HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical Services
Simple Answer: We always answer the phone, and come when you call to fix what needs fixed — and we stand behind our word and our work.
Plus you can count on getting a Certified AC Genius, Plumbing Genius, or Electrical Genius. Which means we don’t use “salesmen in disguise” or “selling techs,” like other home service companies. Instead we have our own training center to ensure you always get the honest expertise required to repair your problem right, right then and there.
Very nice and answered all my questions.
Cooper and his assistant showed up early; were very friendly and professional. They gave me a bid up front. The work was done promptly and they did not leave a mess to clean up. Very pleased with the experience.
A lot of experience and very knowledgeable. He was very quick and I was very satisfied with the job.
Very knowledgeable and efficient.
Garrett has been to the house three times. He is professional, polite, and patient. Has great experience and takes time to explain things to me (I like to understand issues). Hire more folks like Garrett.
Second time Zac has been to out to our home. He has been able to diagnose and fix the problems very quickly. He’s a great guy, but I hope we don’t have to see him again for a while!! 🙂
Our A/C unit went out and I called Hobsons at about 11:00. They had a technician out the same day…..Zak didn't get here until 7:30 pm, but he was incredibly upbeat and personable. (He actually told us he might be working until midnight!) He got our unit back up and running. Glad to be a part of the Hobson's "frequent-flyer" program.
Comfort Experts has been consistent with their quality customer service from the beginning of my service contract a couple years ago. The Tech they recently dispatched, Daniel was punctual and very attentive to my concerns regarding maintaining my aging HVAC. I'm comfortable knowing they're a phone call away, and I'll definitely request Daniel going forward also.
Mark was very professional, and he immediately looked into my concerns and came back with his report.
Tyler Scholes was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He completely the job quickly and explained exactly what was done.
Colbi was very thorough
Zac did a great job.
Alex and his colleague stuck out the coldest day of the year. Every time I saw Alex he had a smile on his face and both were courteous and respectful the whole time they were freezing their you know what’s off. The new unit is working great! I appreciate the great work and great service.
Joe and Jose with his team replaced 2 full systems for me. They did it to my 100% satisfaction with professionalism. This is by far the best contractor experience I have had. Before he left he tested everything with me to ensure I was satisfied. I would use comfort experts again for sure.
it was his last call of the day, it had begun to rain, and he had a long drive back home ahead of him. But he cheerfully checked out the system, indoors and out, found a drainage problem that required extra time to fix, eliminated the small gas leak that required service in the first place, and left me two furnaces perfectly tuned and running. Throughout all this he was cheerfully took all the time the work needed. I am grateful to Comfort Experts for hiring such fine people!l
It wasn't mark Bennett who was here; it was Ty, and you should be very pleased to have such an excellent young man on your staff. He is competent, informative, pleasant, and does excellent work. Thanks
Our technician came for our annual inspection. He was extremely polite and listened to every concern. Made sure to address all issues before leaving.
The crew was friendly and efficient. I thought they did a wonderful job.

We uninstalled the old ones and took them with us, installed the new 8 inch lab sets. We tested both faucet and made sure they were not leaking. Everything worked and drained properly. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!

I have performed my electrical inspection I replaced a few light bulbs as well as a GFCI the GFCI that was there just wasn't functioning it was overheating as well but the panel itself is a little bit on the older side still very much functioning I told her that if there was anything else that she needed she could call us
Emailed estimate for 200a panel upgrade. Advised safety concerns with challenger panel. No immediate visual or mechanical concerns. However the brand and age of panel are something to keep in mind. We recommend service upgrade. Lowering meter location. Add whole home surge. Update grounding. Replaced Panel. Flush mount indoor. Add 200A exterior disconnect.
For this evaluation the customer system was not cooling because the purple wire going to center on the capacitor had burnt up and was not making connection not powering the fan, however the compressor was running causing the system to go into thermal overload and recycling the heat being absorbed by the evaporator coil. I put a new Spade connection onto the wire reconnected it to the capacitor and the system fired up amp draws and refrigerant levels looked good. I discussed with the customer about having an Electrician for Monday June 30th for the customers old Challenger electrical panel.
Emailed estimate to hang 3 chandeliers. One large chandelier in foyer on 20' ceiling. One dinroom chandelier and one kitchenette chandelier.

For this evaluation the customer system was not cooling because the compressor wasn't thermal lockout because the fan side of the Dual run capacitor was completely dead therefore the fan was not running causing the compressor to overheat. That sure changed out the capacitor and drench the compressor and water to allow it to cool off the system however the call was being interrupted by the low pressure switch because his system was low on refrigerant. I like search the evaporator coil where I did get positive indications of refrigerant indicating the leak was in the evaporator coil. Due to the age of the system and the price of refrigerant the customer decided to talk with a comfort advisor schedule for Monday the 16th.

On arrival both systems running and cooling. Downstairs system produced inadequate cooling but the refridgerant levels tested out fine. This is likely due to airflow restrictions caused by a dirty blower and coil. There is also bacterial growth present in downstairs systems supply plenums. I recommended a filter upgrade to prevent further dirt and debris from entering downstairs system, a uvc system designed to kill bacterial growth in airflow, and a level 2 duct cleaning with includes a clean of the dirty blower and coil. Upstairs system was clean and in good condition. Both drain lines flowed when flushed. Both outdoor units passed all electrical testing and are now nice and clean. Unable to reach homeowners to explain recommendations.
