We just had a new HVAC installed by Comfort Experts. One crew cleaned our duct work then Alex and Daniel in stalled the HVAC system. They were very professional and efficient. Near the end of the install a tiny bird flew in the open door. It flew up to my skylight. They went above and beyond to capture the tiny bird and release it safely. Kudos to Alex and Daniel!!!!

For this job I performed a complimentary plumbing inspection of the residence. I inspected all fixtures, first I ran a diagnostic on the water heater. Unit was installed new last year, 50 Gal Electric fully operational. All toilets are flushing properly and not running. The only blaring issue is the angle stops. All the stops are twist to stop, and are very old. They need to be replaced, provided the customer with an estimate to replace all the existing stops to 1/4 turn stops.
For this job, I did an evaluation. Upon arriving, the homeowner showed me that the emergency drain line was dripping. Went into the attic and verified that the primary line was clogged. Also, the drain pan was full of water. Homeowner accepted repairs. I vacuumed all the water out of the drain pan. Cut the P-trap and cleared the drain line. Cleaned the P-trap reinstalled and did a 3 gallon water test. Drain was clear and system was running when I left.

Today we showed up on a complimentary plumbing estimate. Upon arrival the gas water heater located in the garage the water was actually shut off to it. The water heater itself is actually leaking and it is no pan underneath. I did not turn the water heater back on due to it leaking and also being the age of 23 years old. My recommendation will be to replace the water heater itself. With replacing the water heater he will get a pan drain, a new shut off valve, two new water lines, a gas sediment trap, and expansion tank. There will be an estimate left in your email. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!

For this job I performed an evaluation. Upon arrival the homeowner was not present but had a worker present for the inspection. The worker informed me that there were two rooms that were not cooling and at the house being inspected was a Airbnb. I checked the vent and quickly noticed there was no air flow coming from the the air vents. When arriving to the Attic I noticed that there was duct work disconnected and the two ducts leading to the two rooms with issues or the ones that were disconnected. The emergency drain pan had water in it and there was water dripping from the secondary drain line outside. I spoke with the homeowner over the phone and gave an estimate for a level 3 duct repair. I told homeowner that there were probably more issues going on as well that could have been caused by the loose ducts. The employee that was with me at the house was not able to stay any longer cutting me short on time. I told homeowner I needed more time to be able to diagnose all issues due to t
Upon arrival system was off home owner stated that system was cooling past set temperature at thermostat. We entered from the back of the home and I noticed right away that condenser coils were dirty. I turned system on to see if issue was still happening. Customer stated that they recently changed air filter and issue was still ongoing. Temperature in the home dropped below thermostat ask, and was continuing to drop with system continuing to cool. Checked 24 volts and was still getting a call for cooling even though thermostat was satisfied. I recommended new thermostat and condenser coil cleaning Installed new thermostat and programmed with correct unit settings for heat pump. Checked Delta and was at 19 with system running for 5 mins Went outside and cleaned condenser coils from inside out. Tested system to make sure it shut off after thermostat satisfied and it did. System was left on cool at 73 on departure per home owner request.
For this job I worked 50 percent of a level 1 duct cleaning while Jonathan completed the remaining 50 percent of a level 1 duct cleaning
