Install upstairs 36k hz gas with high efficiency filtration and code kit. Downstairs 60k condenser only with drain switch
Came to job to quote doing a lot of different things and I also swapped out a few light bulbs while I was here but customer will call back after party and when they are got the lights and everything they want to do
For this job I came back to replace the customer's condenser that is the previous one had a restriction in the line dryer and causing a system to over amp which in turn would cost the system to fail. Once I got the old system out I brazed in the new one and rewired it up. I pulled the vacuum down to 250 microns and charge the system to an 8° sub cool and a 7° superheat. System was cooling and producing 18° Delta upon departure.
On arrival upstairs systems condenser fan motor has failed. Due to the large cost of ecm condenser fan motors and the age of equipment( condenser and evaporator coil are r22 and 17 years old and the furnace is significantly older) I recommended speaking to a comfort advisor about replacement. I also talked about our maintenance agreements and adding a water safety to the downstairs system. Included quotes for all of the above and scheduled a comfort advisor visit for tomorrow 6-8.
Need to schedule installation of water heaters for Friday morning next week 5hr job
For this evaluation the customer system was not cooling, the indoor unit was running however the outdoor was throwing an L2 or high pressure cut off fault. But I reset the system pressures looked within range however decompressor was pulling 24 amps with a maximum rla of 20. There is a restriction inside the condenser filter drier causing the system to pull extremely high running amps. Per Ryan we are going to DOA the condenser and rush order a new one for the customers.
On arrival condenser was locked to a high pressure cutout code. Refridgerant levels good, high side pressure around 225. Moved hot gas discharge sensor. Advised customer that it is likely a random code but if the issue reoccurres to let us know.
For this tune up, I inspected both inside and outside Upon revision, uv light bulb was out and mentioned to home owner about replacing, homeowner asked me to bring it to her so she can look at it, upon moving light bulb it came on, results that it had came loose and after doing that I told homeowner that she doesn't have worry about it until next visit Electrical and refrigerant levels are good to go for the summer Thank you for choosing comfort experts, have a great day

Came to house to look at Swapping out a fan with a specialty fan And gave quote and also talked to him about swapping out light bulbs and stuff.Since he doesn't have a ladder that does that and also talk to him about a membership?Which he might go with when he calls us back to do the fan because he liked the discount and also the parks that come with the membership

I was just out there for electrical inspection. 2 days ago and so I called her to see what was up and there was nothing going on.
