Jake replaced our heat pump circuit breaker with the proper one. Yes he had the necessary parts with him! He is very professional and efficient and glad we chose Comfort Experts .
Joe came out to check our mini split in our master bedroom. Intermittently would make a loud racket. He spent 20 minutes trying to replicate but couldn't. He listened to the recording I had made so he could hear what exactly it was doing. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and how the process was for the parts and what would happen when the came in. He was our installer of the unit last year so he knew what he was doing. Also, very courteous and cleaned up after himself. No payment required at this time.
Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again when the need arises.

Comfort Experts is my go to air-conditioning People. They provide maintenance service on my system twice a year. Their service technicians have been excellent. They are experienced professional, and very knowledgeable and appear to be well trained They perform minimal and necessary improvements to my system in order to extend its life. I'm going on 15 years with the current system and anticipate what will last another 10 years as long as they keep it properly maintained. Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.
Alex and his helper came early and stayed late to insure our new HVAC system was installed properly and running correctly. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. In spite of Murphey's law glitches they worked tirelessly to get our system up and running correctly. We discovered a water leak on a Friday and Adam was there the next day to identify the problem. It was in a difficult-to-reach location and required some extensive trenching. The team was there first thing Monday morning and was finished before the end of the day. I couldn’t ask for better help or support than Adam provided. Upon arrival to home I could hear water spraying under home there wat no way to access the leak other than creating an access hole on the exterior of home and tunneling underneath footing ….found 3\4 line under home that had busted do to the low temperatures repaired leak and turned water back on ….this repair was made on the cold side main feed to home after checking repair for leaks I then heard water running in another location after careful observation I located a second leak approximately 10 ft from the first one towards the back of the home again the only way to get to second leak which this was one was located on the hot side main feed to home we had to dig another access and tunnel toward the rear of the home to make repair on the hot line once repair was made checked for other leaks no other leaks where found in the system job complete Want to note that customer did make all necessary precautions to avoid freeze breaks by turning water off and draining down home unfortun

Arrived to red light on 22kw generac generator. Generator failed to start due to faulty battery battery only able to hold 6.6v. Replaced battery and performed yearly maintenance. Changed oil, oil filter, air filter spark plugs and checked the spacing in the valves. Performed function check. System operating normally at time of departure.
Arrived onsite customer had a small leak where the icemaker line tied into the valve under kitchen sink. Went ahead and redid connection tested after repair was made everything working properly.
Estimate to tunnel under home from the outside to under home and expose water line. Cut under home and run new line up and install new valves under sink.

Super tune up performed today on a Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2013. All electrical connections are tight with. I corrosion. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are dirty and should be cleaned. UV bulb has expired and needs to be replaced. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Highly suggest adding a compressor saver to the outdoor unit to help the efficiency and reliability of the system upon start up. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer has signed up for the home and budget protection plan.

20kw Generac generator serviced today. Spark plugs, air filter, and oil filter all changed. 2 quarts of fully synthetic 5w-30 engine oil changed. Valve clearances checked. System functioning normally at time of departure.
