Justin was very attentive as he not only listened to my questions but then answered all of them with great detail. Justin performed the inspection and cleaning of our A/C system and provided a very detailed assessment of his findings complete with detailed photos. Performed leak search of lineset and Evaporator coil due to low Refrigerant levels. Found leak on weld from previous company that installed the system. Customer is going to have that company come out and diagnose the system as it is still under warranty.
