Came to job for plugs tripping fixed with a simple breaker issue and also quoted to swap out three fans two in bedrooms and one in living room which has a 22 ft ceiling

On arrival systems running and cooling producing 20 degrees of delta. Furnaces were clean and drain lines were flowing. Outdoor units passed all electrical testing but downstairs systems compressor overamped on start up. I recommended a compressor saver kit to address this. Systems cooling as I left.

Arrived and found capicator broken. Replaced under warranty.

Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but overamped on start up. Customer has poorly sealed ducts and areas of home that get poor airflow. Recommended speaking with Zak about airflow and air quality, also recommended compressor saver kit to prevent overamping on start up from compressor.

During this visit I washed and cleaned the condensors and changed the filters. Both system test in tolerance for heating and cooling. I do recommend an easy start 1 for each system. This will help the system start up much easier.

Came back to job to swap out customer supply combination breaker

Came to job for breaker tripping customer is going to get breakers then call us back out when she has them to replace them

Siri to perform a heating tuneup zone board wasn’t giving me any power to the equipment until later now it’s currently cooling and heating has some biological growth on the drain pan blower a little dirty, refrigerant and range. Outdoor condenser fan is loud.

Install 1 new supply duct and grill

Replaced primary electrical. Spoke with customer more about a membership and she decided to subscribe.

.Found failed primary electrical unit. Did not have another on my van. Sold the work and need to return Monday Sept 9 between 330 and 630.

09/03/24 TS- standard PTU on a new build. No issues but house has no filtration system. Informed about whole house or single for waterheater. Also osmosis system under kitchen sink.

Inspected water heater in garage is 10 years old No issues. Spoke with wife about different options for replacement. Water heater does not have any issues at this time but looking to replace at some point soon. Customer said she will speak to husband about options and call us when they are ready to do something about the water heater.

For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and she stated the unit was only blowing hot air and the compressor sounded like it was short cycling. I started off in the air handler where it was running but I did not feel refrigerant flowing through the lines. When I went to the condenser I opened it up and saw the capacitor had melted the center wire and broken off. I replaced the capacitor and the system started functioning normally, however due to the rain I was unable to gauge up to measure refrigerant. There are a number of reasons the wire could have been fried but my thoughts are a power surge from the storms or a loose Spade connection. I talked to the homeowners and they asked about whole home surge protection so I explained what it does and how it works and they elected to have it installed. I installed it on the 45amp AC breaker and both green lights were on indicating the house was protected.
