We have been with this company for 11 years and counting. Every single time the service person gets here, they are clean, courteous, knowledgeable, transparent with all the info, etc. They are truly a 5 star company throughout.
They take care of all our a/c needs and since we have a service agreement with them ($20/month) they come out 2 times a year for a checkup and cleaning, and service discounts. This company takes all the questions out who to call for a/c, plumbing and electrical.

Mike came in and got right to work; both my wife and I were at home working and he just made it happen. We had been without AC for some time (waiting on a part) and so we were stressed, and I was super-happy that I didn't have to stop what I was doing to sign 100 pieces of paper before he went to work.
He worked diligently, updated me when asked, and most importantly when he left my AC worked, I knew why, and the area was cleaner than when he got here.

Today I showed up for a membership heating tune-up for two one year old heat pump units but it turned into an evaluation of one and a tune-up on the other because upon arrival the downstairs unit was a solid block of ice I got it thawed out while I was running the tune-up on the upstairs unit and put it back into heat mode and let it run Cycles everything was functioning as it should turns out we need to install a heat pump gutter at the roof line directly above the downstairs unit this unit also needs to replace the value germicidal light bulb as it has been over a year now as far as the upstairs unit the run capacitor was almost out of range and the start capacitor was no longer doing its job this unit also needs the value germicidal light bulb replaced there was some discrepancies regarding the coverage of their membership and warranty however we got everything straight and clear they are now signed up for the new home budget and protection plan with a five-star lifetime labor warra

For this super tune-up I inspected the upstairs and downstairs furnaces and condensers. All equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well. I recommend to the customer getting a duct cleaning since they have lived in the home for 12 years and have not had a duct cleaning since they've lived here, I also recommend installing hard start kits on both systems to keep amp draw lower in startup. Equipment as it ages will start to pull higher amps and keeping the amp draw low will increase the longevity of the compressor during the summertime.

For this super tune-up I inspected the furnace and condenser. All equipment was measuring with the manufacturer's specs and running well with the exception of the inducer motor which was pulling slightly over the FLA. There are significant bio growth in the supply plenum which I showed the customer with my endoscope and she stated there's also some bio growth coming out of one of the supply vents in a bedroom. I recommend adding a UV system to the furnace to kill and keep bio growth from coming back. I also recommend a duct cleaning and whole home surge protection to protect all the electronics to include the furnace and condenser from damage caused by excessive power surges.
