Customer had leak on washing machine that was previously repaired and wanted to ensure that the water damage in home was caused by said leak and nothing else was leaking. I inspected and found that all damaged spots were dry with no signs of an active leak and advised customer that in my opinion the damage was in fact all caused by previous leak.

Today I showed up for an evaluation After High Voltage breaker had tripped on a heat pump unit homeowner stated there was some irregularities with voltage throughout the day and the breaker trip several times come to find out the terminal screws for that particular breaker were completely loose wires were simply floating inside the breaker receptacles due to the breaker tripping multiple times during this situation homeowner opted to replace the 60 amp Square D homeline breaker this was replaced tonight off of truck stock need to order replacement to replenish inventory after I replaced the breaker I checked all other terminal connections Within the service panel and just about every single terminal needed 1/4 to 1/2 turn a handful of them needed several full turns put the panel back together and cycle the heater back on to ensure proper operation everything is functioning as it should thank you for choosing Comfort Experts

Generator maintenance performed today on a Generac 7.5kw generator. Air filter, spark plug and oil were changed. Battery is strong at 13.5v with an acceptable drop on start up. Performed a function check. System running normally at time of departure.

.Arrived for service Eval Low voltage wire damaged by rodents in the attic Installed IAQ300 today Will return tomorrow afternoon to run fresh wire from Furnace to Condenser and reinsulate refrigerant line to reduce moisture in the attic and keep rodents out

Arrived at customers house for heat tune up Recommended duct clean for biogrowth Recommended membership Recommended electrical and plumbing inspection due to construction being done on house All declined as of now

I have looked through his electrical system and made an estimate for the replacement of both panels but he is not interested at this time

Arrived for HTU filter fine Drains chat Furnace components are fine UV bulb out of date Declined replacement or upgrade Electrician scheduled tomorrow first call to evaluate Sylvania panel on the uninsured list

We will cable line with hand top in attempt to clear. We were able to clear with cable. Customer stated that she had some drain maintenance additive and that she would start using it

I recommend being proactive on systems over ten years old. Although the system is working it makes sense at this point to take its age into consideration. The td is 20° in cooling. In heating it's 30°. She has a plumber coming out Thursday to come fix the back up housing plumbing. Today she also bought an easy start to add to the new system she's buying.

Today I showed up for a super tune-up on two gas furnace units both of them less than 5 years old the downstairs unit is covered under p&l warranty upstairs is not checked everything indoor and outdoor ran in heat mode and in cool mode check the filters poured white vinegar down the drain lines took amp drawer and read capacitance everything checked out except the downstairs unit the compressor was over amping upon startup the homeowner opted to install a compressor saver kit to remedy this issue I also made recommendations for some preventative upgrades however today we only took care of the immediate issue thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Tune up on 2002 carrier gas syste indoor unit no primary drain protection blower cap is degrading secondary drain pan is corroded ignition componenets showing signs of carbon build up ducts and plenums are dirty gas line has no sediment trap Outside contactor pitted freon has been added in the past possible compressor damage low voltage wire not protected could not run ac system thermostat locked at 72 degrees. Customer says system has not been cooling. Out door unit will not come on, Customer will call home Warranty Recomend system upgrade due to age and condition.

For this job Ryan and I came and installed a new evaporator coil and removed the old one. We pulled a vacuum and conducted a nitrogen pressure test for approximately 20 minutes and the system held with no leaks. We added 20 lb of refrigerant and upon leaving the system had a 20° difference from return to supply indicating system is appropriately charged.

On this job I found the breaker handling 2 heag strips burnt up. I replaced the wire and contactor. System is now back online and ready for heating.

Performed inspection customer stated her brother fixes plumbing suggested repair on leaking faucet also suggested new wh but she is not interested at this time customer opted out of scan for contact download customer did not want to move forward with any estimate at thus time ....plumbing is functioning correctly at this time
