I contacted Comfort Experts for their $49 A/C tune up special. Justin P arrived on time and explained in detail the scope of the inspection and services provided. Justin was very attentive as he not only listened to my questions but then answered all of them with great detail. Justin performed the inspection and cleaning of our A/C system and provided a very detailed assessment of his findings complete with detailed photos. I couldn’t have been happier with his work ethic and professionalism. If I were a business owner, he would be exactly the type of employee I would hope to hire! I noticed in late afternoon on a hot summer day (a Sunday no less) that the house was getting warmer, then noticed the AC wouldn't even kick on.
I called their after hours office line & they had someone out very quickly.
The technician, Garrett, was polite, knowledgeable & ensured I understood what was happening & what he needed to do throughout. I trusted what he was telling me based on my limited knowledge from hearing my dad's conversations (a former Heat & AC technician), no "single lady at the mechanic shop" shenanigans.

Came out for a cooling tune-up found the compressor over amping on startup homeowner chose to go with a compressor saver kit discuss the membership option need declined today making an estimate for gut cleaning he may like to revisit got the amps down from 105 to 63.7 I did discuss what the homeowner that the door run capacitor is barely within range and could cause more issues with the compressor down the road without changed out at the same time as it was good they're chose to just do the compressor saver kit for today

Came out for a 2 system. Cooling tune up found both compressors over amping upon start up as well. As both dual run capacitors out of range also recommened surge protection for both units, the indoor units are covered. The outdoor units are not. Homeowner is unable to take care of these items at this time but has our information to reach back out if something changes
