We have been with this company for 11 years and counting. Every single time the service person gets here, they are clean, courteous, knowledgeable, transparent with all the info, etc. They are truly a 5 star company throughout.
They take care of all our a/c needs and since we have a service agreement with them ($20/month) they come out 2 times a year for a checkup and cleaning, and service discounts. This company takes all the questions out who to call for a/c, plumbing and electrical.

Mike came in and got right to work; both my wife and I were at home working and he just made it happen. We had been without AC for some time (waiting on a part) and so we were stressed, and I was super-happy that I didn't have to stop what I was doing to sign 100 pieces of paper before he went to work.
He worked diligently, updated me when asked, and most importantly when he left my AC worked, I knew why, and the area was cleaner than when he got here.

Every time, they have been on time, communicative, respectful, and very open about all options without being 'sales-y'. I want to clarify; when I say 'responsive', the last interaction with them began on a Tuesday at 5pm and we had someone in our home looking at the A.C. by Tuesday at 6pm.

For this heating tune-up I inspected the furnace and ran the furnace though the sequence of operations. The system went through it without any issues. Well looking over and inspecting the key components of the furnace I found signs of rust and points of failure within the heat exchanger. This can lead to health problems as carbon monoxide can leak into the home and make the customer sick. Additionally the blower motor and blower wheel were extremely dirty which will cause unnecessary stress on the motor and other components like the heat exchanger. I spoke to the customer about what I found and highly recommend replacing the furnace instead of doing repairs as repairs are costly and the money used for repairs could just go towards financing a new system. Customer stated they have other projects with the home they are working on and then may redress the furnace at a later date.

Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. On this job I washed the condensor coil and changed the filter. I washed the drian lines and made sure all wire connections are tight. This system has a td of 20 and subcool of 10. In heating the system checks out on all levels in tolerance back up heat ready and pull 20 amps each. System is now back online and ready for heating.

On arrival system running and cooling producing 14 degree delta. Evaporator coil extremely rusted and blower was dusty. Outdoor units compressor overamping on start up. System has a subcool of 5 and a superheat of 42. This indicated the TXv is restricted. Due to the upcoming refridgerant change and the likelihood of large refridgerant cycle repairs in the future I recommend speaking with a comfort advisor about replacement. Will call back Monday to discuss further once he has spoken to his wife.

Came out for a membership tune-up checked everything indoor and out in heat mode and in cool mode found multiple issues including the compressor overamping upon startup and the contactor for the heat strips in the air handler arcing and causing a loud noise there is also lots of organic growth inside of the unit blower wheel is covered in this growth and restricting air flow drain line was clogged and there were several spots of corrosion where the dog has relieved himself on the condensing unit made recommendations to repair and or remedy all issues as well as provided the option for a comfort advisor to come out and discuss replacement however the only thing we were able to take care of today was clearing the drain line homeowner knows that she is running a risk for health as well as for the unit without recommended repairs
