Comfort Experts is my go to air-conditioning People. They provide maintenance service on my system twice a year. Their service technicians have been excellent. They are experienced professional, and very knowledgeable and appear to be well trained They perform minimal and necessary improvements to my system in order to extend its life. Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.
Alex and his helper came early and stayed late to insure our new HVAC system was installed properly and running correctly. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. In spite of Murphey's law glitches they worked tirelessly to get our system up and running correctly. Danny was exceptional to work with today. He explained all the concepts where they were easy to understand. He also took the time to show me where the underlying issues were within my system. Performed leak search of lineset and Evaporator coil due to low Refrigerant levels. Found leak on weld from previous company that installed the system. Customer is going to have that company come out and diagnose the system as it is still under warranty.
Turned outdoor disconnect off to prevent damage to the compressor
