completed my electrical tune-up the panel looks great it's a newer square d they do have solar as well but no surge protection and they are having trouble with two outlets in the kikitchenhat I did briefly look at but further inspection would require a diagnostic
Installed compressor Tested system holding pressures System refrigerant is at manufacturer specifications System left on cool at exit
For this evaluation the customers upstairs units had stopped cooling because the primary drain line was clogged and the float switch was tripped. Due to us being out here earlier in the month I went ahead and cleared the drain line since the customer had plumbing work done and it appeared that the drain line was clogged because where the sink drain meets the p-trap and condensate drain line connection is obstructing the drain hole and not allowing it to drain properly
Install 36k heat pump horizontal with high efficiency media filtration, duct cleaning and code kit

Arrived for service eval System running on arrival Capacitor and running amp draw are fine Refrigerant levels are fine and delta is 18 degrees Compressor exceeding LRA and drain lines may not be completely clear from previous plumbing line work Added pan strips to both systems to clean drain lines and a start kit to the condenser to help the compressor start

Technician arrived to customers home, asked questions about problem, homeowner mentioned it wasn't cooling she thinks since Saturday. Technician inspected attic unit, everything seemd in good condition, technician continued to outside unit, refrigerant levels low, did a leak search on attic unit and condenser unit, no success on finding leaks. Technician added refrigerant to ratings. System cooling no problems not cooling. Technician talked to customer about problems. Unit cooling upon departure
Arrived for IAQ estimate Ducts are cut in 5 places and one duct needs to be trimmed back and reattached Homeowner opted for sealing the slide ducts instead of replacing them Added duct/plenum seal to the insulation estimate Homeowner will discuss with his wife and get back to us
For this job I performed a evaluation. Upon arrival the first thing that I checked was the indoor unit and the Attic. I quickly noticed that the emergency drain pan had water in it which made me assume either they had a coil freeze with low refrigerant or there was a clock in the primary drain line. I tested the drain line and it was clear. When turning on the system the coils began to freeze, I like search the evaporator coil and quickly found a leak. Homeowner was still under manufacturers warranty so I recommended replacing the evaporator coil. Holding for parts, will reschedule when the evaporator coil comes in. Customer paid for the new coil.
Today I showed up for a super tune-up for a new customer with a 4-year-old pump system when I arrived he expressed his concerns about the initial install said he had several issues with that company and he's tried a few companies in between then and now after checking the system indoor and out I found a few concerns that I brought to the homeowner's attention one was the compressor was overhamping upon startup and my other two main concerns were the level of insulation in the Attic as well as lots of air leaking from the duct work that appears to have been cut open at some point today we installed a soft start kit to mitigate the amp draw on the outdoor unit in the process I also rewired the high voltage as I discovered it was loose from the poor install left an estimate for a code upgrade on the insulation however he is going to wait and talk to Zach on Monday about his duct work before he pulls the trigger on the insulation the appointment with Zack is scheduled for Monday morning fi
On arrival dual run capicator was open and not allowing compressor or fan to start. Replaced and system resumed normal operation. Raining at time of visit. Compressor did overamp on start up so I recommended a compressor saver kit. system cooling as I left.
