Came to house to do electrical inspection and panel looked really good no issues had grounds and nuetrals separated and everything was sized right checked out meter base and disconnect and everything looked good there use copper wire from meter base to disconnect but use aluminum wire going underground to mobile home had you if I protection everywhere it was needed bathrooms kitchen everything in the bedrooms and kitchen and living room are all working correctly no issues were presented but went through and found nothing not working talked to customer about adding a search protector though to protect all the equipment that they have in the house which would then be updating electrical panel to new code

Came out for a membership plumbing inspection homeowner asked me to look at her toilet and her vanity sink in the master bathroom the toilet fill valve is stuck and will not shut off water is shut off at the quarter turn valve feeding it the vanity sink tailpiece is leaking made recommendations to replace the fill valve and disassemble clean and reinstall the tail piece for the vanity homeowner asked me to create a separate estimate just for the toilet fill valve and needs to talk to her children and then schedule an appointment with us

For this job, I worked on a evaluation on this gas furnace system. Thermostat buttons were not functioning, I jumped the wires and unit came on like normal. Thermostat was under warranty, and it was replaced with no charge. Duct cleaning was recommended due to dust levels in home, I explained to customer that it includes the duct cleaning, blower clean, coil clean and a microbial mist for his ducts. for this job, I did an evaluation. System was blowing air, but not cooling. Homeowner mentioned system would come on and off. Drain was backed up and tripping The water safety. Confirmed system would come on normally and cool when safety switch was not engaged. Offered a drain clear, and homeowner accepted. System cooling when I left.

Pricing on this estimate is to install a new toilet handle on the master toilet. The existing handle has completely corroded away. The handle needs to be replaced.

For this evaluation, had the blower motor fail, and the capacitor was out of tolerance, contactor was stuck in the open position, Replaced said items Condenser has coils open on corner, due to strong acidic urine from pets, highly recommend to replace asap, Compressor is working extra hard and may be an issue sooner or later Recommend to replace Condenser when opportunity arises Biological growth found inside unit, recommend to get it addressed in the future Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great night

7/26/25 Today I looked at both heating and cooling. Both sides test in tolerance. The filter is clean and condensor is washed. Thr td 20. Today she is starting a membership and adding an easy start that will be added later when parts arrive.

7-8 Today we showed up for a plumbing estimate. The homeowner had the kitchen line rerouted outside the main foundation, as a mower was going to backyard they hit the fittings connecting the pipes together and broke them. Along with that the line is actually clogged up so we would need to run a sewer machine, and a camera after. We would need to buy new fittings and reconnect the pipe from the wall to the ground. We are returning tomorrow first thing in the morning. 7-9 today we showed back up for the kitchen drain line repair. you drain line was also backed up, and we Randy sewer machines about a hundred foot and cleared the clog.m we redid the PVC outside the main foundation, connect to the drain lines back together. We ran the camera after to check and make sure that there was no room for anything in the way. We filled up the kitchen sink five times and drain and drained as it should. Today I showed up for an evaluation upon arrival the system was not running due to a tripped wet switch the wet switch was tripped due to a clog in the house plumbing underneath the AC unit homeowner opted to run a snake through the drain line to clear the clog afterwards I tried resetting the wet switch but it was waterlogged even after using a blow dryer for 15 minutes or so I couldn't get it to reset so we ended up replacing the wet switch as well now the unit is up and running thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Customer had air blowing but no cold air. Outdoor. Unit was not running and measured no low voltage. 3amp fuse was popped. Ho # 8174873419 coming back tomorrow morning. Installed fuse, explained repairs, system operating at departure. Completed at 9:15 am

Came out to inspect system, upon arrival I could not immediately find culprit. Immediately thought it was leaked and sat for an hour about a leaked coil and thought about bringing out a comfort advisor All said and done I went to take off gauges and turns out there was refrigerant after all checked for compressor to see if it was even running and no it wasn't I changed capacitor and it worked! I have completed my electrical tune-up and found that the three of his lights had internal damage and needed to be replaced, that was something he wanted to do on his own but the panel although a little old looked great tight connections and gfci's were present

Today I ran a super tuneup on the system. No apparent abnormalities were noted during the tuneup on any of the electrical components that are covered within the PNL warranty. Did note that there was algae growth on the pan under the evaporator coil, recommended a pan strip as preventative and treatment. Homeowner opted to just occasionally pour bleach and water down primary drain line. Noted a broken water Spicket by the condenser outside. Offered to send a plumber out for a free inspection, homeowner declined and stated they have gotten a quote before and it was too expensive. Left system running on 76 cool as it was found when I began the tuneup thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day!

Customer has a home that was built in 1911 and doing construction on it looking at cooling a couple of rooms while doing so with many split quote given and they will discuss it

On arrival system running and cooling producing 18 degrees cooling. Indoor unit clean and drain lines flowed when flushed. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing and the condenser was clean. System running and cooling as I left.

For this Super tune up inspected the customers 1995 air handler and condenser. During inspectection we leak searched the evaporator coil and found a leak in it. While inspecting the condenser we performed superheat check and the system is over charged on refrigerant causing the compressor to pull high running and startup amps. Due to the current condition and age of the system I do not recommend any repairs at this time it would be more cost effective for the customer to replace the system where they will have warranties and the system will be more efficient. Customer would like to sit down and discuss replacement options with a project manager Monday 21 April between 6-8pm.

Gave estimates for misc repairs. Customer stated that he had people to di the work. He just wanted to know what our price would be. He would not sign invoice. Sent estimates to email on file

For this evaluation the customers furnace was cooling however the systems blower wouldn't turn off. The thermostat was set for electric system and not a furnace so once I changed the setting and changed the blower off delay to 60s instead of 180s the system shut off like it was supposed to. I tested the system multiple times and the system continued to shut off like like it is programmed to. Customer would like to have a plumber come out Monday 14 April to give him a quote to replace some toilet parts and also look at his cast iron plumbing.

System running and cooling producing 17 degree delta. Indoor unit is very dusty. Recommended installing an electrostatic or polarized filter for a 16 by 25 to prevent further dust in system. Recommended compressor saver kit (hard start kit) for condenser to help compressor start easier and last longer. System cooling as I left.
