Simple Answer: We always answer the phone, and come when you call to fix what needs fixed — and we stand behind our word and our work.
Plus you can count on getting a Certified AC Genius, Plumbing Genius, or Electrical Genius. Which means we don’t use “salesmen in disguise” or “selling techs,” like other home service companies. Instead we have our own training center to ensure you always get the honest expertise required to repair your problem right, right then and there.
A lot of experience and very knowledgeable. He was very quick and I was very satisfied with the job.
Very knowledgeable and efficient.
Garrett has been to the house three times. He is professional, polite, and patient. Has great experience and takes time to explain things to me (I like to understand issues). Hire more folks like Garrett.
Second time Zac has been to out to our home. He has been able to diagnose and fix the problems very quickly. He’s a great guy, but I hope we don’t have to see him again for a while!! 🙂
Our A/C unit went out and I called Hobsons at about 11:00. They had a technician out the same day…..Zak didn't get here until 7:30 pm, but he was incredibly upbeat and personable. (He actually told us he might be working until midnight!) He got our unit back up and running. Glad to be a part of the Hobson's "frequent-flyer" program.
Comfort Experts has been consistent with their quality customer service from the beginning of my service contract a couple years ago. The Tech they recently dispatched, Daniel was punctual and very attentive to my concerns regarding maintaining my aging HVAC. I'm comfortable knowing they're a phone call away, and I'll definitely request Daniel going forward also.
Mark was very professional, and he immediately looked into my concerns and came back with his report.
Tyler Scholes was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He completely the job quickly and explained exactly what was done.

Alex and his colleague stuck out the coldest day of the year. Every time I saw Alex he had a smile on his face and both were courteous and respectful the whole time they were freezing their you know what’s off. The new unit is working great! I appreciate the great work and great service.
Joe and Jose with his team replaced 2 full systems for me. They did it to my 100% satisfaction with professionalism. This is by far the best contractor experience I have had. Before he left he tested everything with me to ensure I was satisfied. I would use comfort experts again for sure.
it was his last call of the day, it had begun to rain, and he had a long drive back home ahead of him. But he cheerfully checked out the system, indoors and out, found a drainage problem that required extra time to fix, eliminated the small gas leak that required service in the first place, and left me two furnaces perfectly tuned and running. Throughout all this he was cheerfully took all the time the work needed. I am grateful to Comfort Experts for hiring such fine people!l
It wasn't mark Bennett who was here; it was Ty, and you should be very pleased to have such an excellent young man on your staff. He is competent, informative, pleasant, and does excellent work. Thanks
Our technician came for our annual inspection. He was extremely polite and listened to every concern. Made sure to address all issues before leaving.
The crew was friendly and efficient. I thought they did a wonderful job.
On arrival both systems running and cooling. Downstairs system produced inadequate cooling but the refridgerant levels tested out fine. This is likely due to airflow restrictions caused by a dirty blower and coil. There is also bacterial growth present in downstairs systems supply plenums. I recommended a filter upgrade to prevent further dirt and debris from entering downstairs system, a uvc system designed to kill bacterial growth in airflow, and a level 2 duct cleaning with includes a clean of the dirty blower and coil. Upstairs system was clean and in good condition. Both drain lines flowed when flushed. Both outdoor units passed all electrical testing and are now nice and clean. Unable to reach homeowners to explain recommendations.

Came out for wreck work reprogram the thermostat and made sure auxiliary heat and emergency heat function as they should and set safety temperatures completely rebuilt/ unclogged drain line it now has proper flow/ p trap with a proper drop also installed unions for easy removal and cleaning in the future outside I installed the compressor saver kit everything is running in functioning as it should thank you for choosing Comfort Experts
For this super tune-up I inspected the air handler and condenser, all equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs. Heat strips were all pulling 20A, Dual Run Capacitor was within tolerance and equipped with a hard start kit. I recommend whole home surge protection to protect electronics in the home from power surges and lightning strikes. I also recommend getting a duct cleaning since the customer does not know the last time that was done and a duct cleaning will help with allergies and indoor air quality. Lastly the house has an R-Value of insulation at about 25 so adding insulation would definitely help lower energy bills by keeping the cold/warm air produced by the system in the house better.
System was not heating when i arrived the Igniter was coming on, but there was no gas. The gas manifold was getting power and there was gas to the unit so that I. Deduced that that the gas manifold was not working properly so I replaced it and now system heating
Today I performed a super tune-up on a 1-year-old Linux heat pump system customer had the unit installed by a different company checked everything indoor and outdoor and heat mode and cool mode as far as the condensing unit goes my only concern is the compressor is over amping upon startup recommending a compressor saver kit to remedy this issue inside I found the drain line to be improperly designed and backing up as well as emergency heat not wired in made recommendations however the homeowner would like to hold the other company responsible if possible so no repairs were made today however he did agree to switch his membership over to the new home and budget protection plan
On arrival furnace would not run due to a clogged inducer motor. Once unclogged the system ran and heated as intended.
Arrive for HTU replaced filter Furnace functioning fine Recommended IAQ2000 package due to her allergies and the biological growth in the supply plenum
