Goof info
I believe Colby means well but is gaining experience as a tech. The problem was not solved but worsen. I contacted another tech and he came and solved the problem. I would appreciate if you cancel the membership. Which is $20 monthly. Thank you
Zac was very thorough and informative. He answered all my question and then some. I will defiantly request him on my next tune up.
Technicians were prompt and professional. Work was done quickly. Final invoice matched the estimate. Technicians cleaned up when the work was done.
Very knowledgeable
Daniel came to my house to install a new filter into my equipment and show me how to do it in the future. As we talked about the types of filters I would like due to my asthma and the pets I have, he suggested a IAQ 200 UVC Germicidal Unit to add into the new HVAC system they had installed last October to increase the air quality/safety in my home. Bottom line……I was surprised that he could do it right away so I made the decision to go ahead. He had installed and up and running in about 45 minutes and I couldn't be happier. Great job!!!!
Zak provided Thorough service start to finish. Knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the service well.
Mark was very efficient with his time and was thorough with his assessment and explanation of his findings as well as a repair that was needed.

Our plumbing issue in our bathroom toilet was repaired professionally and in a timely manner by Mark Watkins. Customer Service was great as well as communication through texting, phone calls and voicemail. Highly recommend this company.
8/4/25 Found large refrigerant leak in lineset inside wall. Customer paid 1500 up front and will pay the rest at time of install. Please schedule myself and Garrett to return Wednesday to run new lineset and recharge system.
For this job, I performed an inspection of the area beneath the air handler. We were out a few days ago and reglued a joint on the Condensation drain line that was leaking. Customer stated she was hearing dripping from the same area. I removed the grill cover and checked the whole area. There was no indication of any leaks, bone dry in the area beneath the air handler. Collected a service charge
Today we showed up for a plumbing evaluation. Upon arrival the hall bath toilet would leak every time you flushed it. Be homeowner also had concerns about the bolts that had calcium and rust build up. Be homeowner decided to go and buy a toilet and have us install it, it was an American standard. I set the new toilet, flush multiple times with toilet paper. Everything is working as should be. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
11 yr old whirlpool Water heater leaking in hall closet. Gave replacement option. This is a rental property. Explained to landlord that insurance will not cover damages caused by water heater over 10yrs old. Customer would like to talk to husband about replacing heater but was unable to call him at this time No work done today
Customer has corigated storm drains suggested jetting but they already tried that couldnt clean with machine Could not flush wh 13 yrs old nvr flushed with plastic drain port left estimates for replacement
Arrived onsite found the condensate drain backed up and draining disconnected from fitting causing a sudden loss of water. Was able to get drain reconnected and draining properly.
Performed plumbing inspection wrote some recommendations for customer. He will speak to his wife and let us know I will follow up with him next week.
On arrival system was off. Found condenser capicator blown. Once replaced system resumed normal operation.
For this evaluation, it was not a 45, This was a completely different issue Basically the contactor got stuck and was shorted to the board The evaporator coil turned into ice and so it made the condensate line back up for a bit and trip the wet switch The wet switch was not able to be reset After tallying the total for all the repairs that would be need to be made, the customer opted to just replace the whole system, basically because we were just running into problems after problems Need to schedule comfort advisor tomorrow7/16 from 1 to 3 PM Thank you for choosing Comfort experts. Hope you have a great night.
Replaced water heater located in closet with new 30 gallon gas water heater. Tested after installation everything working properly. Job is financed through good lead.
On this job I looked at the upstairs system. I saw a new filter in the system. I did see some air escape around the evap coil this should be sealed the out door unit checks In tolerance. The system has a 15° super heat and 10° subcool. The system could use a easy start to help reduce inrush by 75% .
Need to schedule for Tuesday morning of next week Job is financed through goodleap financing
for this job, I did a cooling tuneup on a Trane system. Drain lines were good. Blower motor cap in tolerance. On form I put X 13 but it is a PSC motor. Electrostatic filters were dirty, so I washed them for the homeowner. Delta was good. The condenser is DC Inverted so I didn’t run the normal electrical checks. Refrigerant levels were good. Washed out the coil and system was cooling and running when I left.
For this call I arrived and the condenser was not running, check disconnect box and it was tripped Reset it and it started up, gauges told me everything was right Got a 19 degree Delta Need to schedule electrician to come out any day from 3 to 4 Tomorrow, preferably 7/03 Need to call customer to confirm Electrician Scheduling
Came to job for AC disconnect trips and replace breaker with right size
For this job I performed a complimentary plumbing inspection on all fixtures in the residence. All fixtures are fully operational, no major concerns from the customer about any plumbing issues.
Today we showed up for a possible leak upstairs. Upon arrival homeowner had water dripping from ceiling in the dining room. There is a full bath above the dining room. I filled the tub, and drained it and no leaks were found. I flush the toilet a dozen times and still no leak were found, but the toilet was loose. The water from the shower was bouncing off the back wall and running down the front left hand side of the tub onto the floor and underneath the baseboards, and there was grout missing in the back left of the tub. Recommendation would be to call a route guy, or a new shower rod. Homeowner wanted toilet stabilized, so I pulled the toilet new wax ring and new bolts. Toilet is now sturdy and working well. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Came back to do a refrigerant charge check or this customer's upstairs system as I had replaced the condenser coil last month however due to the rain I was unable to accurately measure the refrigerant levels within the system. Upon checking I had a 17° superheat and charged the system up to a 10° sub cool.
Spoke with customer about our recommendations from the other day she's going to hold the installation company accountable for moving the unit in order to access the service disconnect properly then she intends to call us back to sign up for our membership and take the recommended repairs from us
Today we showed up for a cooling tune up on a 2-year-old heat pump system checked everything indoor and outdoor flush the drain line with white vinegar and hot water change the air filter for her which was pretty dirty we washed the outdoor coils everything test within manufacturer specifications except the compressor is drawing too many amps upon startup we recommended a compressor saver kit to help combat this issue as well as a safety train switch for the condensate drain line in the attic the homeowner needs to run things by her husband and get back with us I let her know she can call the office at any time and ask to be patched through to me so that I will answer any questions they may have thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Today we showed up for a warranty super tune up everything indoor and out checks out everything is operating as it should however when we tried to wash the condensing coils we found the freeze break hose bib had frozen over the winter so it was now leaking whenever we turn it on and the homeowner chose to replace this today as well as sign up for the new home and budget protection plan membership
5/17/25 Need to perform leak search on system. Pausing the call due to rain. Wants to reschedule for morning first call.
For this evaluation the customer called us back out because he had replaced his own transformer and after replacing the transformer the system was not cooling. The indoor was running so I started outside and gauged up where I had a 66° superheat for the Piston metering device and a 15° saturation temp. The system is from 1991 and utilizes r22 refrigerant, when I spoke to the customer I explained the system has a leak since he's low on refrigerant and even if we add refrigerant it's unknown how long it will last in the system. He stated he had refrigerant put in 10 years ago and so he knows that the refrigerant will not last a week, or month and that he could find refrigerant somewhere else for cheaper. Customer also stated that they are selling the house and they are not going to replace the system.
Performed super tune up Washed condensor and tightened connections Replaced filter Delta 17 All cooling and heating components are in tolerance Reccomended UV bulb replacement Reccomended soft start upgrade System left off at exit – off at arrival
