I have been using the contractor that put the unit in the home. I found out I have been paying double for my maintenance contract. I am receiving greater benefits and services for the same price that includes a 30% discount on Service Fee/ Repairs & / Accessories. Trust me I was not receiving any type of discount with the other company. I say good riddance and Hello Comfort Experts where have you been the last four years.
Today I had Hobson back out because my electric bill has almost doubled since my 21 year old nephew moved in with his computer and gaming systems. They throughly looked at all my key systems to no avail but did not leave without a suggestion. They were great.
I had Comfort Experts/Hobson out today for my semi-annual service and in Comfort Experts/Hobson's style they did an outstanding job, took their time and took pictures of all key components. Cody even waxed the exterior of my outdoor unit after making the inside of the same unit shine also. Upon arrival Customer had system disconnect pulled. Stated heatpump was smoking and buzzing really loud when they woke up this morning. During evaluation Checked Refrigerant levels which were within range, ran system in Defrost and Defrost mode ran properly. Found Fan Auxiliary motor starter was weak. Rick work completed changed out one electric and old rod was not able to remove the other anode rod from the water heater not recommended to do at this point and it's lifespan. TMP valve was leaking so we replaced that instead, installed filter for point of use water heater, install two hard start kits on both air conditioners

Plumbing recwork completed when removing old water heater I found some shut off valves not working properly recommended replacement customer agreed installed new point of views water heater replaced frost-free hose bib insured no leaks and insured water heater was operating properly.
This home has a sulfur smell problem so me and both homeowners went over multiple different options for treating the water,
I have given estimates for maintenancing on water heaters and adding some electric anode rods, removing old water softener that does not seem to be working, gave different options for installing whole home filtration and conditioning. They're going to talk about it and on Monday I need to set up a phone call so that we can get approval and schedule for rec work to be completed

Upon arrival furnace was operating properly checked for fault codes no codes, after inspection of ignition components and board I found that ignition components need to be cleaned I also found wires loose, clean ignition components tightened connections and changed hot surface igniter. Furnace system would operate efficiently and properly after eval was completed customer asked if I could look at point of use water heater,
