For this call we performed an evaluation. Upon inspection we found a severely dirty air filter, a dirty condenser coil, and discovered the compressor was amping over LRA rating even with a compressor saver kit. We noted the control board on the condenser had a locked rotor fault code. We suspect that the unit over amping is causing the compressor to lock out and not allowing the unit to cool efficiently. We recommended either starting a membership and installing a soft start device as a curative answer for high amperage, or considering a full system replacement due to condition and age of the unit. Second opinion for unit runs then shuts off found an issue with this power supply The the feeder is under size for electrical heat an outdoor unit together that can relate to too much risk recommendation licensed electrician to resize feeder breaker per name plate homeowner agreed to have an electrician come out to inspect and correct

Came to job for electrical inspection and found doubled up and bundled neutrals and grounds and talk to customer about separating those and also putting a connector on the wires coming through the back of panel and also talked about adding search protector to help with all the equipment she has in the house and also talked about her pool panel but there was a GFCI that was tripped that was causing aqua Link to not be working

Estimate to replace her kitchen faucet and her garbage disposal

On this job I looked at both heating and cooling sides of the systems. I'm happy to report that both system test in tolerance on both sides. TD on both system is 20° . Concerns High LRA This can be solved using a easy start management system. Reducing 75% of inrush.

After leaking searching I found the leak in the evap coil I invinted the homeowner up to the attic so he could hear the leak himself. Sadly after listening to the leak he took a wrong step and fell thru the sheet rock. He is okay. ***********We are not responsible for these damages. *************I didn't not charge for leak search because I felt bad that he fell thru like that. He wants to contact installing company about his issues. He has already been gased up before and thought that was a fix he now knows better because I have informed him.

For this job we performed an evaluation. They system had a clogged primary drain line slowing down the water flow allowing the water to go to the secondary drain line. The clogg was not enough to activate the drain Saftey, we tested the Saftey and it was working wnl. I reccomended unclogging the primary drain line, home owner declined at the moment. On arrival system only producing 8 degrees cooling. Indoor furnace was extremely dirty which is having a large impact on airflow. System has a subcool of 2 indicating system is low on refridgerant. Through a translator I explained that due to the cost of r22 refridgerant and the likelyhood of further issues replacement is by far the best option. System cooling as I left.

On arrival upstairs system running but not cooling. Found leak in evaporator coil and showed video to customer. Emergency drain pan is very rusted, blower is dusty, and the contactor to the outdoor unit was buzzing indicating that it is beginning to wear out. Also recommended a compressor saver kit due to the damage the compressor has likely sustained from pumping low refridgerant. Due to the lack of warranty and the cost of repairs I recommended speaking with a comfort advisor about replacement before pursuing repairs. Customer will speak with his wife and call us back. I will follow up tomorrow.

On this job I changed the speed from high to med high. This got rid of the nasty sound and has plenty of air flow .

Found disconnect off Turned on unit now working properly

Tune up on 2022 York gas system checked all components pone etc and operation of equipment checked refrigerant charge and washed condenser.

Arrived onsite customer left a note on door to leave the estimate for him no one home at the time of the appointment. Per Mark cannot be on property without someone being home.

Installed customer supplied handle on outside faucet on right side of home. Handle is not the correct handle for this faucet. Recommended replacing valve. No warranty on valve or handle

2/10/25 After we arrived and started busting floor, the jack hammer quit. We will need to get a different hammer and return tomorrow

Pausing call, please call customer to order filter and schedule return visit for iaq 200 install.

Checked kitchen drain after cabinets were removed and found pvc linevto be broken at slab. Also ran camera and found drain to have backfill. This will cause stoppages. Drain line backed up and and ran water under kitchen cabinet and into lining room. This water came from line that is broken at slab. This line was repaired by others at some time in the past

1,606.00. Changed gas valve. Hard piped gas line through furnace cabinet and installed sediment trap on to gas line changed flame sensor.

.1995 Lennox gas furnace found gas valve sticking not opening on a call for heat. Recommend new flame sensor gas valve and hard pipe to exterior of furnace cabinet. Blower door switch by passed indoor coil is facing the wrong way unserviceable Recommend upgrade system due to age and condition. Customer wants to do repairs after the first of the year.

Arrived at customers house to pump anti microbial mist through upstairs system All completed

Customer is concerned about lighting striking house. It happened recently in his area. I inspected existing grounding system. And talked to him about all options to make safer and better. Including surge protection. Emailed estimates. Tried selling membership.
