Was just at this house 2 days ago and called her to talk about what she was confused about. And apparently she isn't confused about anything. Everything is all right. I was just out there for electrical inspection. 2 days ago and so I called her to see what was up and there was nothing going on. So I don't know if it accidentally got put on Electrical and it was meant for h v a c or plumbing or something

Came to job for plugs not working and breaker not resetting And ended up being homeowner.Didn't reset the break right But she wants to do future work by adding a sub.Panel and Adding three plugs throughout her house , so quoted her on that and We'll call back to get that schedule at some point in time when she's ready

Called customer but was unable to reach him. Emailing updated estimates.

Arrived onsite inspected water heater did not find any issue with water heater. Customer just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong heard a noise on her roof. I however did not see anything that needed to be addressed. Customer said no one told her that there would be a service fee. she said no one told her about it so I told her I would notate it on her invoice.

Replaced Noritz tankless hot water heater located in attic area where old tankless was leaking. Estes after replacement was complete everything working properly.

Estimate to install a new noritz nr98sv tankless water heater in place of old tankless water heater. Price includes all labor and material for installation. Schedule install for tomorrow morning will pick up at Ferguson by the residence in Lewisville.

On arrival system heating with no issues. Indoor unit clean and in good shape. In cooling the condenser was overamping on start up and the capicator was out of tolerance. Recommended replacing capicator and adding a compressor saver kit to the system.

12/11/24 Came to job to look at garage door opener and Tyler gave him quotes when he was out here and we ended up doing the doorbell but I couldn't find a LED driver for the under counter lights so I ordered it and will be coming back on Friday at 12:00

I have remade the estimates for the requested work I believe there were no changes but I do believe they needed to schedule for a visit for the garage door opener not working

11/15/24 TS- cleared clog in masterbath shower. Waterheater is still new but only code issue is no sediment trap for the gas line

Caneti customers house and replaced a GFCI and swapped out some plugs and switches for her

Replaced defective s8ngle pole switch. No other issues. Offered membership .

On arrival system running and cooling producing a 20 degree delta. Indoor unit in good shape, installed an iaq 200 and a 20*25 April aire filter upgrade. Outdoor unit in good shape but capicator was out of tolerance. With customers permission I replaced this as well.

His panel looked good but he does need surge protection but he had a light in his bathroom that had a loose connection so I remade it

For this evaluation the customer stated the outdoor unit would run for a little while but then shut off. They would flip the breaker and flip back on and it would run for a little while and continue to do the same thing off and on. The Condenser was giving an L1 "LPCO" fault. When I gauged up I had a 47° superheat with a target of 28 indicating the system is undercharged. I charged the system to the Target of 25⁰ of superheat and watched as pressures held steady for approximately 15 minutes ofbthe system running.

For the evaluation I showed up to the customer's house and they stated the unit had stopped running this afternoon. I turned the system to cooling as they had the fan set to on however they stated they did not feel any air blowing out at all. When I got into the attic I could hear refrigerant pumping through the lines, however the blower was not running. When I jumped R to G the motor turned on however after turning the disconnect off when I gauged up outside to measure refrigerant and turned it back on saturation temperature fell below freezing. I got back up the attic and the blower was not running again, and there was a call from C to G, but still the blower was not running. After turning the power off and back on the motor started shaking and doing partial turns indicating the ECM Motor has failed. Due to the system being out of warranty and from 2007 I recommended to the customer replacement and they will be speaking to a CA tomorrow 17 August.

On arrival customer wanted an eval on upstairs system. Found good refridgerant levels but a return air issue is diminishing it's cooling ability.
