Your service tech promised to send me an estimate to install a 40 PSI refrigerator pressure valve for my LG refrigerator but didn't follow through. I can purchase the item from Amazon but have no idea how to install it which is why he was supposed to send me the estimate.
Shelby was very professional and did a good job. Thanks
Jerred was thorough, professional, and made sure to wear shoe protection while performing the AC service. I also appreciated that he took the extra step to fix the loose tape on the AC unit.
I had another company come in for my clogged sink. They quoted $245 which I thought was overpriced for this job. I paid $49 for their service call and did not hire them. Adam from Comfort experts came in and did the job very quickly and charged me less than half of the price the other company quoted me. I am extremely happy with Comfort Experts’ service and honesty.
Great service

On arrival we had voltage intermittently at contactor. After much evaluation I found the furnace control board to be malfunctioning. Customer would like to speak with comfort advisor before pursuing repairs.
On arrival system running and cooling producing 17 degrees. Indoor unit clean. Drain line flowing but no water safety's present. Outdoor unit overamping on start up and dual run capicator out of tolerance. Customer declined all recommended at this time.
For this cooling tune-up I inspected the customer's main system and the master bedroom system. Inspected the furnace, evaporator coil, as well as the condenser. Everything was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well. I did recommend to the customer that we install a float switch on both systems as there is no water safety on the primary drain lines and if the primary drain line were to get clogged up then water would then dump into the pan and risk water damage to the ceiling. I also recommended installing better filtration with April air filters as these are accordion style filters and create a complete seal in the filter base capturing more particulates and allowing less dust to circulate in the airstream.
Need to schedule for next Thursday customer has family coming in. Will need a helper is a attic water heater installation.
System has a bad condensor fan motor 1/5 HP 810 rpm. He wants to talk about system replacement this Tuesday at 2pm.
Upon arrival to home both systems in home wer not operational Downstairs thermostat had no power Outdoor condenser for upstairs was turning on compressor but not fan I began with indoor for downstairs and found transformer and board has 24v but I was not getting 24v to thermostat, I checked wet switch which was tied into 24v and was losing voltage, I bypassed wet switch and unit turned on and was functioning again I checked wet switch and it was bad. I moved to outdoor to check upstairs unit and found capacitor was bad on both herm and fan sides Recommended capacitor replacement Recommended drain switch replacement Homeowner agreed to both and I quickly replaced both parts After finishing up both units were cooling great and units were operational again. System left on cool and thermostats returned to auto. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts
8/11/25 Arrived to home rang doorbell 7 times no answer at the door customer will have to reschedule. 8/12/25 Arrived onsite customer had a refrigerator he wants a small fridge pressure regulator installed. He said he was going to order part and call us back. I advised home to call an appliance repair man to fix refrigerator instead of installed pressure regulator because his pressure to home is 79 psi. Refrigerator manual says it holds 20-120 psi water pressure lints so pressure coming to home should not be an issue.
