Performed Tune up on system, indoor has heavy biological growth build up on coil, blower and cabin. Checked all components of condenser and washed condenser coils from the inside out. Recommended blower and coil cleaning along with UV system and compressor saver Husband wants all the updates and calls to go to his phone. Customer stated "he would drop us if we don't stop calling and sending the update texts to the wife"

Customer was concerned about Heatpump not heating properly so he set system to EM HEAT. Found that the heatpump was not receiving high voltage. Found AC breaker in panel was off, turned back on and ran system check. Found no issues with the system and customer stated he had an electrician out recently. Left the system in heat per customer request

I have completed my electrical evaluation found that the GFCI that was causing her problems in the bathroom is connected to two other outlets one also in the same bathroom in the other one on the outside near the outside of that bathroom I cannot find where it goes beyond this but I disconnected the wires from the outlets on the outside and she asked that if she were to find something that wasn't working she could call us and come back out and I said yes

Is going to get another company to come out and give them a quote that company will be out here at 1 o’clock tomorrow tomorrow evening. He will make a decision and give us a call.

Replaced primary board on Heatpump. Ran system check and found no other issues at this time. Left system in cool

Came to job for light not working in hallway supposedly from last time I was here which was 10 days ago about customer can't be sure just because they hadn't turn the light on in a few days and so when I got here checked light and light had a little prong in it that was bent upwards I think that was causing it to just have a loose connection but everything is working and right and should have no issues from here on out

Came to job for customer wanting to add plug for UV light and fridge so added GFCI to be able to plug in both things

Capacitor failed again. Changed and checked all electrical connections. As electrical connections were being tightened lug for R wire on compressor broke off of the board. Customer would like an estimate for replacing septic pump Customer would like to talk to a comfort advisor regarding adding a return and a supply duct in the kitchen. Super tune up perfomed today on a heat pump installed in 2019 and an air handler installed in 2014. Biological growth is present inside of the air handler. No drain safety switch has been installed. No secondary drain installed. Blower wheel is dirty and needs to be cleaned. Air handler has only 576 square inches of filter grill return and needs around 1200. Not enough return air going to the air handler. There is an open supply vent going to the kitchen. A supply duct needs to be ran from the supply plenum to the vent in the kitchen. Outdoor unit was very dirty. Unit was washed and waxed. Refrigerant levels are in range. The septic pump has stopped working and customer has requested a plumber for an estimate on replacing it. Customer has a comfort advisor coming this evening to give ductwork estimate and a plumber com

Central House for electrical inspection and talk to customers about breaker that was an art fault for the living room but occasionally tripped every single month and couldn't see anything wrong with the circuit but insisted that the customer contact us if it happened again so that we can test a breaker and see if it something wrong with the circuit or if the breaker just needs to be replaced

Arrived to trouble shoot iron breaker softening system to determine why water still smells like sulphur ran systems through Regen cycle suggesting customer have Have cactus filtration to come out it looks as if filter system is plumbed in backwards and seems that system is not operating properly customer is going to call cactus out

Failed 35/5 dual run cap. Replaced washed condenser coils and strongly recommend filter replacement.

Came to job to look at quoting a car charger install and gave customer price and wanted to do it today so went and got parts and came back and installed it everything's working and customers happy
