I have installed a new line and outlet from the switch mostly due to the previous installations metal box and very unopportune positioning making it to where working inside of the middle box was not very practical or safe now the disposal work is properly grounded

Upon technicians arrival technician found that the outdoor fan motor was running backwards and not properly technician wired the system to work for tonight. System is up and running at this time.
This is a call back on install installed a new thermostat and never taught homeowner how to work the thermostat and had the thermostat on a program to constantly run
Upon arrival customer stated upstairs got to 85 the previous day. During evaluation found thermostat was satisfied at 73. Check refrigerant levels all connections and found no issues. Customer stated her grandson cleared clog at sink where the condensation tied. Tested drain and found no issues. Left system in cool

Would not recommend fixing unit recommend replacement of this unit there is lots of age on the unit and could go out at any time. The unit is straight electric and is costing you more a month the a new payment would be

Upon arrival tech found that the secondary drain was broken technician also found primary drain was clogged technician did a full check up on the system technician found biological growth throughout system as well as evaporator coil having rust technician highly recommends a comfort visor to come out due to the age of the system and the amount of rust technician found
Upon arrival customer stated system would not keep up and Thermostat would blink cool on Everytime. Found that the primary drain had a blockage and would slowly drain. Pushed nitrogen through drain and cleared blockage. Poured two gallons of water down with no issues left with system cooling
7/10/25 24 kw generator has trouble starting and will not run for more than a minute. Can not get in coming fuel (propane) pressure above 11iwc on the incoming side. Believe it to be a faulty gas regulator. Two regulatora are in line, one at the propane tank and one at the generator. Requesting to come out with Brian H to further diagnose. Customer request Monday or Tuesday afternoon. Pausing job make sure the job is booked for Monday or Tuesday.
Performed function check on a 13 year old American standard heat pump. Refrigerant charge is acceptable. All amp draws are in tolerance. Blower wheel is dirty and should be cleaned. Highly suggest adding a compressor saver to help with the efficiency and reliability of the system upon start up. Due to the age and reliability of the current system, a comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer next Thursday the 10th after noon. A generator maintenance has been scheduled for Thursday the 10th in the afternoon as well. Generac 24kw.
