For this call I performed a evaluation. The initial reason for the visit is because home owner stated they have been hearing a loud noise on and off and they weren't sure if it was a HVAC unit or their water heater. No significant abnormalities were noted within the unit during inspection, I could not replicate The Noise Within the HVAC unit. Homeowner stated they are going to see if it might be their water heater I offered a plumber to do a free inspection but they decided to wait until they hear the noise again. Upstairs unit has a faulty thermostat homeowner is going to purchase a thermostat and a base for the thermostat and possibly call back to have it installed. I have completed my electrical tune up I found nothing of concern in the electrical panel all of the connections were tight no search protection and because she is thinking about selling the house she doesn't know if she wants to invest in a search protector but we did have a conversation about how that might be a requirement

Came to house to look at doorbell not working got doorbell to work just getting old and rusting out talk to customer about replacing it with a brand new one but could not find one or the exact same one so said I would talk to My boss and see if he could help me find it online and order it so we can come back and replace it but did not know a price because I could not find it online to give her an exact price so we'll call back once found to let her know

Today we returned for warranty work. Upon arrival we replace the hose bib in the front yard, and it was having very very low flow , to any at all . We arrived, and shut the water off and replaced the front hose bib. That fixed the issue. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!

For this job I performed an inspection of the garbage disposal on site. The unit has damage to the interior housing, causing water to flow from the base of the unit while water is running. Customer wants to go over options with his wife before making a choice on repairs. Provided multiple options for repairs.

Today we showeed up for a PTU, upon arrival are you homeowner had only one problem with the plumbing system. The water heater is located in the garage and was installed in 2018. It's a 2 1/2 bath house , kitchen and laundry . Everything drained well and shut off as should be . We installed a hosebib in the front of the house and it has malfunctioned , it will not open all the way. We will return Friday August 15th for replacement. Thank you for choosing comfort experts

Today we showed up on a complimentary plumbing tune up. It is a two bath house, kitchen, laundry room, two separate water heaters. One water heater location is in the garage, the other one is in the hall closet. Both of them were installed and March of 2022. We did a water heater flush on both. Everything else inside the house was draining, and working correctly. There were no leaks. The water pressure was at 55 psi. Everything inside the house was working when I left. For this job I performed a cooling tune up. No significant abnormalities were noted during the inspection aside from over amperage at startup. I recommended a membership for discounts and privileges. I recommended installing either a compressor saver kit or a soft start kit to bring down the initial amp draw. Homeowner signed on for a membership and requested estimates to be sent to possibly have one or the other done another day. Homeowner had questions about possibly adding a extra duct to the system to cool one of their closets that does not have a vent. I recommended a referral with IAQ specialist look at their ductwork and give them an estimate. Homeowner did not want the referral at this time but may call to have IAQ specialists come out at a later date. For this job I performed a evaluation. Upon arrival homeowner notified me that they had had another company go out a few weeks ago and add refrigerant to her system and she feels that the system has not been cooling well since then. She stated that the previous company came back out and they recommended replacing the system, homeowner wanted a second opinion. I leak searched complimentary to the service call but was unable to get a strong leak detection. I attached the video and had several small detections in the evaporator coil in attic unit. When I gauged up the system was severely low on refrigerant. I spoke to homeowner and gave options between a major repair or a replacement. Homeowner would like a estimate for a new system to be able to decide which route to take. Comfort advisor scheduled for 6/17/25 between 12:00 to 3:00

Arrived onsite customer loosing water on the water system registering at the meter. Gave quote to perform a leak located so we can pinpoint what’s going on and give estimate to fix it. Customer will call us if she wants to use us to find leak,

Upon arrival owner informed me that the system was not running. Owner stated that system had not been working for a couple days. Due to heavy rain I started with an indoor leak search on the evaporator coil. No leak was found. While at the home the rain stopped, allowing me to examine the outside components. I quickly noted that the Capacitor was dead with no charge, the primary electrical control unit was also found in poor shape. I recommended replacing the capacitor, the contactor, as well as adding a hard start kit to help with longevity and efficiency of the compressor. The homeowner approved and suggestions. Before leaving system was left operational with a delta of 19 and running on 70 cool. No further abnormalities were found during inspection, thank you so much for choosing Comfort Experts.

For the super tune-up we inspected the customers package unit tested it in both heating and cooling and overall the system is running and working well.I did highly recommend adding a compressor saver kit to the system to keep the amp draws low on startup
