Jake replaced our heat pump circuit breaker with the proper one. Yes he had the necessary parts with him! He is very professional and efficient and glad we chose Comfort Experts .
Joe came out to check our mini split in our master bedroom. Intermittently would make a loud racket. He spent 20 minutes trying to replicate but couldn't. He listened to the recording I had made so he could hear what exactly it was doing. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and how the process was for the parts and what would happen when the came in. He was our installer of the unit last year so he knew what he was doing. Also, very courteous and cleaned up after himself. No payment required at this time.
Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again when the need arises.

Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.
Alex and his helper came early and stayed late to insure our new HVAC system was installed properly and running correctly. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. In spite of Murphey's law glitches they worked tirelessly to get our system up and running correctly. Super tune up performed today on an Amana heat pump with air handler installed in 2023. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. All amp draws are within spec. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Suggest adding surge protection to the main panel.
Performed super tune on trane heat pump system. Checked all electrical connections indoor and changed customer supplied filters. All connections are tight and have no burn marks. Drain line is clear. Informed customer about compressor saver and iaq products.

10/2/24 Mark D – This is a propane fueled liquid cooled 4 cylinder generac generator. Technician did not have the correct parts needed to perform generator maintenance on this unit.
