Comfort Experts is absolutely awesome. Tyler L came out to check for my electrical outlet issue. Within minutes of doing a quick walk around the house, he identified the issue and fixed it. He was done in 10 minutes. After that he actually called the plumber that was scheduled to come and do some work after him the same day, and had him reach out to me and explain the costs, so I could choose to cancel the appointment so as not to be charged the service Fee. I truly appreciate the honesty and professional of Comfort Experts Inc. they are well trained and upfront and not just trying to make money off you. Highly recommend!!

Upon arrival for double tune up I asked homeowner to show me to thermostats and access to indoor units I then asked for filters to replace which he started that he had them available in the attic, Lastly I asked for a container of vinegar which he provided I went into attic to begin tune up, started with checking temperature deltas, units had a 21 and 22 degrees of cooling I then replaced filters on each unit I then checked blower fans and both were clean and in good condition Checked evaporator coils and both were clean and in good condition Then checked and tightened electrical connections that were loose Lastly I checked drain lines, poured vinegar down the line then chased with 1 gallon of water each and had no backups I then moved to outdoor units, I checked safety disconnects, both in good operating condition Removed both condenser fans and checked, both are in good condition Cleaned coils from the inside out then rinsed off the sides to clear debris. Replaced condenser fans

On this job I washed the condensor and changed the filter. I inspected both heating and cooling sides of the system. The td is 20 and subcool is 9. The heating side is in tolerance and working as it should. Today I also cleared a drian line. I cut the line under the sink and blew it out from top down. System is now in full operation and ready for heating season.

Arrived for eval The breaker to the main part of the house was bad Customer said they did have problems with the electrical lately Recommend cleaning the outside unit. Customer doesn’t have a water faucet outside to connect hose. Customer is going to work on getting access System running and cooling before I left
