Replaced evaporator coil and TXV under parts only warranty. Pulled vacuum tp 500 microns and released the pumped down refrigerant. Added 32oz of r410a refrigerant. Performed function check. System running and operating properly at time of departure.

Discussed options with customer I'm going to pause this job customer is 98 years old and going to discuss with his two daughters about their plan with the house to know which option he's going with he is going to call me for Thanksgiving to make a decision on which level

11/20/25 Unable to complete tune up due to the rain. Customer would like to reschedule for next Tuesday the 25th in the afternoon. Completed a filter change and safety check of the air handler. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. ECM blower motor is acceptable.

Zoning bypass, plenums, insulation. 25% down with check, install 11-20

Super tune up pee med today. It is raining heavily and the technician was not able to get accurate refrigerant readings due to the rain. Indoor temperatures were acceptable. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Filter was changed recently. UV bulb needs to be replaced. UV will turn on and then shut down almost immediately due to a faulty bulb. All amp draws are within spec. Reversing valve and defrost control board are in working order.

Came to house to quote adding generator plug in garage for powering panel and power goes out and quoted customer to add plug and customer agreed to do it so just waiting for part to come in then we'll schedule to come back out and do the work

Arrived to no cool. System shows to be low on refrigerant. Performed a leak search and found a leak in the upper left side of the evaporator coil. Need to order a new coil for replacement as soon as possible. Customer has paid half down and will pay the remainder upon completion of work.

Alex D 11/18/25 Found wet switch had tripped at indoor unit Tested drain line with 1 gallon of water it appears that the homes drain line is clogged enough that the water from the system backs up and leaks from the 2” tee connection that the air handler drain is tied into charged service fee and will be passing this over to plumbing the homeowner is currently renovating the home and may be interested in a wider scope of work to be done to the home Left thermostat set to off Customer is available tommorow

11/17/25 Need to return on a cooler day to further diagnose heating issue. Possibly Friday morning first call or Monday morning first call. Will need an extra hand.

About two building and was able to look at the electrical on the outside of building and also look at the office as well but was not able to get into the main part where the panel is at but found a lot of little things that could be fixed and brought up to code so emailed them to customer and will hopefully hear back for them about some of the things

Duro Max inverter generator not starting. System is cranking but no start. Not getting strong spark due to faulty magneto. Did not repair generator at this time.

Came to customer's house for electrical inspection and panel looks good but talk to customer about adding a search protector and what it could do and also talked about putting up smoke detector since all of them were pulled down but knows that she pulled them down and is going to put them back up soon also talked about a switch cover that wasn't on there but customer has one just hasn't put it back on yet

I will have a plumber come out on Wednesday to talk about getting a gas line to the generator

Performed Tune up Found blower wheel heavily rusted, UV system failed and biological growth growing in Airhandler. Dual run cap was weak, replaced under warranty and washed condenser coils from inside out with water. Left with system in cool Recommended UV 300

Came out for a plumbing evaluation garbage disposal was not operating dislodged it reset it cleaned it and deburred the blades when I was finished I asked if they had any other concerns and they directed me to the master toilet it was determined that the fill valve is getting stuck and the homeowner opted to replace that today as well everything is working great thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Install 60k upflow heat pump with high efficiency filtration, closet platform, keep existing UV system, code kit

Super tune up performed today on a Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2018. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. UV bulb is about a year and a half old and should be changed soon. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Suggest adding a compressor saver to the outdoor unit to help the compressor start up and run more efficiently. System set to cool upon departure.

Super tune up performed today on a 4 year old Trane heat pump with air handler nall electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working as they should. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.

I will return Wednesday the 19th to install 2 general electric generator inlets

X13 blower motor replaced. Performed function check in heating and in cooling. System is working properly in both functions. Thermostat set to heat upon departure.

Super tune up performed today on a Goodman straight electric system. Heat strips are amping properly. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Evaporator coil and blower wheel are clean compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels were low. Could not locate a leak in the system. Checked the evaporator coil, condenser coil and as much of the line set as I could. Put in leak stop and charged the system to 10 degrees of superheat which was 16oz of 410a refrigerant. System running and cooling checked. System set back to heat at 72degrees. System operating properly at time of departure.

Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer today between 12-3 pm. Customer is interested in replacing the system being that all warranties expire in August.

Need to order evaporator coil for Amana air handler Model : AVPTC37D14 Serial : 1709389458 Arrived to no cool. Primary electrical control to the heat strips had failed nreolaced electrical control and repaired wiring under warranty. Found the heat pump to show a P1 code indicating low pressure performed leak search and found a leak in the evaporator coil on the bottom side. Need to return to replace evaporator coil under warranty.
