Joe came out to check our mini split in our master bedroom. Intermittently would make a loud racket. He spent 20 minutes trying to replicate but couldn't. He listened to the recording I had made so he could hear what exactly it was doing. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and how the process was for the parts and what would happen when the came in. He was our installer of the unit last year so he knew what he was doing. Also, very courteous and cleaned up after himself. No payment required at this time.

It is my feeling that the company tries to sell things I do not need. It is interesting that the "before" picture was conveniently blurred while the "after" picture showed was very clear. It is my belief that I was taken advantage of and sold something I do not need. I will be cancelling my membership in the "club" which I think is another way to get money.

For this job, I arrived for an evaluation on a system leaking water outside. I notified the customer this wasn't a real issue and that it was normal for her system to be doing that.
Adding on, I completed difference speculations and found the drain line in bad clogged conditions. I notified the customer that she needed a drink clear job to be done, and also recommended a drain switch to prevent issues, customer rejected and mentioned that she has to save money to be able to do anything.
Micro airsoft start was also recommended to help her compressor start at a easier pace, however customer rejected.

-came to job for light bulb needing to be changed in fan and got here and went to change light bulb but customer had wrong light bulb so customer is ordering right light bulbs online and will be in next Wednesday but wants to make sure and wants me to come back out on Thursday the 15th

Came to job for plugs tripping fixed with a simple breaker issue and also quoted to swap out three fans two in bedrooms and one in living room which has a 22 ft ceiling

Outdoor units passed all electrical testing but downstairs systems compressor overamped on start up. I recommended a compressor saver kit to address this. Systems cooling as I left.

09/03/24 TS- standard PTU on a new build. No issues but house has no filtration system. Informed about whole house or single for waterheater. Also osmosis system under kitchen sink.
