We discovered a water leak on a Friday and Adam was there the next day to identify the problem. It was in a difficult-to-reach location and required some extensive trenching. The team was there first thing Monday morning and was finished before the end of the day. I couldn’t ask for better help or support than Adam provided. Outstanding Service
I couldn’t be happier or more pleased with the work performed on my backup generator by Comfort Experts. They were super! Mark was my technician and he was most professional, courteous and thorough. And the price was right as well. I will not hesitate to continue to use Comfort Experts in the future.

Super tune up performed today on a Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2013. All electrical connections are tight with. I corrosion. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are dirty and should be cleaned. UV bulb has expired and needs to be replaced. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Highly suggest adding a compressor saver to the outdoor unit to help the efficiency and reliability of the system upon start up. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer has signed up for the home and budget protection plan.

20kw Generac generator serviced today. Spark plugs, air filter, and oil filter all changed. 2 quarts of fully synthetic 5w-30 engine oil changed. Valve clearances checked. System functioning normally at time of departure.
