Upon arrival customer stated upstairs got to 85 the previous day. During evaluation found thermostat was satisfied at 73. Check refrigerant levels all connections and found no issues. Customer stated her grandson cleared clog at sink where the condensation tied. Tested drain and found no issues. Left system in cool

Would not recommend fixing unit recommend replacement of this unit there is lots of age on the unit and could go out at any time. The unit is straight electric and is costing you more a month the a new payment would be

Upon arrival tech found that the secondary drain was broken technician also found primary drain was clogged technician did a full check up on the system technician found biological growth throughout system as well as evaporator coil having rust technician highly recommends a comfort visor to come out due to the age of the system and the amount of rust technician found
Upon arrival customer stated system would not keep up and Thermostat would blink cool on Everytime. Found that the primary drain had a blockage and would slowly drain. Pushed nitrogen through drain and cleared blockage. Poured two gallons of water down with no issues left with system cooling
7/10/25 24 kw generator has trouble starting and will not run for more than a minute. Can not get in coming fuel (propane) pressure above 11iwc on the incoming side. Believe it to be a faulty gas regulator. Two regulatora are in line, one at the propane tank and one at the generator. Requesting to come out with Brian H to further diagnose. Customer request Monday or Tuesday afternoon. Pausing job make sure the job is booked for Monday or Tuesday.
Performed function check on a 13 year old American standard heat pump. Refrigerant charge is acceptable. All amp draws are in tolerance. Blower wheel is dirty and should be cleaned. Highly suggest adding a compressor saver to help with the efficiency and reliability of the system upon start up. Due to the age and reliability of the current system, a comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer next Thursday the 10th after noon. A generator maintenance has been scheduled for Thursday the 10th in the afternoon as well. Generac 24kw.

This estimate is to replace cast iron under home that is dislocated and collapsed …this estimate also includes new washer box tied into drains …the repair of existing galv to PVC water leaks and installation of customer provided toilet and lavatory faucet …we will not warranty existing galvanized only repairs after our tie in 6/4/25 Ran all new drain lines and water lines will return in the morning to do drain for master bath once excavation is done

2008 3.5t gas upflow closet. System down upon arrival. Tstat has no power – found heavy corrosion on batteries slots; Removed. Tstat was not able to push power through. I jumped low voltage and let the system run while diagnosing. Blower capacitor is below manufacturer tolerance. Once system was powered off, I performed a courtesy leak detection due to the age of the system. My leak detector picked up and registered radical refrigerant molecules entering into breathable air. Rust and oil stains present on evaporator coil. Forcing the compressor on, I found an inrush amperage that exceeds the manufacturer specifications. Hard start kit has its pressure indicator blown. While system was on, my refrigerant gauges read below manufacturer specifications and freezing temperatures. 1" filter. I ended up jumping r and g at the circuit board to allow for continuous airflow per homeowner request. I instructed the homeowner that the blower will be on until the 120v power was pulled or the bre

Came to job for plug having a broken piece of PVC to panel so came and fixed it made sure water would not get into it anymore

Upon arrival tech started with the furnace where tech found everything to be up to standards tech headed out side where tech found a snake on the capacitor tech found that the capacitor was weak tech also found that the system had a high inrush amps and suggested a compressor saver to lower in rushamps everything else was up to techs standards
Fan motor has loud vibration and nosie, disconnect is not working properly tech highly recommends fixing them customer has denied any work on the motor and disconnect at this time. Tech found everything else to be working properly at this time
Drain switch was not set right and it caused it to trip. Recall on me.
Cooking tune up performed today on a Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2018. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Condensate drain pan treatment was installed on this visit.
Upon arrival tech talked to home owner tech headed to the package unit tech found that there is a hole in the duct work from the unit teach also found that the unit is having to be over worked home owner isn’t capable of the fix at this time
Tech found that the uv light is not working tech suggested an upgrade in the uv system tech also found that the compressor saver was broke and not working tech installed a new one. Tech suggested to install a micro air easy start due to how many compressor savers the system has gone through. The system is working at this time tech will have to return when the iaq 300 comes in
