I had a leaking condensate line that was causing dirty water to spill out into my backyard, and Leo from Comfort Experts came out and quickly got to the bottom of it. Turns out, the primary condensate line had been disconnected due to a poor installation job when the house was built. Leo not only repaired it properly, but also took care of a few other issues he noticed while he was here.

He went above and beyond by explaining everything clearly and giving me detailed next steps to take after he left — including referring me to a trusted plumber, who then connected me with a water condensation specialist. Leo was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him and Comfort Experts for anyone needing reliable HVAC service!

Awesome service! Cooper did a super job! Our garbage disposal is running well and he checked our upstairs toilet and provided information on what to do with the 25 year old potty! For this super tune-up we inspected the customer's furnace and condenser, overall all equipment was measuring with the manufactured specs and running well. Initially when we showed up the capacitor was dead on the fan side so the fan was not running after I swapped it out everything was in order. Customer would like to have an electrician come out on Monday 12 May to look at a few electrical outlets and lights in the house that aren't working.
