Tyler was very respectful. Did a detail inspection of all faucets. Explained what needed attention. We are very happy with the job that he did. Alec Gibbs did a great job inspecting our A/C unit. He did a performance and safety testing on the unit. He cleaned the condenser and restored the system to a clean condition. Alec is very friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with the job that he did.

We just had a new HVAC installed by Comfort Experts. One crew cleaned our duct work then Alex and Daniel in stalled the HVAC system. They were very professional and efficient. Near the end of the install a tiny bird flew in the open door. It flew up to my skylight. They went above and beyond to capture the tiny bird and release it safely. Kudos to Alex and Daniel!!!!

On this job I I looked at the cooling and heating side of the system. The system tested in tolerance all the way around. Some concerns about insulation. I'm seeing bare bones. A well insulated house is the 1st line of defense against turning your system on. She wants to finance the system and is on the phone with Jennifer to finalize payment. For call I performed a evaluation on both units. I noted no high voltage going to either one of the two units. I traced the high voltage back to the main home electrical panel. I noted there was not proper voltage going to the main home panel. I advised homeowner calling encore being that I noticed no other AC units within the same street or running and one of their neighbors was outside claiming to have the same issue of the condensers outside not turning on. For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical components of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Customer was notified about the biological growth on his system, upgradable UV system was recommended however customer decided to go with the UV bulb. Pan strip was recommended due to some buildup in his drain line, customer rejected. A compressor saver was also recommended to help lower his compressors start up and customer rejected. Upon arrival I spoke with homeowner and they stated they did not have us on their schedule for today. They requested office to call to reschedule the visit.
The system deltas are possible 18°. The gate has 2 issues the x13 motor doesn't shut off unless the breakers are turned off. The system has a high super heat. Recommend replace x13 Cut and pull clean evap coil and blower wheel. Subcool is 14° Superheat 29° Add soft start aswell for inrush amps. They want to talk system replacement 4 to. 7 pm today
For this call I performed at you evaluation. I discovered a blown transformer, a primary electrical control unit ohming low, a wire short, a felt drain switch, and a improperly installed drain line. I recommended several repairs after having repairs done high voltage was not present at the disconnect outside and I was unable to get the unit to turn on. I recommended either having an electrician to check out the high voltage issue or having a comfort advisor given estimate for a system replacement with repairs included and a reimbursement and invested repairs already. Job I performed a super tune up. I noted a compressor saver kit out of tolerance, I amperage at startup, and a severely oxidated igniter. I spoke to homeowner about having repairs done and replacing parts for longevity of the unit being that it is out of warranty I strongly suggested considering installing a soft start instead of a heart start to get the most out of the compressor. Homeowner buys and does repairs on the unit himself and may or may not call back if he needs help installing the soft start. For this call I performed a super tune-up. I did know oxidation on the heating ignition and sensing components. I also noted severe burnt marks on the weldings for the primary electrical control unit. Refrigerant levels were within normal limits. I spoke to homeowner about replacing components as a preventative measure, they stated their husband was not home but they would go over the options with them when he comes and call if they decide to have any work done. For this call I performed a super tune-up. I recommended replacing a defrost control board that has visible wear and tear and showing signs of near future failure, I recommended a compressor saver for over amperage at startup, I recommended a blower cleaning due to dust build up on the blower wheel, I also recommended adding a drain switch and repairing the drain line because all fittings are dry fitted. Homeowner was on copper membership, they are switching over to home and budget protection plan for the same price and more benefits through the office next month. On this job I looked at both heat and cooling. Before I did I had to make some repairs to the outside system. I replaced a contactor and disconnect that had the system down. The system makes a super heat of 11 And subcool of 6 System is now back online and ready for cooling.
Came out for a plumbing evaluation found the strainer basket to be leaking and the waste end arm underneath the kitchen sink to be too short not allowing proper connection so it was leaking as well homeowner declined repairs
Eval- customer called in because he smelled smoke, when I arrived he told me about it and noticed that the thermostat was reading 77 when it was set for 75 Upon thorough evaluation, there were no signs of burnt wires, checked out thermostat and upon satisfying temperature, system wouldn’t cut off Replaced thermostat, system would shut off and on Customer had personal UV bulb and replaced for him System is operational Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day
Customer walked outside and caught condenser in defrost mode saw that the fan was off and the compressor was running and she thought that something was wrong I explained to customer the unit goes into defrost as normal operation checked all free on levels to be good temperature split good checked auxiliary heat all auxiliary heat working collected service call by credit card

For this job I performed a heating tune-up. No significant abnormalities were noted during inspection within the heating elements of the unit. I didn't know that the homeowner had a UV bulb out of tolerance on a germicidal UV system. I offered replacing the UV bulb, upgrading UV systems to the iaq200 that also purifies air, and also replacing a drain pan that has severe corrosion inside of it. Homeowner did not commit to any work at the moment, I stated I would leave the estimates as open for reference in case they wanted to have any work done later down the road. For this call I performed a super tune-up. All components within the unit were running within normal limits at the time of inspection. I noted that the home does not have any type of surge protection, and homeowner let me know they have not had a plumbing inspection for water heater in a while. I offered to have an electrician come and do a check on their breaker panel and install whole home surge protection. I also offered to have a plumber do an inspection on the water heater. Homeowner stated they would have to look at their schedule and speak with their spouse and call back when they are ready to have any of the two things done. We upgraded the membership homeowner was on a copper 20% membership we upgraded to home and budget protection plan to include savings on both plumbing and electrical visits.
