The breaker that tripped was connected to a tablets in the garage that were mainly used to charge the golf cart and they're putting the charger on the golf cart and on the plugs and handled the boat is fine so I advise him to keep it high on it and to call us if anything happens

1-6-25 Will need to return next 1-14-25 to see if we can get the garage sink fixed. Will need Ian here as well

Arrived for evaluation Upon arrival outdoor unit was able to operate - indoor unit blower not operational Emergency heat strips now show consistent failure that was not present at previous evaluations Replaced thermostat under warranty to restore system communication Reccomended heat strip kit Reccomended replacement blower motor for indoor Due to age of system and system build up parts of operation will continue to malfunction - replacement thermostat would not be overall fix Homeowner scheduled to meet comfort advisor today 12/30/24 5PM System cooling and heating functions are operational

Returning tomorrow to complete work Install 2 in ball valve shut off on incoming water line. Had to cut out section of about 8 ft and replace. Insured no leaks and good water pressure water line is acceptable. Found lots of stuff built up inside of water line and is PVC water line buried, recommended water filtration possible water line replacement. Mark W will follow up with cst about water line

On this job I cleaned up the blower wheel and condensor coil on a mini split system

Arrived for evaluation Upon arrival system was not functioning on heating or cooling Indoor blower call also not functioning Original transformer failed to send 24V Replaced transformer and fused tested thermostat wires Found indoor thermostat O Orange wire setting off fuse Replaced orange to brown from thermostat Replaced orange to green on outdoor unit System functioning on cooling and heating - no fuse pop Tested with thermostat and system performs all functions System left on heat at exit

Arrived for evaluation Upon arrival system was off Called thermostat to heat - functioned Called thermostat to cool - indoor blower motor failed to operate Removed thermostat and tested indoor blower motor function Cooling and heating - jumper operation test across all wires Performed multiple tests and system operated on each call Installed new thermostat and tested all functions System operational on manual blower - cooling and heating Replaced filter Biological growth build on indoor wires, connection ports and board Reccomended blower replacement+ board replacement with thermostat as full repair System left on heat at exit

Arrived for heating tune up All heating components are in tolerance Delta 17 Compressor saver and surge protection operational Filter is fair - not replaced UV light is operational Reccomended drain pan treatment strip Reccomended iAQ200 UV System left on 72 heat at exit

Arrived onsite customer had water showing up near water meter box. Went ahead and dug up area and found a leak at the front of doublecheck valve box. Went ahead and cut out bad section of piping and replaced. Tested after repairs were made no more leaks on system.

Need to return tomorrow after meeting to make underground water line repair.

Arrived for free 2nd opinion Previous company quoted for gas valve, blower motor and control board On estimate it states Blower leaking oil Burners show significant orange flames Compromised board Blower has no significant or telling failures at the moment Board has no signs of significant wear Burners have no signs of significant orange hue These components are not yet to be reccomended at this time Homeowner added home and budget protection plan System left on cool at exit

One of the bathroom breakers was in the off position

The system is working nothing is wrong the subcool is a 6 and filter was clean to capacitors are in tolerance drain line is fine

The back half of the front driveway lights weren't working due to the GFCI they are plugged into being tripped and it wouldn't come back on because of a extension cord connected to some Christmas lights, I asked if a more permanent solution to the Christmas lights would be something she's interested in but she isn't at this point in time and the fountain was working when I got there and I found no issues with it but if she calls for the fountain again I would like to get there asap

System not cooling no high voltage system was turned off at light switch after switch was turned on system started cooling

System was complaining about air flow issues i specter the blower wheel and air filter. Also the system need update so I went ahead and did that. I have this system back online and working. I left the filter out for tonight so it can breathe freely and cool quicker. The filter is slightly dirty. You may reuse but I recommend a new one based on system complaints.

Arrived for eval Customer stated the unit was cooling or turning on and it’s been a week Ran test and the outdoor cap is bad, breaker at the breaker box was bad and the system was low on refrigerant Let customer know and she didn’t want to do the cap if she has to replace but okayed the breaker Switched breaker and the system came on The system is left off due to low refrigerant and the cap not being replaced today. Customer will call to have a comfort advisor come out due to being busy today Also let customer know she won’t have access to unit because she denied the cap and we don’t have refrigerant to give her either.

On arrival condenser not receiving high voltage. Found the contactor burned and high voltage wires leading into it burned as well. Replaced contactor and high voltage wires/whip. When I left system was running and cooling with no issues.

Arrived at customer home he said he was having some low pressure issues. Found prv valve inside wall tested water pressure at hose bibb was 80 psi. Left some estimates for the homeowner some recommendations. Customer said he would call us if he wants to get anything done.
